This is a small no-frills place, but the food is delicious, and the service is warm and friendly. They offer dinner choices for two, which come with appetizers, main course, and dessert. All at a very reasonable price. If all you're looking for is a great authentic Indian meal, this is the place for you!

The food was good and not too expensive. The ambience was cozy and the employees were kind and helpful. Will definitely go there again, thanks!

I went to Delhi Kabab a few days ago, and I was most impressed with the the food, the service, and the restaurant itself. The food was most delicious and very well made. I especially enjoyed the paneer and the chicken ticka masala. The staff is very polite and efficient. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very beautiful and it is visually amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Indian food or going to a restaurant for an evening.

I ordered mix kabab with rice and salad. Great customer service but food taste was not good unfortunately atleast for what I ordered.

Magnifique, celà faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas retrouvé le vrai goût des crevettes korma! Le poulet au beurre était délicieux.merci très bon rapport qualité-prix

The chicken butter was disappointing. The chicken wasn’t well blended with the sauce. The sauce tasted like sauce from a grocery can.

Alhamdulilah, this place blew my mind. Bought food for lunch and then came back for dinner the same day. It tasted amazing and costed less than a dime. I honestly could not ask for anything more from this place.

They offer 10% off on takeout. The price is good we only spent 40 on two people. The two orders we got were delicious.

We had a great experience. They had no dine-in so i said we would eat in the car. The gentleman felt so bad, he let us eat there, on the tables, in our takeout containers. The portions were very large too. I loved their service too. We left happy.

Excellent food, service and friendly staff. We were passing through the area and decided to try it. Very glad we did!

We ordered take-out for the first time, here are our thoughts:
Positives:
-naan was excellent (well cooked)
-samosa was good, good flavour, dough was slightly under-cooked
-pakora was great
-papadum was perfectly cooked, but was plain not spiced like it said on the menu
-packing was all recyclable or compostable!
Drawbacks:
-they forgot to make our order (they corrected it by making it a 911 order)
-they forgot part of our order and we had to drive back to get it (they did give us the missing piece and some extras which was thoughtful)
-we had 2 curries (sag paneer and the daal) they were ok. We found they were lacking flavour a bit.

We ordered there twice and both times me and a girlfriend got a very bad case of diarrhea. The first time I thought it was a coincidence. Second time I think not.

This used to be my family's favorite take-out spot on the south shore, we would order from them at least once a week. I have no idea what happened to them but in the last 2 years the prices were raised 3 or 4 times in the span of 24 months, they changed the take-out containers to give you less food (smaller portions) and the overall quality of the food went down by a lot. If you order any of the vegetable menu items you will get green peppers & onions in there thats it no actual vegetables just onions & green peppers in whatever sauce you ordered. Maybe 1 piece of potato. The chicken in the butter chicken was incredibly rubbery as well. Its a shame because they were really good for many years but we won't be ordering from them again you cant simultaneously raise prices 3-4 times in the span of 2 years, reduce portion sizing and reduce quality of food output. There are better options in the area.

Excellent food with huge portions and that coming from me and my family is a rare comment! The service was on point with a healthy amount of respect between us and the waiter. All around I would definitely suggest a visit if you're up for a good meal!

They should take off Authentic Indian cuisine from their punch line banner or either they should change the chef.

Très bon resto - j’adore la nourriture mais dommage que leur service prend toujours plus de temps pour la livraison. Le livreur Uber doit attendre le repas sur place à chaque fois que je commande.prévoir 1h30 et non 50 mins. Je vais essayer leur site directement la prochaine fois.

First experience with Indian cuisine. Wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of flavours but to my surprise butter chicken and beef korma were on the sweeter side. Very rich flavours but not strong. Tikka masala was good.

Ordered the shrimp vindaloo as well and was definitely not expecting the punch it packed… haha it was a pleasant surprise? Extremely spicy. The onion bhajis were delightful, snack like golden treats. We had the lamb karahi which was one of the most enjoyed among the dishes we ordered. Although the lamb tasted very gamey or robust.

Was a bit disappointed that the first plate of pilaf rice had a fairly long hair sitting right on top. I mean I know that it does happen but kind of made the experience less amazing.

Notre nouveau resto indien préféré! Livraison rapide (30 min) et tout était plus qu'excellent. Nous avons adoré les pakoras aux légumes avec les sauces en accompagnement et que dire des carottes marinées que je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de terminer avec mon pain naan moelleux à souhait. Nous avons pris le boeuf Saag avec riz et pain naan. Le boeuf était fondant et le légumes frais et cuit à la perfection. Les portions sont très génereuses et tout était juste parfait. Si toute les commandes demeurent aussi bonnes à chaque fois, ils viennent de se faire des clients fideles.

I ordered via SkipTheDishes. I was very specific about my allergies. I figured one of the battered things may have eggs and I asked them to simply write on the container for anything that had eggs so that I could avoid it. Asked for an extra order of naan (I explained how I love naan but one restaurant I knew of put eggs so again, just wanted to make sure that there were none here). Notice the note I got: nothing has eggs *except* for the naan (also - was it an error or were eggless naan actually *brushed* with egg? ! Meaning, they could have chosen not to put egg on so that I could enjoy it, but they didn't? I am not sure.) Anyway. When the order arrived, I opened up a salad and found it covered in a creamy looking dressing - by experience, this often means eggs. I decided to call the restaurant to double check. At first the guy is telling me there is no egg in the dressing, but then he said "you mean the mayonnaise? " Uh.duh! The fact that you used the word *mayonnaise*! Anyway - there's eggs in this. He checked with the kitchen. And then he mentions eggs in the kebab, eggs in the onion things. If I hadn't phoned, I wouldn't have known any of this because whoever wrote the note (see attached photo) clearly states there are no eggs in any of these dishes! Imagine if I had just eaten a bite of meat before calling! Allergies are important, and can be very dangerous.
I don't want to give this restaurant a bad review (if you're just looking for good indian food, you will not be disappointed) so much as warn fellow allergy sufferers like me. Some restaurants take allergies seriously. People at Delhi Kabab have a lot of learning to do.

