Depotium Mini-Entrepôt - Lachine

The experience was fine until i left, before signing the contract the agent said that if i left early i would be compensated for the unused days. I left the storage unit 4 days after paying for the month. I was unable to get anyone over the phone and left voicemails but was never contacted back. One day after i left i received an email asking me to confirm if i had left the unit. I called back and emailed to inquire about the prorated reimbursement but got no answer. When i finally reached a rep she said that reimbursement is not guaranteed!? This is very misleading and false advertisement from the company. As i have not heard from them after 2 weeks, i will dispute the charge witg my bank and would not recommend this storage to anyone.

The staff in the office was very kind, patient & answered all my questions. Great service & efficient as well! Have used them before.using them now & will use them again.

I called to ask a simple question. The guy refused and evaded to answer the question useless I gave him my name, email, number, why, where, when. Seriously? Are you that desperate to collect information? Now you just lost a corporate client that needed a 10 x 20.

Claude took the time to review all details of my contract in a friendly, professional, and thorough manner - during his lunch hour! I anticipate the after-service to be as great as the before-service. Facility is well kept and the storage unit was just as described.

Very courteous staff, helpful George was very quick at making me visit and finalizing the agreement papers. I was very pleased to see how the security system is effective and secure. Thank you Depotium Lachine.

Dedicated employee making customer comfortable and showing how easy the entire facility really is.

From access code, location, policy, paper work contract, tools, Donna took the time to explain to us how everything was working.

This is truly a good experience, facility is nice, and it is easy to navigate. They have also platform trolley, quite useful. Our storage Unit is on the second floor, even if we had a lot of items, using the commercial elevator was a breeze!

Our experience with Depotium Mini-Entrepot-Lachine came about as we called several storage facilities on and around the west Island. We were not happy with the prices most of them were charging. Finally we called Depotium and rented a 8x10 for a reasonable price we thought. Went in the next day and changed our start date. They were very accomadating. Donna at office was friendly and efficient. When we found that we had been charged twice for adm.fee it was quickly fixed and returned to charge-card. Looking for locker storage do yourself a favor and save money and time. Just call Depotium. Many lockers and all sizes. Great service.

Very pleasant experience. The facility is much nicer than I expected. It's clean, bright and very conveniently located. It has dollies for us to use too. The manager (George) was very nice to work with. I do recommend this place.

Nice and clean. The only issue was, when I called their number I was told that they had vehicle storage. The poor guy at the reception had no idea what I was talking about.
Otherwise I wouldn't think twice about renting a unit from these guys. Maybe the guy on their answering service should find out more about the services that are offered at this location.

Best self-storage place I’ve found. It is the least expensive and you have good access. Rented a 6’x10’ space for a few years and was very satisfied. Only negative point is that price would go up every year, but it still was less expensive than other self-storage facilities.

I ended up loosing my first payment because I couldn’t take the storage unit. The unit they recommended wasn’t big enough and they refused to refund me the initial payment that I made. Definitely not going to suggest anyone to go there. Big fail

Reasonable rates with the option of pro-rating for weeks you no longer need storage. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

I had a great experience until i left. I was told if i emptied my storage before my monthly subscription was finished i would be reimbursed for the days i did not use 3 times by different employees. I emptied my storage 2 weeks before my month was finished. When i called to ask to be reimbursed i was told i would have had to have told Depotium before i paid if i was leaving before the month was finished. That was never explained to me and the story didn’t make sense. I will not be back at depotium

I had a storage unit for about 4 years. The place is secure, clean and the personnel very helpful.

Great staff support. Beware rates are charged every 4 weeks versus monthly for the competition. Never clearly explained by sales people
If you rent long term rates increase rapidly and you end up paying up to 50% more than a new customer for the exact same size locker.
Renters beware!

I rented a small unit for a year at Depotium in Lachine and couldn't be more pleased. The office staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in my move-out when they pro-rated my last months rent to make it easier for me and my wallet. Also, being able to leave on a weeks notice was a bonus. The building is clean (washroom included!) and secure and I always felt relief with the knowledge that my belongings were in safe hands there. If in the future I require another storage unit, my first choice will be to go back to Depotium. Thank-you Depotium!

I was a client at Depotium Lachine for many years and I was very satisfied with the services and facilities. Good location, large choice of spaces available for rent at competitive prices and above all, excellent customer service. I dealt with several members of the team there: David, Steve, Alain, and some of the front desk staff and they were always helpful, responsive, professional and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my various requests. Thank you all. Highly recommended.

This mini warehouse is great. It's clean, well located and the people are very helpful and informative. A very pleasant experience.

Listen. This was absolutely the worst idea ever. Too expensive for the trash service they provide. It's like the days between payments get shorter every month. Avoid this at all cost honestly anywhere is better then this. My first month was 25$ that's how they trap you. And after that 190.00 every 3 weeks not even every month.

Great service all around, they made sure my locker was a good fit and explained all the in's and out's pertaining to this location. Great sign up promotions and the facility (especially the washrooms) is very clean.
They also have a wide range of packaging materials.

Rented a 10x30 locker. Was very clean. Depotium honored the price that I had negotiated with their customer service. Having rented a few storage lockers before this one, this was one of the better ones.

Sécuritaire, propre, mais on refuse mon paiement de 157$ (retard pour raison médical). On me demande de payer 357$ le total ce qui payera jusqu'au 29 avril. Steeve l'employé présent n'était pas capable de me faire un reçu!

Moi je ne retourne pas a cette endroit! Jai eux de la difficulté un mois a payer et jai presque tout perdu mes affaires vue qu’on m’obligeait a payer le montant total! Mes qu’il n’avait meme pas le droit!

Clean space. Easy to a talk to a staff member when needed. Would not hesitate to use their services again!

Not set up to work with international businesses. Stiff outdated processes that lead to poor communications with business partners. Payment is always an issue with these guys and they are not willing to adapt to modern business practices. Personal Storage use only, anything else will lead to strong arm practices as they try to collect payments from individuals and refuse to work with business administrations. I have worked with two separate international companies that used their services and every time interacting with Depotium from a business standpoint has been problematic. Do not recommend using this service if you are a modern up to date business.
