We recently dealt with Depotium Montréal and we had great experience so far. Denise was very professional and accomodating our requests.

Worst location, always construction around. Hard to park, no one on site ever. I was promised multiple follow ups; no one ever calls back.
Note that you cannot have anything delivered to your locker either.

Denise and roman in the saint paul west office are very thoughtful and patient to my case. A successful rental, and hope the future experience can be as great as today:)

Very helpful service. I recommend to see the space and facility beforehand so the move is smoother. Many smaller and affordable options available. You CAN opt out of the insurance if you choose.

I was pleasantly surprised to experience highly professional service provided by Roman and Denise at St-Paul street when helping my ex to move her stuff to another unit. They were polite and attentive quickly finding what she really needed and all the paperwork was done fast without delay.

Registration went smoothly, I got call right away about the details. Good price. I'll stay at least a year.

Ce sont des voleurs! Le tarif de base a déjà augmenté de plus de 10% en 6 mois, et un représentant du service client m'a confirmé que les tarifs augmentaient régulièrement de 10 à 25 % 2 fois par an! Je suis allée me plaindre au responsable qui m'a assuré qu'il allait me contacter pour proposer une solution. Mais aucune nouvelle, bien entendu. Donc ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs. Je vais de ce pas chercher une autre solution pour l'entreposage de mes biens. Je déconseille très fortement les services d'entreposage de Depotium.

J'ai utilisé depotium pendant environ 6 mois.
Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Tu peux accéder à ton local quasiment n'importe quand.
Il y a un intérieur des chariots pour transporter des éléments lourds.
Très satisfait.

Very bad company be very careful they give you 4 weeks free but their system is too bad and there are always mistakes on what they charge you after the 4 weeks

A Follow up to a previous post. I was frustrated that I had to fill out paperwork online, and then again in person. I received a call back explaining what happened, and to make up for my disappointment I was offered a reduction in my next cycle payment. Now that is great customer serivce follow up! Since day one the lovely lady at the reception of dépotium storage unit in Griffintown came through for me she went out of her way for me to help in many ways to. From my application steps all the way through having acces and getting in da storage building. The administration showed a lot of patience and understanding I could not be more satisfied for my first storage experience even from the first contact with the call center the agent was nice respectful and did all she could to give me the best deal possible.it actually made me change the opinion I had on storage units business with the pandemic.and most of all that building is clean quiet and easy on accessibility. I want to thank mostly da young lady who works there for all her kindness and her help. Don’t know how she does it handelling and running alone da phone and the customers needs. But does it LIKE A PRO!

This storage facility was great. It was clean and secure. Communication between me and the company was always clear and prompt. In particular, I would like to give a special thank-you to the manager of the Griffintown facility, Claude. I had to arrange a remote move from a Montreal apartment during Covid-19 (I live in BC) and Claude was extremely helpful in navigating me through all the details of getting the goods into storage. When the time came for me to pick everything up, everything went smoothly. The facility was easy to find, I just backed in my cargo van to the loading dock and had the locker empty in no time. Once again, Claude was there to answer any questions. Thanks for making the whole process as good as it can be.

Decent storage space. Depotium as a company in general is not as good some other storage places for the following two reasons: they charge "administrative" fees that other places do not add on to their costs, and the storage space at Depotium has no a/c in the summer which makes for a very, very hot and difficult move if you have a locker on the top floor.
The manager at the Murray street location is such a sweetheart and very accommodating man, his great customer service is what kept me there so long. He was a pleasure to deal with on every occasion.

Très bon service qui a su s'adapter aux conditions sanitaires actuelles du Coronavirus. Je peux seulement regretter la présence de chantiers aux alentours mais cela ne reviens pas de leur ressort. De plus, les chantiers ne sont plus présent donc vous allez pouvoir en profiter pleinement sans faire 15000 détours comme moi! LOL. XD

I am a student in Montreal who needs immediate storage in my area as I am vacationing my condo. I have found depotium.com online and called their reservation centre. Larry was outstanding in his approach,   and this on top of their valuable student promotion (1st month at NC, 20 % off). He has even recommended a trusted mover in FT Transport.ca. I am awaiting a call from Christian,   the local manager in Griffintown to discuss the easy steps and locks etc. I am totally happy with Depotium service and help during this COVID crisis, knowing that storage facilities are already booked at near full capacity. Check them out, contact them 1st, it will be your only call to book a safe and accessible storage facility.

The manager is a very nice guy in this location. You are better off seeing him directly than calling their central reservation number.

Client service impeccable! Claude is a great manager for Depotium on Murray Street. He answer all my concerns about the storage, price, time and everything related. I highly recommend this place.
They warranty you great courtesy whatever you choose the location for your storage.

Très bon service et un taux tarifaire assez abordable avec un mois gratuit payant seulement les frais administratifs. Il y a un bon accès et une grande facilité à déplacer mes choses.

When I asked the staff where these recycling bins were to throw away my cardboard boxes he told me that they don’t have any trash cans. When i asked him if there were any close by he said no and he also said that i need to throw all my trash away. The place is dirty and the staff isn’t even bothered to help you. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My whole experience with Depotium was great. I originally called one night at 21h30 (they close at 22h00) and the representative was super helpful. She took the time and was able to find all availabilities in different locations even at that late hour. I made a reservation which I had to cancel the following day. I was surprised and happy when they called me back that next day to inform me of other spaces open within the price range I was searching. Again, they took the time to make sure my needs were being met. I was very pleased.

My only complaint is that when I went to sign my contract, there was only one person to serve everyone and the wait time was a bit too long. It is a long process, and there should be more than one representative available to serve everyone in a timely manner. It was very hot and there was nowhere to sit.

Other than that, it was a great experience and the employees take the time to make sure your needs are met. I definitely and highly recommend Depotium to anyone looking for storage space.
