DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. If i could give it 0 stars i would. I got there to do my eyebrows (threading) and i showed her a picture of my eyebrows and how i wanted them, i told the girl not to change my shape or to thin them out. After i look at myself in the mirror and i am left with uneven eyebrows, one if them much smaller than the other, take time to find another spot. Thats what ill be doing

Should specify they refuse service to men, drove 30 minutes for them to refuse me service:) Workers were nice and professional about it but as a business this was unfortunate

It was full when I came in but I only waited around 15 mins. I got my eyebrows threaded and I’m really pleased with how they came out and the lady who did my brows was friendly. I will definitely be going back

Extremely fast service for walk-ins, very efficient and great prices. However I had a small burn in the middle of my eyebrows from the strings rubbing on my skin that stayed for an entire week. It wasn’t too noticeable hence my good rating. I had my upper lip and eyebrows done and it took no more than 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back.

Je demande toujours Rajni pour mes soins car elle est juste INCROYABLE et de loin la meilleure esthéticienne que j'ai jamais eu! Ragmi work is really good. I did my eyebrows, full leg and bikini and everything went smoothly and I love the shape of my eyebrows

Do not go if you have bushy eyebrows. Even when you warn them, they will over pluck it and not even offer anything to make up for it. You are guaranteed to leave with thin lines.

I love this place. I always ask for Meena’s services. I get my eyebrows and full body wax. She always treat me with love and respect. Her services are excellent. Dee's caused me to take multiple trips to the dermatologist. I recommend only waxing either your eyebrows, lower arms or legs here. Anywhere else, like your face, upper arms or your Brazilian area, will break out in acne, folliculitis and ingrown hairs. This is because of the type of wax they use, with strips, which will disrupt the pore/follicle by opening it, stripping it of its oil and leaving it bare and very prone to infection. Even disinfecting the areas after waxing and applying aloe did no good for me. For Brazilians or facial waxing, I recommend going for a strip-free waxing place, like fuzz bar.

Meena is absolutely the best esthetician i've ever know! She is so sweet, so kind and so gentle! She care about her work, she is a perfectionist! Going here every 1 1/2 month with Meena!

But 1 or 2 times a lady who was doing my waxing
I didn't like it at all
Too many hairs was left while waxing

Eyebrows done not well

It is the cheapest place you can find when it comes to waxing, so hoping for a good service shouldn't be a thing.

Sometimes you get a nice lady who will take pity on you and won't do a clean job, other times you find someone who shows no interest in your feelings whatsoever, so she just makes you suffer while actually doing a pretty clean job.

You can't choose your 'aesthetition' so it's more like a Russian roulette with sometimes an unpredictadly pleasant outcome lol

But i would still prefer for Brazilian waxing to take 10 minutes and cost 20 dollars than bearing one hour pain in a beauty salon for 75.

Definitely give them respect for using one wooden stick every time they take wax so it's nice from a sanitary perspective (MANY BEAUTY SALONS DONT EVEN DO THAT).

Just give it a try!

I got my eyebrows done yesterday from a lady really destroyed my entire eyebrows I did mention right before to make them equally thick the lady made one round thick and the line above my eyebrow was not even straight but a zig zag! And the other eyebrow she made it so thin and remove almost my entire eyebrow arch! Please be careful when doing clients eyebrows I’ve never had such bad experience never returning to this place. Try focusing more on your clients then talking around tbh

Noreen does a clean job. She is fast and friendly. She does perfect eyebrows and body waxing. I would recommend noreen without a doubt.

I have no words to express how dirty this place has become. I have been going to Dees for over 10 years now And always settled with a poor sanitary conditions because of the fast service. Since the pandemic I stopped going but their Covid measures reassured me to go back. Let me warn you that none of the sanitary measures on their posters are respected. My aesthetician was not wearing a mask that fully covered her face (nose out), no temperature checks were taken, She was not wearing gloves and they were totally DOUBLE DIPPING, room was filthy and I did not see any air purifier (maybe it was there?) I can’t believe that after two years of pandemic they still didn’t change their ways. Don’t believe anything on this sign.

This location offers great service and has very low prices. I have been coming here for almost three years now. Meena in particular is always friendly, welcoming, and extremely efficient at her work ️

I have been going there since 2006 (started at cote vertu location and now I always go on Jean Talon) they are by far the best ever. I have tried many other places, even outside the country and I continue to travel there, even if I live on the southshore. My ONLY suggestion is to one day open a location close to Brossard:), im sure they'd have amazin success here.

Excellent service et prix, rapide, propre et le personnel est d'une courtoisie remarquable. Je ne donne pas 5 étoiles seulement parce qu'il faut vous assurer que vos zones sont épilées comme vous le souhaitez. Cependant même sur ce point elles se feront un plaisir de repasser autant de fois que vous le souhaitez.

