Monday and no one’s working. 3 locations and only one office with only one staff. Wasted 1.5 hours and have to push my moving date.

No safety and credibility here!
The unit I was renting was broken in and the thieves stole items worth more than $1500. I reported it to the police on Mar 3,2023, but it was difficult to catch the thieves because there were no surveillance cameras. Depotium failed their responsibility of security, but refused compensation.
I talked with their regional manager, he did nothing. As a long term customer, I am very disappointed.
I don’t think that I am the only victim. So I also remind current customers to inspect your unit ASAP. Thieves could have cut your lock and stole your items, after that they replaced it with a similar lock. If you cannot unlock your unit, please call the police immediately.

Denise was extremely helpful and friendly and took her time explaining everything about the storage rooms and giving me a great deal! Totally recommended!

The room was exceptional and very clean

First time using Depotium, and the service was really good. Denise and Christian were very helpful. They helped in easy registration and guided the process quite well.

The worst place ever, choose any other. This storage will cost you more than any other, because of their mismanagement and lack of service.

1) They had assured me that the storage space was the same size, eventhough there was a column in it. I had to discover it wasn't, while my movers were waiting ($$$) and change for another space.

2) When I went to retrieve my things, my access code was not working. It was a national holiday, the office was closed. It took all my patience and time to get in contact with a manager, while the movers were waiting, again ($$$$$).
We finally got in, to discover there was another lock. I called the manager again. He told me to break it! As if I knew how, or had the tools to do it. Every store was closed. Again it took a long time.
I had paid everything on time, their software malfunctioned. They finally reimbursed the two weeks it didn't work (I hadn't realized), because I insisted. But none of my calls were returned when I asked for the mover's extra time to be compensated.

It cost me at least 300$ just for my movers to wait for me to sort things out, and an enormous amount of stress BOTH times. And this never got considered, and I never received any apology or acknowledgement of this.

Excellent customer service, reliable and supportive. I definitely recommend Depotium for your storage needs.

As a client for many years, I can attest to the high level of professional service they offer. They are flexible in trying to find an appropriate solution to fit your needs and offer a wide range of storage units at various locations. Excellent service!
Maintenance of their washrooms could be improved though. They are often out of paper, or have blocked sinks, etc. Definitely bring your own paper towels and also garbage bags to dispose of them (after years of customers dumping their garbage on their bins, there are basically no more garbage disposal bins on site.
Otherwise, clean, spacious and well maintained place!

The staff was very friendly, he showed me the space to ensure it is suitable to my needs. He explained everything and it went smoothly. Convenient location, right next lots of public transits.

Super nice employees, very helpful and kind. Get treated like a person! Plus, complementary bottled water for my dehydrated brothers and sisters:)

Professional, courteous, friendly. The storage unit in Griffintown were very clean and well lit. What I liked most is that I never had to wait much when I called. Very satisfied

Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Tarifs très corrects et prestations en rapport. Ils font le maximum pour trouver la solution la plus adaptée, sans pour autant pousser pour les solutions plus chères et surdimensionnées par rapport aux besoins. Je recommande chaudement!

I can't give five stars because my most recent experience was that after having a storage unit for only 2 months, we were forced to move all our things to another storage unit because the facility where our first unit was, was being closed. Other than that, the service was fine and easy to use.

Had a great experience renting storage for just over a year! The move-in process was easy and the staff were flexible in allowing my friend to move-out for me given the pandemic situation. The price randomly increased in the middle which was strange but otherwise I was completely satisfied.:)
