Purchased a granite countertop and backsplash. It looked beautiful to the untrained eye, but they made several mistakes. The owner himself took the measurements m, but all the electrical outlet cuts are off by 1.5”, there is a missing piece below my hood vent and they left measurement marks that have stained.
I was promised an offer I couldn’t refuse to replace my cabinet doors, perhaps to smooth over the cutting errors. We shook on the agreement (no written contract, no down payment), but now, six months later with nothing delivered the owner won’t return my calls or texts.

This post is what it took to get their attention. All the work was completed to my entire satisfaction within only 3 weeks from my first post. Now I have my 5* kitchen!

We chose DeCuisine for our quartz countertops (Zenith) because they were very well-priced compared to others in the West Island. The owners kindly accommodated our request to visit their warehouse so we can organize where we wanted the cuts. Although there were no guarantees, we tried to line up the veining on the slab and it turned out great! We are very happy with the results. The installation was scary, as are most installations but they were very careful. A few minor scratches to the cabinets, but the cuts were precise. Don’t overlook DeCuisine.

This is the third kitchen they did for me I always recommend them. Thank you Bilal, Samer and the whole team

J'ai commandé ma cuisine en janvier à la salle d'exposition du boulevard Saint Jen. J'ai rencontré Sari pour la conception. J'ai décidé de commander les portes en acrylique noir. Ce qui est bien avec Decuisines, c'est qu'elles coupent aussi le comptoir quartz. Belal est venu chez moi et m'a donné une date à laquelle il installera les armoires. J'ai attendu 3 semaines comme convenu. J'étais si heureux quand le camion Cube de Decuisine est arrivé chez moi. Belal m'a appelé pour me dire que les portes des armoires seraient en fin de semaine. J'étais d'accord avec ça. Je suis vraiment content d'avoir choisi cette entreprise car ils ont coupé et installé mon comptoir et levier le lendemain! La qualité est de 10 sur 10. Je suis vraiment satisfait du service, je vais certainement commander mes armoires de buanderie avec eux. Une chose à noter, lorsque vous concevez votre cuisine, payez le supplémentaire pour le meilleur mécanisme de grille-pain de garage. Je ne pensais pas que cela était important à l'époque, et cela a changé par la suite. Belal était très gentil et compréhensif et il a changé cela pour moi. Je suis très reconnaissant pour cela. Les installateurs étaient également très consciencieux du covid et portaient des masques.

Not recommended.very unprofessional from Sari, they're clearly not interested in doing smaller condo kitchens, I guess they're after the big contracts.

I am a project manager. I have just done three kitchens and two bathrooms with De Cuisine and the service and value was excellent.

We hired Decuisine et Comptoir to replace our old kitchen counter top with a new granite one. The job required accurate measurement and tight fitting. First we selected the color and grain type and placed the order. As soon as the slab was received in the shop, we were invited to check it out. It was to our satisfaction and a day was set for the installation. On that day, a crew arrived in the morning to secure the kitchen for work and removed the old counter top. Shortly after on the same day, another crew arrived to install and fit the new counter top and sink. The following day, a crew completed the plumbing and varnished the granite. Everything went very smooth and to our satisfaction. We recommended Decuisine et Comptoir to our friends. Also, we appreciated the follow-up of Mr. Bilal the owner of Decuisine et Comptoir throughout the work.

Nous sommes rentrer et avons constatés que tous les produit que nous recherchions était disponible sur place donc le représentant nous a offert de passer chez nous pour une estimation gratuite après les prises de mesure la journée suivante. Leurs prix et services était incroyablement surprenant soi environ 20% de moin que les autres places que nous avions déjà visité. 3 semaine plus tard l’installation complètes des armoir et comptoir de quartz était installé chez mon père avec perfection. Je recommande a tout le monde cette compagnie. Le mois suivant ma maison etai completer également. Super service!
