Excellent service et beau salon. Pédicure fait par Vee qui était très douce et minutieuse. Je recommande!

I am very dissapointed with the service. My appointment was at 10h15 the nail tech arrived at 10h30! I went to get biogel and The job was very sloppy. The gel was all over the sides of my nails and on top of my cuticles. I stopped the nail tech and told her about it and she was shocked that I was telling her to remove them from my cuticles before curing the gel. She said she will clean them after. The final results were not as I was expecting and not clean at all. When it was time to pay she took my Money and didn't give me back the rest and was expecting a tip on top for that! I don't recommend.

Beau salon propre, la femme qui a changé ma couleur d’ongles était très gentille et travaillait bien même si j’ai trouvé inhabituel qu’elle me lime les ongles après que le gel soit durci.

Par contre, j’ai pris la peine d’appeler pour vérifier si les cartes de crédit étaient acceptées et on m’avait dit oui. J’arrive au salon et des collants indiquant qu’ils prennent Mastercard, Visa et débit sont collés dans la fenêtre. Lorsque vient le temps de payer, la dame m’indique qu’ils prennent uniquement débit, comptant ou virement. Je lui explique que j’ai appelé plus tôt et qu’on m’avait dit que les cartes de crédit étaient acceptées et qu’en plus c’est inscrit dans leur porte. Elle me dit d’appeler son patron ce que je fais. Celui ci me répond que l’établissement n’accepte pas les cartes de crédit. Je continue d’argumenter. Je dois lui parler en anglais, car il semble mal comprendre le français. Il raccroche et appelle l’employée, ils se parlent en mandarin (j’imagine) et finalement je peux payer crédit. Malheureusement je ne serai pas de retour.

I have had many, many pedicures over a span of many years. I have been to expensive salon and to the less-expensive places. Although some have been better than others, I have never had a treatment and an experience that was so bad that I thought to complain about it. In fact, I have NEVER Left a bad review anywhere; until now. After bathing my feets in cold water, less than a minute was spent on tidying up the cuticles/edges of my nails. Then the gel polish was applied without asking me what was the color that I wanted. It was a mess. She was clearly in a hurry and didnt miss to make me feel it. Instead of finishing with a massage like anywhere else.she thought couple seconds of leg slapping will be just as good. That was my first time in this salon which I particularly chose due to the good review, however my experience with that lady was horrendous. So much so that I didn't gave her any tips (& Im always the generous type). The fact she had the audacity of charging 75$ for a way less than mediocre job. That was my way to show her my insatisfaction. Was really hoping for a good experience since I recently moved in the area & was looking for my new go to salon. That's unfortunate because the place seems fine otherwise. Shes a cancer to the place.