Clean place, Quick & effective waxing. It’s an “in-and-out” type of business model, which works perfectly for me and my busy schedule! If you want slow and personalized service you will not enjoy this. Also, keep in mind this is in Jean-talon, it might be harder to find parking super fast, but i always end up finding some on the surrounding streets. Price-wise, you will not find better than this in Montreal.

Worst place to go! They will hire girls that don’t even have esthetic experiences nor diploma! The girl took half of my eyebrow off and when I noticed and got frustrated, she ran away and didn’t even apologize! They offered me a free threading for the next visit but do you really think I’m going to go back so they can take the other eyebrow off?

Been going here for years! Love this place. My biggest issue is the days they are closed. Sunday and Monday, which are currently my only 2 free days to go. I dont want to change salon but will not have a choice. Last visit was end of january. Unfortunately because of work unless they are open sunday or monday ill have to find a new salon.which is heartbreaking!

Good service, all the women working there are very professional & do a good job. The prices are low compared to other salons! My go-to place for threading & waxing

Got almost disfigured at this place, unfortunately they do not know anymore how it works in order to get good results, they hire anyone, as you can see in the picture I posted I got scratched on my face and they made me pay for it!

The #1 house to do your brows with threads I have tried Jean Talon and Laval. Staff is efficient and courteous. Great customer service.

HORRIBLE! Pire expérience d'épilation de toute ma vie, la fille très désagréable, me fait mal, s'excuse même pas, elle m'engueule même. Je sors les larmes aux yeux. Je l'ai signalé à la gérante, inadmissible! Je ne vais plus jamais y mettre les pieds. Si vous avez un peu de respect pour vous, mes dames, alez ailleurs, vous méritez d'être choyée. Il y a tellement de bonnes places à Montréal. Chez Dees beauty, c'est l'usine, tout ce qui les intéresse c'est leur cash et leur pourboire, ZÉRO considération pour les clientes.

It was extremely quick and very clean but I am not sure whether they would take their time in case you have a low pain tolerance. Also when there are no other people waiting on line. It is cheaper than many other places indeed.

Done nicely and quickly. The prices are higher than they were but I tried many places and Dees is the best place to go for eyebrows.

Je suis venu aujourd'hui la fille qui à fait mes sourcils ne semblait vraiment pas savoir ce quelle fesait, j'ai pris le temps de lui explique comment je voulais mes sourcils résultats final elle a enlevé la moitié de mes sourcils et ne ma donné aucune forme! Le pire est que cette dame n'a même pas pris la peine de s'excuser.

Was very quick, the ladies were very nice and the facility was clean! The eyebrow threading is very good and same with the waxing! I'm not from Montreal, I'm from Victoria, BC and would recommend to locals and people travelling that need a service done.

So I don't come here often because I find the service to be sub-par and this time was no different. The lady who serviced me had more of a "finish and leave" attitude. Salon Amie tends to show more care in that they want you to be satisfied. The people at the front counter were very polite though, which was nice

Don't take their time to do their work properly. They did my eyebrows so fast that at the end i was bleeding and the shape was all messed up and i couldn't ask them to correct it cause they pushed me to leave. A real waste of 6$+ tips.
I had a party next day, eyebrow pencil saved the night but they left my face with scares.

Always went to dees at Jean talon and today the girl did my eyebrows and my upper lips I literally had 2 hairs left on my chin I’m like pls remove it for me it takes 2 second to do so and she’s like sorry gotta pay extra for this!
I work for the hospitality industry and excuse me I’m a repeat guest! Is that the service I deserve heck no! Dees lost the value in front of my eyes! Not going again

Been going to this place for 6 years now and I was never disappointed with their service. I never waited too long there, very fast service. The prices are going up but I mean.everything is getting expensive elsewhere so I understand. I wish they had a loyalty card though.

The place is not charming but you have a good service and they work quickly and nice.so I really recommend it if you look a plce to have your eyesbrows pumped.you can't beat these prices

It is really frustrating that they go so fast that they miss patches! I get waxed and threaded here and overall it’s just ok. It’s cheaper I guess but I just hate the fact that it’s random women giving different styles of service! I never know what eyebrow shape I’ll leave with but mostly I hate going all the way home and seeing patches of hair THEY missed because they didn’t take the time to do a quality job.

Je mets deux vraiment parce que mes sourcils ont une jolie forme mais sinon mon expérience là bas a été horrible. J'ai fais une épilation de certaines parties de mon corps mais ça a été très très mal epilé, il me restait des poils en sortant du salon. La personne était désagréable voire méchante. Je lui ai fais remarqué ce qui n allait pas puis elle me dit qu'ils ne sont pas cher ahah! Je lui réponds que justement si le service était impeccable je serai capable de mettre le double du prix. Bref, j'y retournerais pour les sourcils mais pas pour le reste.

This is a great place to go to! Very affordable and the girls here do an amazing job and take very good care of the clients! I travel all the way from Ottawa to come here
