Got my first ear piercing here, super friendly and kind staff. It’s been 4 days with no signs of infection, so happy! Beautiful earring, thank you

Was there Dec 22/22. The staff is always helpful. But we're under unreasonable pressure from a very nasty manager! The manager an older woman with large eyeglasses dressed unprofessionally in black sloppy looking clothing which one would not expect to see according to the image that this kind of store is trying to project. Her appearance look as though she should have been working behind the scenes defiantly not in the presence of customers. Her behavior with customers and employees is rude and very unprofessional. Repeatedly BANGING with her hand on different glass display case tops barking orders at the staff. She is definitely not an asset to the business and because of her behavior, I will not shop there again. She should be fired because her behavior is disgraceful.

Went in yesterday the October 31,2022. There was a black lady working there in the afternoon who greeted everyone that came in at that time except for me. Just for the record I don’t know her and it was the first time i was walking into this store

I'll say there's even a section for guys, good stainless steel earrings. I know it's a real girly shop, but the earrings are worth it.
