I agree with Tony's review. Beyond horrible service. I've been with them for over a decade but this year their service or lack thereof is a nightmare! It's been 4 days and 15 plus calls and my stairs and walkways have not been cleaned. I just got hung up on for the second time today. It seems like a lost cause and next year I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If there is less than one star i would put for them. Horrible service. I got 3 tickets for three cars because i couldn't enter them in the drive way and they stayed in the street over night. The entrance was blocked with snow they didn't come at all.

Problème appelle 3 fois! Il ma demande la adresses 3 fois je lui ai dit! Je ve le contacter le personne qui e dans ton coin! A 18 heures sont men pass passed! Demain matin je ma vais au bureau pour être remboursé ca marche pas comme ça! Puis après je vais metre me vidéo pour comprendre tout le monde! Après un gros tampete pas bon sans!

I think this company is a scam. They rarely come to remove the snow from the driveway. My car has been stuck multiple times, and I had to manually remove the snow. Horrible service! Try another company like Dasilva.

They took over the route of my old company and it's been a disaster. You liteally have to call multiple times and beg for service as they assure you that they have indeed cleaned your drive way. Condesending and rude staff. Stay away at all cost. You have been warned.

If I could give them no star I would!

Attention, François Gilbert est un voleur! C’est une arnaque. J’ai payé, j’ai reçu les drapeaux, mais il n’est pas passé une seule fois encore de l’hiver, malgré les multiples tempêtes et messages laissée sur sa boîte vocale.

Je suis pas le genre de personne à laisser d’avis, mais je déconseille fortement cette compagnie de déneigement. Ils font pas leur travail, quand j’appelle ils décrochent et puis me raccroche directement au nez. C’est vraiment n’importe quoi!

It's super bad company! They don't give you the service! Only take out you money!

This company deserve no stars! Its a total scam! They never come and many times my car got stuck because of their lack of professionalism. Worst company ever! I will definitely file a huge complain on them and this company needs to shutdown.

Aujourd'hui, il a fait déneiger chez mon voisin à côté, mais pas chez moi. Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi, le gars m'a répondue que je ne suis pas sur la liste d'aujourd'hui. Il y a vraiment de gros problèmes, est-ce que il faut appeler chaque fois quand il neige.j'ai payé la totalité au mois de septembre.

They completely skipped our house multiple times.

Don't know why they bother to plaster their phone number all over their posts, not like anyone will ever pick up when you call them.

They showed up After TWO days of heavy snow and had removed only 1/3 of snow from drive way. And they don’t answer their phone.

First snow fall of the year and they did not show up. When I got through to someone was advised they were supposed to have passed by and she’d send them right away. That was 4 hrs ago and it’s now 10pm and still no sign of them. Should’ve gone with the company that’s passed by already twice for others on our street.

NEVER hire this company! Their "service" couldn't be worse & in an emergency, could even put you & loved ones at risk!
Last winter's 1st snow: after 5 calls they finally arrived at midnight. Next time: 4 calls & they came after 6p.m. Next snow: I called at 9a.m. With a medical SOS but had to shovel myself in & out 3 times with a very sick animal in the car. Their plow only showed up that evening.
In my experience, the Déneigement François Gilbert gang are cheats & liars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been with other snow removal companies in the past but I decided to try Gilbert because their price was super competitive. What a mistake!

This entire winter season, not once did they ever come by on time to remove the snow. They either came very late at night or the next day. I had to call them many times just to get them to come and each time I called, they just gave me the same old run around. Super unreliable.

Once, the driver just skipped some houses on the street but did clean some driveways on the same street. Another time, the driver only removed snow from half (left to right width wise) of my double car driveway. A couple of times, I was told from their staff that they were behind schedule because the snow removal vehicle had broken down. The list goes on and on.

Worst part of all is their customer service. Their representatives are the absolute worst customer service people I have ever come across. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you have any legitimate complaint or issue, they will go into attack mode. They will cut you off so you can’t get a word out and become very argumentative and unprofessional. Usually, they will just hang up on you because they don’t care to hear what you have to say or help in any way.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I can’t believe they are still in business. They are the biggest crooks out there. Stay away!

If you have zero stars, that would be more appropriate to rate their services, it is a big scam sham on them we need our money back.

N’offre vraiment pas un bon service! Le déneigeur passe pas fréquemment. Oubliez votre entrée de garage déneigée à temps pour le départ au travail et le retour. Les autres compagnies sont toutes passées, mais pas lui. Franchement ordinaire. Ne faites pas affaire avec cette compagnie!

Have been with so many local snow removal companies and honestly this one is the best. Haven't had to call once! They're always just right on time shovel the snow at the entrance to clear the way when they see it blocking the way honestly the best company! Highly recommended!

Just throw you money from your window that’s gonna be a better experience to look at then realizing that you paid for this company which never passe and you end up shoveling everything youself

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I thought I would give them a chance, worst mistake EVER! My driveway never gets plowed I have to call everytime otherwise the guy does not show up and when he does show up all he does is cause damage to my property or blow the snow back into my driveway, the staff is just as bad, when you call they are extremely rude and just hang up on you! Been asking to speak with someone in charge for several weeks with no success!

Cette année est la deuxième année avec eux, aucun problème la première année, mais cette année le service est extrêmement absent/pauvre. Veulez seulement l'argent.on appel pour réclamer et personne répond.selon ce que j'ai entendu, ceci est une nouvelle administration.et je peux dire que leur service est nul comparer a ma première expérience. Je dois passer par dessus une montagne de neige pour passer. Heureusement moi jai un SUV ca passe.mais une petite honda civic serait resté pris.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Service is cheaper than other companies in the area for a good reason —- they do not show up. Our street is divided between two companies and it is very clear which one is superior and it is not Gilbert. Lesson learned myself in addition to eight neighbours will not be using them and will be aware if they change their name and try to pose as another company in the future. Gotta love an honest review

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

CANT EVEN GIVE AN ETA OVER THE PHONE DUE TO HOW UNRELIABLE THEIR DRIVERS ARE.

WE CALL THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THE DRIVEEAY IS CLEAR BUT NOBODY COMES.

They never come to clean the snow, sometimes I'm litteraly stuck because it snowed so much and I have to shovel everything (with my trusty tiny red shovel). What's the point of having a snow removal company that doesn't even remove the snow? Ridiculous.

Totally useless. I'm starting to think they don't exist as they never show up. The Women on the phone is extremely rude and is a LIAR. Don't touch this company with a 10 foot pole. These people will rob you blind.

C'est la pire compagnie de déménagement à Pierrefonds, pourtant quand on les appelle, la madame répond tout de suite, mais le service n'est toujours pas là.

L'ancienne compagnie vendu à déneigement F. Gilbert avait un service plus rapide.ils ont endommagé mes marches mais ont réparé le tout.
