The food was phenomenal, the service was just the best (Stephanie « 2.0 » is such a great waitress, she honestly made our day and boosted our moods) We ordered 2 big plates (meat lover eggs benedict, and a plate of eggs, fèves au lard, crêpe pomme cheddar) 2 smoothies, and it was cheaper then just 2 plates at any other well known breakfast place (oeufrier, allo mon coco…) Oh also, the fruits are SUPER fresh (rare amongst breakfast places)
We will definitely come back

Although it can get busy between 11: 30-1, the food is very good and usually very consistent. Their portions are generous. They are also very welcoming and the waitresses are all very nice.

Friendly staff and waitresses. My uncle knows the owners, so when I eat here, we have decent service. The crepes are delicious. The tablet to order is a bit odd still being around since lame Covid finished. Back to menus? I think so.

We have great breakfast restaurants in Laval. Unfortunately Cosmopolitan is no longer one of them.

I was at Cosmopolitan today with my family. My order tasted weird so I asked to send it back politely (and discretely) and the manager started a scene so I said forget it and kept my plate but didn't eat anything. The waitress was rude to me the whole time afterwards. On my way out (I'm holding my baby who was super happy) the manager (a man) cornered me and got into my personal space to let me know my family was no longer welcome to eat there. Never in my life has this happened to me before. I'm in awe.

Meilleur crème anglaise jamais goûter! Service rapide et courtois. Restaurant très propre.

Casserole latine a déconseiller repas froid et y mette une boite de conserve aux tomates horrible

There was the ice torm. Management should have know the place would be more crowded than usual. They 2 waitresses to serve the people. Table were empty, but people were left waiting outside in the cold. The person taking care of the seating was upset for some reason and it made a very bad impression. There were arguments among the kitchen staff and the person taking care of the seating. Very, very unprofessional indeed.

Je suis un adepte des déjeuners Americains/Canadiens. Je ne vais pas vous mentir que le marché semble etre en accord pour baisser les portions des assiettes et de montée les prix.

Sauf au Déjeuner Cosmopolitain. Le service y était imppeccable malgré le rush du matin suivant les coupures d'électricité.

Le menu est ravissant et la personnification des assiettes y ajoutent un cachet encore meilleur.

Fruit frais et café d'une richesse.

Je suis de Montréal mais le détour est comprenable.

Bonne assiette, bon prix, immense restaurant.

C'est parfait pour un dejeuner dimanche matin.

I haven't been to Cosmopolitan is a while seeing the ones in the west island closed down so felt nice to be there again. The flavor of the food was better than I remember, the Benedicts are one of my favorite. I really loved the decor inside and it's pretty spacious. Everything on their menu is good. Perfect spot for catching up with friends and family friendly
I was a bit disappointed at our waitress, she made us feel like we need to eat quickly and leave to make place for other customers, we always had to ask for a coffee refill and when it was finally time to pay, she was nowhere to be seen

Ça aurait pu être vraiment très bon mais malheureusement dû à l'achalandage probablement la crêpe aux 3 fromages et asperges manquait un peu de temps de cuisson car le fromage n'était pas fondue suffisamment. Et nos assiettes ont eu le temps de refroidir en plus avant de nous être servi. Prochaine fois je m'assurerai de demander à ce la crêpe salé soit bien chaude avec le fromage bien fondu.

Great place. We have my friends baby shower and the staff was amazing. She had a little emergency and the staff were quick to respond and help me help her

Nice local place to eat breakfast abd brunch. Loved the ambiance and hospitality. My daughter loved the food here

Food was great did not wait long also was filling. Although when paying my bill by card and was going to tip in cash and the waiter told me minimum was 15% tip when paying the bill. Respectfully told her I was going to tip in cash after the bill and she refused and demanded 15% on the bill. (Tip is earned not demanded/expected!)

Been coming here for over 25 years. Food is always the same, good. Resto could use some Reno’s.

