Staff was Sooo rude to me and a tourist refusing to serve him unless he spoke to them in French. Totally unacceptable the heart of our touristy area.
Cant be yelling en français! Repetitively to people.

Second time visiting Montreal and we had to come back—this time, we bought the maple cookies, maple butter, maple sugar, and a bottle of maple syrup, along with gelato and the frozen syrup on a stick (definitely a treat, but since it’s late May we had to eat it quickly before it melted). As for the gelato, we tried 4 flavors total: vanilla/raspberry, mango, hazelnut, and pistachio. Everything was so delicious!

Great stop in old Montreal to savor many Mable syrup products. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Belle boutique avec les déclinaisons de produits de sirop d'érable. Un accueil bienveillant, de nombreux conseils et explications. Un peu rapide à suivre pour un touriste français. Mais un lieu pratique pour quelques cadeaux souvenirs.

Amazing and helpful staff. I went to buy some gifts for my family abroad, they didn't have what I was looking for but took the time to guide me on where to find the products. I was really impressed and appreciative of their help.

Tried several flavors and had the pistachio and maple flavored ice cream eventually. Even the waffle cone is delicious.

Très mauvaise expérience ce samedi 5 décembre: nous appelons pour vérifier les stocks et on nous informe qu'il n'y a aucun problème, que nous pouvons venir car ils ont les produits. Nous arrivons 20min après et finalement, plus aucun stock car une cliente vient de dévaliser complètement la boutique en prenant environ 50 articles de chaque. Certe, le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi s'applique mais lorsqu'un client vous appelle juste avant de se déplacer, peut être serait-il convenable de limiter le nombre d'articles pour les clients (du moins, ne pas autoriser que la boutique soit dévalisée à ce point). Ce n'est tout simplement pas correct, aucun respect du service client.

Visite virtuelle des lieux et de leur site Web. Produits de l'érable se déclinant en mille et une chose qu'on voudrait acheter et essayer. Ça met l'eau à la bouche! N'hésitez pas à visiter leur site et commander. Les produits sont superbes et les prix sont concurrentiels pour ce qui est des produits de qualité à l'érable. Encouragez les produits de chez nous c'est se porter garant d'une société en santé (économiquement parlant) J'ai hâte de pouvoir me rendre sur place!

They offered sample of maple crumble ice-cream during our old street walk. We liked and we got maple flavor cone. Try it if you are maple lover. Moreover, they sell maple syrup, candies and cookies. We also tried brownie and it was good too.

Belle atmosphère chaleureuse, les employés étaient tous aussi serviables et prêts à faire découvrir leurs produits.

Great place to get maple taffy (or la tire d'érable/ la tire sur la neige). The other maple product are great too, but very pricey. Got two packs of maple stroopwafels for 16 CAD, and while they were good, I'm not sure they were worth the money (they were small packs). Overall, still a very well-run store with good products are attentive salespeople.

Aucune attention, conseil, pas de sourire. Nous avons été complètement ignorés je n’avais jamais vu cela sur tout qu’en lisant les avis je m’attendais à tellement mieux! J’ai acheté des articles mais franchement déçue de l’accueil. Cette adresse était pourtant notée dans mon guide touristique français, quelle déception je ne reviendrai jamais.

Ah oui aucune dégustation, cadeaux. ça doit être à la tête du client et nous n’avions peut être pas le standing pour être bien traitée.

Got my wallet stolen by a pickpocket. Beware this place get extremely busy and next thing you know your wallet get stolen. Doesn’t worth the trip. They should hire security.

Ma première visite dans la boutique ne fut pas des plus agréable car beaucoup de rupture de stock dans les produits de l'érable. La vendeuse m'ayant promis un réapprovisionnement le lendemain, je suis donc revenue et là, tout ce que je souhaitais était sur les étagères. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible afin de nous satisfaire. J'ai été très bien conseillée et j'ai même pu goûter quelques délices afin de me décider sur ce que j'allais rapporter en France. Il y en a pour tous les goûts, du très bon au délicieux.

Service lamentable. J'ai attendu 13 minutes (sans blague) pour passer une commande. Devant moi, il y avait seulement une seule personne qui avait commandé une crème glacée. Finalement je suis parti sans pouvoir acheter ce que je voulais. Lorsque j'ai souhaité "Bonne journée" avant de partir, la personne qui devait me servir, au lieu de s’excuser du retard a crié " Faut patienter, il y a la dame devant vous". J'ai dit quand même Merci et je suis sorti.

Came into this boutique to buy gifts for family because of the fun selection of different treats offered. We were well greeted by the gentleman near the entrance and one other employee (night of saturday oct 26th, 2019). However the cashier Miranda had a bad attitude, made mistakes in my purchase and gave me a malicious look after I paid twice. Even my boyfriend saw the disrespectful look and was very confused by it, as was I.
VERY disgusted by this. I was happy about finding gifts and then left the store disgusted and in a bad mood. It slightly ruined our night. If we were not in such a hurry we would have spoken up about it. I definitely will not be making an effort to come here again if that's the way a paying customer will be treated. HONTE À L'EMPLOYÉE DE M'AVOIR TRAITER DE MÊME.

Bonne adresse pour tous les produits de l'érable. J'ai regretté la disparition du petit musée de l'érable qu'il y avait autrefois au sous-sol, et maintenant remplacé par une simple borne vidéo.

I visited the shop as i wanted some quality maple products and i think i found everything i wanted (almost). Nice little store located in the old part of Montreal. You can serve coffee, cookies, ice cream etc but also purchase candy, maple spreads, maple teas, maple cookies, maple waffles etc. Friendly staff. I recommend going to this area on foot as it is very busy with traffic/construction

If you are looking for maple treats look no further! This cute store has any maple treat you could dream of! They also have the best customer service.

La dame qui nous a fait tester certains produits était tellement adorable qu'on est reparti le sac rempli! D'ailleurs aucun regret à ce niveau là les produits sont déjà bien entamés. Bonus, le patron aussi est grave cool on a discuter un bon moment avec les 2 bref rien que pour eux déjà allez-y ahah

Nice shop / cafe. Very friendly staff with a testing counter and they walk you through the different kids of maple syrup. The ice cream and coffee etc all have the wonderful syrup. Try it out

Surprenant comment on s'y plait et quel plaisir ils nous offrent avec leurs plats sucrés à l'érable. Le style de l'endroit est simple mais efficace et tout a bon goût. Sis dans un quartier huppé de la ville, vous en aurez pour votre argent et vos papilles gustatives.

Hi, thanks a lot for your kindness and for your invitation to explain why our experience was rated in such way.
We really don't have any complains in regard of the product or the local; the reason because we rated so low was because of the mistreatment received by one of your employees. She made a mistake with us which was explained to her by one of her coworkers, and it was really surprising that, when we expected just a brief apology we found disrespectful, impolite and even rude. In that moment, with my wife and kids I didn't consider it was the moment to explain anything to anybody, but I truly believe is something to pat attention to.
As a detail, we left Edmonton driving west on July the 7th, and we are currently in our way back. After crossing most of the country, I have to say that this was the first negative experience in this sense.

Knew I was coming here in advance and so glad I made the stop. Very nice products, clean, modern atmosphere, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The cashier is very helpful for our special request for asking boxes since we need to make it a check luggage. And the other assistant very patiently introduced different products and their flavors so I know what to buy.

Oh my this was a sweet little maple shop. Smells delicious and the food tastes wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of interesting things to see and buy!

Love this place; I pass once in a while to buy some cookies and muffins. Yummy! If you're maple syrup lover, try it. They have very good ice cream too.
