Dentiste Du Plateau

The place looks clean the receptionist are very polite also appointment easy to get. However my family and I used to go to this clinic we stop 2 years ago, because of wrong or make up diagnosis! One of the dentist told me that I have a tooth decay, I went and see 2 other dentists at my cost, before doing any treatment, turns out it was a lie, I did not have any tooth decay! I am still upset! Go somewhere else! Do your research read the comments!

I went there for infection in the gum
The dentist just made Xrays and prescribed a treatment and rinse my mouth with salted water A week after my infection is still there. The clinique gave me an appointment for cleaning my teeth in march 8th! For the paiement, the insurance won ´t pass because the secretary made an error in my date of birth and I have to pay the full amount I went back to the office to correct the document to submit it to my insurances I found another patient struggling with his insurances I had to see another dentist to get rid of the infection No service and no care in this clinique
I am disappointed

Cleaned and nice staff, but they are not respecting their promises, I have booked twice with certain Doctor and waited for more than 45 days to surprise with another Doctor without prior approval from me.

I visited this clinic for the first time recently. It was a great experience. Dr. Hala was very kind and professional and her assistant nourjinne was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. The relationship between doctor and assistant was also very professional and sweet, which I appreciated a lot and made me trust them more. I was scared at first but I'm very glad I chose this clinic and looking forward to coming back.

Very friendly service and repairing my crown was faster than I expected. The price was very reasonable too. I'm happy that this is my new dentist office.

Everyone at Dentiste Du Plateau is friendly and helpful! From the receptionist who first took my call and booked me in on the same day late on a Friday for nerve pain coming from my tooth to the Dentist who performed my extraction bright and early the following Monday morning! I highly recommend the clinic. I was a terrified new patient who hadn’t seen a dentist in over 30 years. They took such incredible care of me. Not only my tooth issue but their bedside manner was second to none! Very patient and kind to this very anxious patient! Thank you so very much! I will be taking care of my teeth much better from now on because they made my experience so much easier.

Super dentiste, attentionné à ses patients et les hygiénistes sont formidables avec les enfants. Télévision au plafond très appréciée, bureaux propres et personnel chaleureux.

Tout le personnel est super gentil. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre au questions.

L’hygiéniste Cindy était très bienveillante envers moi, elle s’est bien occupée de moi.le dentiste Ali était souciant de ma santé buccale. J’ai bien aimé.

J'ai vu la Dre Nour en urgence, ce fût une visite douloureuse. Elle a à peine regardé mon dossier médical et ne voulait pas utiliser anesthésie sans épinéphrine. Elle m 'a donné deux injections de suite très rapidement et douloureux. Pendant le traitement elle chialait contre les assistantes et secrétaires. Aussi elle exigeait ma signature sur un contrat qui la délestait de toutes responsabilités au cas où le traitement ne réussirait pas. Je la décommande fortement elle n'a aucun tact! Je donne une étoile pour ses pauvres employées qui doivent la subir.