Please steer away. Don't waste your hard earn cash. Showed up with a reservation for friends and myself, and was placed upstairs with one waiter serving two parties of 30 totalled people. Got here at 1230 and our order placement and coffee refill occured at 13h20. Cold awful coffee was my refill cause they forgot to start a fresh batch. Food finally came, filled with mistakes for most people. Never got more coffee unfortunately. WORST PART was definitely the toilets. They should have been shut off as a toxic zone. Absolutely nasty. Both women and men toilets. Don't come.

Loved the food except for the frechn toast that were on the dry side. The personnel was friendly although they were short staffed. Please be kind to them, they're doing their best!

La nourriture est bonne mais vous savez ce qu'on dit? Si les toilettes sont sales la cuisine aussi? Et bien les toilettes des femmes puaient tellement les vieilles serviettes sanitaires que ma mère a eu des hauts de coeur. C'était dégueulasse c'est comme si les toilettes étaient rarement laver. Et ce n'est pas la première fois que je fait cette remarque.

I wish I could post a picture of the food we ordered but we were seated OVER an hour and only received coffee that she never even refilled. She never even came to see us after we placed our order. Many other tables showed up 15-20 minutes after us and got their food. We tried flagging down our waitress many times and she avoided us. We suspect she forgot to put in our order. When we got up to leave we told her to cancel our order. She then claimed it was the kitchen’s fault. Lady, it’s for you to remind them and it’s for you to come inform us about the situation. Completely avoiding us shows your lack of competence and unfortunately the 4 times I’ve been there, I’ve never left happy. This is not a one time issue, it’s repetitive. Last time I set foot in this place! I can’t even say they offer horrible service because there is NO SERVICE. Avoid at all costs. Had I been able to put 0 stars, I would have. Very disappointed!

Probably the best breakfast place. Service is always great and food is delicious. Even the delivery is so carefully packed. A must try!

Great place, plenty of parking, great interior design. The waitress is super nice food was good. 4 stars. Just wish they had outdoor eating as well. The front needs to be fixed does not look attractive.

We were seated quickly enough when we got here but the service was awful. The waitress took at least 15 minutes before she asked us if we wanted anything to drink. She didn't even bring the menu with her. We had to ask her twice for a menu and then had to ask a different waitress for a menu. About 5 minutes later she brings us a tablet instead of a paper menu and doesn't explain how to use it. When she finally came back to take our orders we had to repeat everything twice. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Au prix que ça coûte commander sur uber eats sa serait le fun d’avoir ce qu’on a commander! Je sais pas ce qui fait votre gars dans cuisine mais ça fait plusieurs fois que j’ai un erreur dans ma commande! C’est vraiment fachant parce que votre nourriture est bonne mais y’a toujours une erreur dans ma commande!

Excellent dejeuner a prix abordable. Toujours frais et satisfaisant. Les patates sont bonnes et toujours cuite a la perfection. Le service est toujours courtois et rapide. Meme excellent en livraison. Meilleur rapport qualité prix a laval.

We reserved a table for 1pm and only sat down at 1: 30pm. Service was a bit slow as well, took us a long time to get coffee and our orders out. But the food was delicious!

I made reservations for Sunday March 20 for 8. On the website it clearly states if we are more than 6 to make reservations. I was very disappointed we were not seated all together. I was upset when leaving the restaurant I notice a section of 4 tables together (for 8) but only 6 were seated.

The worst restaurant experience ever, a shame for my 3 year old's first resto experience (pandemic to be blamed!) We had to wait some 10 minutes to be seated which quite understandable for a Saturday morning. Then to access the menu, u need to scan a bar code which leads you to the menu.fancy technology! However u cannot place the order technologywise but has to wait n wait for the unique waitress to come and note down your order. Loooong wait again for the food, nearly 1h later. Finally kid's egg yolk not cooked properly.had to pray that my kid didn't get any stomach bug. The quesadilla was delicious though. Recommend not to go on a weekend morning with small children. We spent more time with an empty table.pardon me with glasses of water and one time coffee than in front of a plate of food!