I’ve been eating Indian food for about 5-6 years from restaurants to homemade…and nothing compares to Delhi kebab! The food’s the best you’ll eat, the portions are generous, the service is impeccable…so much to say! Either you’re curious about Indian food or an expert that tasted everything… you should definitely come try it out! Easiest 5 star I’ve ever given

Très bon, succulent, grosse portion. Belle variétés sur le menu, les samosa très goûteux et gros. Et les pakora croustillant et avec la petite sauce au yogourt à la menthe c est le paradis merci beaucoup.

The food's ingredients were fresh and excellent great quality. One of the best Indian restaurants I have ordered from in Montreal. My kids loved it because it wasn't so spicy and oily.

You need to try here! It i a small family owned business but the food is hands down amazing. You will not be disappointed.

I just don’t think this is real Indian food, it’s more of a weird fusion of Indian food. Basic Indian item like plain naan is done wrong/different. I guess not for someone looking for authentic Indian flavor and taste.

I really recommend this restaurant! It has such good food and the area is very clean, by far the best place to eat in Canada. The food is delicious and is very good quality.

Loved the smell and the taste.recommended. I tried beef biriyani, and chicken curry. Tasted awesome with vegetables and raita on the side. Also, I had a mango Lassi for myself. It was heavenly. Must try if you like Indian or bangladeshi food.

The food was amazing they have the best nan bread it was fresh and warm just like what you expect from a good restaurant. Their butter chicken was good he best I have ever tasted would totally order again And the people there are extremely nice.

Used to be fairly good, even though too blend for my taste but at least, it would be constistant and still tasty. Went a few days ago, don't know if they change owner or chef etc but the dishes I ordered were way to blend (no taste) or way too spicy (and I assure you I can bear a certain level of it). Looks like they randomly use the same spice on their dish. Will not go back for a while, had to throw half of the food.

Delhi kabab is a must go to. Yummy food, from the garlic to the plain naan, the Briani, butter chicken, lamb kourma, good portions of meat compared to other places I’ve tried. You won’t have any regrets and the Lassi is amazing. Was too excited and in a haste to try it all that did not take any pics. Will do so next time

I have been coming to Delhi Kabab for many years, I have been recommending this place to all my friends as well, as one of the best Indian restaurant in town, the service is always good and the food quality excellent and very consistent. Even after Covid when take outs were the only option I ordered often and they maintained their food quality. However, I ordered the same curry dishes yesterday and was very disappointed. The curry was very watery, no taste of curry, just salty. The chicken Madras was not nearly spicy enough. The meal I had last night merits a 1 star, but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe their chef had an off night. I will order one more time and adjust my review accordingly. To Deli Kabab, come on guys you can do better than this, you have been for a long time! Please do not make me lose my favorite restaurant!

Sometimes a long wait but very well worth it! Soft and fluffy naan, fresh samosas, perfectly seasoned shahi paneer, they have it all. Super friendly staff too

Food is amazing. Service is great. We had to wait for much longer than we were told, but they handled the situation very well.

People in this place are rude with customers especially the bearded guy as mentioned in other comments. Maybe the owner needs to take some customer service courses and learn how to be polite. The food is not fresh at all. Too much spicy. Will not recommend to anyone to waste your money here.

Went to restaurant on Friday evening. Ordered chicken biryani. Just had 2 spoons and I asked the guy in beard to pack as I couldn’t finish with rest of the food. The guy packs half of it. I am so shocked after I open the box of biryani at home.
They charge you full and when you ask to pack it then it’s not the total quantity they pack.
Also the worst place for vegetarians

Le mix poulet au beurre avec pain nanne est simplement trop bon. Le staff est gentil et attentionné et la salle manger est relativement petite ce qui crée un ambiance plus privé que j'apprécie beaucoup personellement. Le plat a 20$ en vaut la peine. Entrée, met principal et accompagnement ainsi que dessert y sont inclus. Le part son énorme aussi.

This place is fantastic. The food is flavourful, fragrant and there are so many varieties. Their naan is soft and always warm and toasty. The service is always on point, great ambiance, extremely affordable! I highly recommend this place for great Indian food!

We tried a combo. I was underwhelmed by the food. I'm a little surprised by the rave reviews. It was okay but I wouldn't say it was "the best indian food in Montreal". The busboy was very friendly though the waiter, while friendly, seemed a bit nonchalant about my friend's allergies.

The place has one of the best dishes. It might be relatively small to the restaurant downtown but the taste and quality of service makes up for it

I had a difficult night with my toddler. He is usually very quiet but he started crying. We had already ordered the food. I do appreciate the help the staff provided. I know my kid was screaming and I was doing everything I could do make him stop (toys & snacks). Even walked with him outside. My in laws and I took turns.
