Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. When we arrived at Depotium for the storage, the man we dealt with, whose name I believe was Mike was so pleasant and made our experience so easy. He explained things thoroughly and was very patient. We would highly recommend Depotium.

Do not take a unit from this location. They are hostage holders. My credit card was full and they ask me to pay by e-transfer. I pay it on November 1 and go to the location to get something from the locker. When I try to go in it denies me access. I go to the office and show the manager the e-transfer. She immediately blames Interac and says there’s a problem with Interac and to call them. I call them on speaker in front of her and her staff and Interac prooceds to tell us that depotium hasn’t taken the money yet. I wait 45 minutes to go through the process and they refuse to open the locker. She gets on the phone and talks to someone and I need to go pick up my son, so I’m forced to leave without getting what I needed and gave to go back cause Depotium didn’t take the money. This location are a bunch of thieves who hold you ransom.

Easy to register. Great storage spot. Very secure. Just the many locked gates and elevator spook me out going there alone

I had a great experience dealing with Dani. He was extra helpful and very detail oriented. He made sure that based on my needs I pick the right unit. I highly recommend Depotium based on my recent experience with them.

Being a first timer, staffs very accommodating and explained all the details of information I needed.

This storage Unit is alright. We rented this space for about 8 months from 2020 to 2021 in the inside and its an alright storage unit. The lights are automatic which is great at conserving energy. They have a lot of storage unit options and the area is surveilled 24/7 although they should have someone checking the area everyday because its a storage unit. They have docks and bays for people that need to use the inside but other than that. It's a great storage Unit. I hope they improve on security, climate change and more ideas to help other storage units.

Great staff. Very professional and great facilities for storing everything from home furniture to cars, trailers and motorhomes. The site is safe with 24/7 surveillance and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The staff was good and the place was very clean. Unfortunately they raised their rates over the last two years by $72.a month. The only game in town.

Nice and clean, staff are very friendly, Chantal was great at explaining things and helping out, and the location is very convenient. The flat beds and other equipment on site are very convenient and allowed us to move things around. Look forward to using this depot again in the future when the time comes.

Outside lockers were very icy. Not their fault was on snow contract. But still. Safety first. 5 stars anyway.