Les cuisinier.dégoûtant SANS MASQUE sur leur bouche et leur nez, les cuisiniers touche leur nez et ensuite la nourriture. PAS PROPRE.
J’ai dit à une madame ce que les cuisiniers faisait et elle m’a répondu: « je sais mais je peux rien faire » PARDON.

J'aime bien aller déjeuner à cet endroit, car le service est impeccable et les plats toujours bons. Les banquettes sont très confortables, l'espace est vaste. On fait le choix de nôtre menu avec la tablette. Préférence en semaine car plus calme.

Le Bûcheron was good. The Casserole wasn't good. Coffee and late tasted like Tim Hortons Coffee.

First, the plates are plastic and most of them were chipped at the corners. We asked to do half/half fruits (banana and strawberry) on kids plates, he said NO CAN DO. I asked for Garden Casserole and it was in a bowl instead of actual casserole and over 50% was potatoes. I have never seen black olives in a breakfast dish and it just ruined the dish for me. It's quite pricey for the quality of the food. The English cream was too thick. You cannot even pour it over your pancake. The odd thing was that the plate did not come with english cream and it was an extra. The service was very ordinary.

Nice place to eat lots of breakfast choices so finding what you like should not be difficult.

Took a client there and we were able to have our business meeting in the corner of the room.

There are two plugs in the restaurant so if you need to plug a laptop just let the waitress know when you arrive.

Quite expensive, and the service has changed! It's no longer what it used to be. They don't have enough staff. Service is slow and they only had breakfast Only positive is that my meal was delicious otherwise the pandemic has obviously changed the way you eat at a restaurant and it showed today!

After the one I always used to go to in the West Island closed permanently, I felt pretty disheartened about it, but I was super happy to know that they have a restaurant open for dine-in in Laval. I was very happy that it felt the same way as the one in Pointe Claire, the food is just as delicious and the waitress was very courteous.

Un excellent brunch en famille! Ça fait du bien de pouvoir se réunir autour de la table. Excellent service de notre hôte, un beau choix de menu. J’ai pu ajouter de la viande fumée à mon déjeuner qui n’était pas au menu! Tout le monde a adoré son assiette. Très bonnes portions pour tous. Service hors pair, la demoiselle était très gentille et attentionnée avec un accent roumain (je ne sais pas son nom). Nous allons y retourner c’est certain. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Les pommes de terre en purée sont un incontournable!

Le meilleur endroit pour les déjeuners à Laval j’ai fait plusieurs places et la qualité de la nourriture est incroyable le service impeccable un peu plus chère qu’ailleurs mais la qualité et le service vaut vraiment se prix et la patronne est sur la coche vraiment accueillante et sélective dans le choix de la nourriture qu’elle sert moi sait mon deuxième chez moi pour déjeuner

I haven't been there in years and was extremely happy with service and food. I called to place my order and the lady on phone couldn't have been more pleasant. The food was delicious very generous and alot cheaper than other breakfast restaurants. Will be my new breakfast spot. Thank you again.

Copenhagen Egg Benedict was ok. Salmon was fresh, but onions were overpowering and not cut properly. I suggest to switch to milder onions and chop them more. Nobody likes eating chunks of it in their Egg Benedict meal. Potatoes were ok but again there were a few huge chunks. Toasted raisin bread. 3$ for 3 pieces of bread? Come on! Smoothie served in some plastic cup that is for beer or pop drink. It wasn’t good. Overall, overpriced and not a great meal. Sorry. I won’t return.

Love this place. My gf and I always go there. Great service, good food, a lot of variety. My go to place for breakfast.

Peu impressionné par le service. La serveuse a usé d’un ton déplaisant parce que je suis resté 1h47 au lieu de 1h30 (pour un meilleur roulement) parce que mon amie est arrivée en retard à cause de son bébé. Elle disait que nous étions restés 2h47 en plus?

À l’arrivée, j’ai demandé si c’etait possible d’avoir un petit qqch vu que je viens pour mon anniversaire. Sans meme demander au superviseur, elle a sechement repondu que le restaurant navait pas ce genre de promotion et qu’elle pourrait PEUT ETRE demander une petit gauffre. À la fin, elle ma fait un rappel quelle navait pas pu le faire. Je nai jamais vu un restaurant agir de la sorte, cetait inconfortable.

