Got a brand new pack of cigars ($16). I oppened the box and to my surprise the cigars were open in the box and drie. Went back to see the owner and he told me to call the manufacturer, doesn't want to replace them or refund me. Have you ever felt like you were robbed. I've been a client for over 20 years. They just lost me forever!

I found the employee to be rather quite rude because I do not speak French. So it was difficult for both of us to let one another understand what either one meant

Avoid this place! Disrespectful and liar owner.he sold me an item saying it's the right one to empty his stock. I realize it's not the right one and I go back, he tells me that if I go out with the item from the store he can no longer replace it or refund it.

Their staff is super friendly. It's very unusual and quite heart warming to be recognized and greeted warmly by your neighborhood dep. Their selection is well varied and their prices are rather reasonable. They are open late and sell the cheapest cigarettes in the NCR.