Au moins, j’ai aimé mon plat.

Service is fine, but a bit pricey.and another thing, i hated is instead of menu, they give you one tablet (android), so you can look their menu on it. We were group of 7 with one tablet menu. If you wanna see their menu online on your own device, you better have an iPhone.

Nourriture chaude et excellente et un bon service. Belle découverte pour mon chum et moi. Prix raisonnables.

I have been going to Cosmopolitan for over 20
Years. It is my absolute favourite place for breakfast, or lunch. The service, the food and atmosphere is great. I feel safe, happy and especially satisfied. Thank you to the all the staff for your great service!

We just had our 1st. Cosmopolitain breakfast since the pause. It was great! As usual the service was over-the top.
We felt very comfortable and safe with all the new regulations in place. Thanks to Maria and her staff.

Je suis plus familière avec celui situé a St Leonard qui est beaucoup plus moderne. Celui ci est très vieillot et aurait nettement besoin d'un rafraichissement tant la décoration qu'au niveau du menu. Les choix sont nombreux, on se perd dans le nombre de possibilités. Souvent on dit mieux vaut plus que moins, dans ce cas ci il faudrait peut-être réduire le nombre de pages. Cette fois ci j'ai choisi un plat extremement simple un bagel et un à coté de fruits. Très belle présentation au niveau des fruits, service vraiment rapide, toutefois pas très chaleureux. Mais bon c'est le temps des Fêtes, ils semblent débordés! Les assiettes sont généreuses, on ne retrouve rien d'original dans les plats. Rien qui nous donnerait envie d'y retourner régulièrement, contrairement à celui a St Leonard qui propose des patates pilées exquises qui me donnent l'eau a la bouche: D
Une facture raisonnable à la fin du repas. On y va parce qu'on est dans le quartier, parce que l'établissement a une bonne capacité pour les groupes et un choix diversifié pour plaire à tous les goûts!

L'espresso est à éviter. Pas de mousse. Le double ressemble à un allongé. Je conseillerais plutôt l'utilisation d'un grain noir plutôt que brun.

Vraiment en dessous de nos attentes! La sauce au-dessus des oeufs bébédictines était bien fade et la crèpe pour les enfants n'était pas bonne.

5* pour la nourriture et le service de Michèle. J'ai mangé les oeufs Bénédictine aux champignon et au brie. Ce sont les meilleurs que j'ai mangés de ma vie! Suggestion: une hôtesse qui sourit aux clients et aux autres employés. L'hôtesse très musclée qui était là était bête comme ses pieds!

Ils ont rénové depuis ma dernière visite mais la circulation de l espace est toujours mal pensé. Bon service prix correct et bonne quantité. Personnel cordiale.

Un restaurant qui n'a plus du tout la même qualité qu'avant. J'ai mise une étoile Car il n'y a pas de zéro. Porte d'entrée du resto extrêmement sale. Propreté des toilettes excecrables, crasse sur le plancher, toilette dégueulasse et bien plus encore. Imaginez celle des hommes pareils. Serveuse bête & mauvaise ambiance. Sur ce, nous nous sommes levé & parti. On a décidé de ne pas manger à cet endroit & d'aller dans un autre restaurant. À Laval, ce n'est pas les bons restos propres à déjeuner qui manque. Dernière fois que je mets les pieds dans cet endroit.

Their home fries and mash potatoes are amazing and it's hard to decide which to take so order half and half! Generous portions!

Food is 3.9stars, service is good and menu is huge, for sure you will find something you will like. Fries needs an update, as I have been there 4 times and 3/4 got my fries totally burned

Blague apart service courtois le bacon tranché plus épais, fruit, cafée et les patate rotie ne sont pas dure, on peut avoir aussie en puré.
Ils y a dàutre dejeuner, dsl je suis vieux jeux pour moi ces les oeufs.
