I usually never rate nor comment a business. But I feel like the exceptional service of my very best and most professional technician NAYIA deserves to be acknowledged!

I spent more than 4.5 years now of trying different businesses for laser hair removal and various technicians. And NAYIA stands out as the BEST. She’s a perfectionist (which is very rare to find) and her approach and patience have truly set her apart.

She’s just excellent at doing her job

I have been going to Dermamode for about 7 years and their service is always outstanding! Today Nayia gave me a fantastic peel and my skin is soft and glowing. She is knowledgeable about the products being used and is happy to explain the process to you.if you have any questions. The experience is so relaxing that I sometimes have to try not to fall asleep.

I also get other treatments here, like laser hair removal. You will be in good hands no matter who you work with!

I’ve been a client of Dermamode for almost a year now. I’ve had a few peeling sessions as well as laser hair removal with Diana. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality, results, and amazing care given at this clinic. I’ve had 5 laser hair removal sessions until now and I’ve had great results. Diana makes sure you are doing good through the whole process and makes you feel very comfortable. I also did a few peeling sessions + she gave me a custom skin care regimen which has *truly* shown amazing results and makes me wish I just started this earlier (i’m 27)
I find prices are extremely reasonable as well. They have a nice and clean clinic and the latest technologies. Everyone there is specifically trained to offer these services so they know what they are doing.

I've been with Dermamode for over a year now, where I've been doing laser hair removal. I'm completely amazed with the results, but I cannot be more pleased with the staff at Dermamode.

The girls at the front desk are incredibly polite and courteous. They've accommodated me so many times despite the fact that I have a pretty tight schedule myself. They're awesome!

As for the technicians, the girls are incredibly sweet, very professional and friendly. I've had my laser done by a few different technicians, but the service has always been amazing. The girls are so passionate about what they do, and if I had any special requests to ask, they would always listen and make sure I'm happy and satisfied:)

My technician today was Bianca, and as always, when I have a new tech I'm always a little bit more nervous. But Bianca was professional, super sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the entire session. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was happy with everything:) She's a true gem!

Avec bienveillance, elle utilise ses expertises pour me prodiguer des traitements au laser. J’étais hésitante avant de faire un review tel quel, mais je crois que l’on dois savoir à quel type d’entreprise on fais affaire avant de payez pour un service donc voilà … J’ai fais faire mes levres à cette clinique, le doctor avait énormément de retard, (près de 1h) … 6 jours plus tard, mes lèvres étais redevenu à leur état normal.très déçu du résultat car ça n’a pas tenu et deplus c’est une des clinique les plus dispendieuses à Montréal pour une seringue, donc le 6 jours passez j’appelle à la clinique et prend un rdv pour le 15 mai pour revoir le doctor a savoir pourquoi l’injection n’a pas eu d’effet … la journée du rdv j’arrive à l’avance comme à l’habitude, le doctor a 25 minutes de retard, je le voit rentrer dans son cabinet avec une autre patiente (qui avais l’analgésique sur les lèvres) donc je savais que j’allais devoir attendre un autre 30 minutes supplémentaires.je vais donc voir la Receptionniste pour lui dire que je vais quittez puisque je n’ai pas envie d’attendre un 30 min supplémentaire et que cetais le même scenarios à mon premier rdv … elle me donne un autre date pour être la première cliente le matin du coup il n’y aurais pas d’attente … on m’appelle quelque jours avant le rdv pour me demandez si je peux remettre le rdv à 10h30 puisque le doctor finalement aura du retard ect …. Mais wow … je n’ai pas été au rdv, aucun suivi fais par le doctor, et mes lèvres sont comme il était au départ la déception.

Je peux comprendre l'envie d'éviter les faux rendez vous et peut-être ai-je été trop hative sur ma note, mais j'ai tendance à être très méfiante lorsque l'on me demande mes infos bancaire lorsque l'on ne fais pas encore d'achat, je ne trouve pas ça logique du tout, vraiment. Reste que au niveau des services pratiques cette place semble en fournir de bons, même si je n'aurais pas d'expérience à cet endroit pour des questions finalement seulement de principe. //

On demande nos informations de carte bancaire ou un dépôt de 50$ déductible sur le 1er achat pour une séance d'estimation gratuite. Je me suis sentie piégée par leur stratégie de vente avant même d'avoir mis les pieds dans leur locaux. Autant dire que je ne donnerais pas suite et que je trouverais un autre endroit plus enclin à m'apporter le sentiment de confiance que jattends de ce type d'institut.

This was my first experience with Dermamode. What a clean, spacious, calm and friendly environment. I never once felt pressured into any treatment and my esthetician, Diana, was kind and gentle in explaining what was being done. It’s been more than 24 hours and I’m still feeling refreshed and relaxed! I’d definitely go back.

I love everything about this place! The staff is very friendly, and extremely honest which I really appreciate. I've also done Botox and
a bit of fillers with the doctor - he's very honest and goes for natural. He will not do anything you won't need. I personally like to stay natural but look fresher and he does exactly that. I really love their work and I highly recommend this place. I'm also doing laser with them and I find their prices for some of their treatments slightly more affordable than some other clinics.

I absolutely LOVE going to this salon! The service and employees are great! Audrey, my esthetician is very resourceful. She knows all the alternatives for different skin types. I had really bad acne and she recommend products that really helped heal my skin. The treatments are good and relaxing and I leave the place with a glowing skin everytime!

I did my Brazilian/bikini laser with Diana! Took about 3 sessions and almost all the hair was gone. The machine is gentle but so powerful and Diana was really great. Definitely coming back for other services.

Extremely overpriced for nothing. They give you 100$+ creams when 20$ creams work perfectly fine. They are money grabbers.

I had 6 sessions of hair removal service here. I have perfect results that I didnt even expect. They will help you a lot with the pricing too. From the moment I entered, felt very welcomed.
This was my first time doing a treatement for my face. I’m happy I did. (I’m 28 and always did at home treatments and stuff)
Diana was the one who did my treatment.
She was very gentle and her treatment made me almost drift asleep (seriously) this was by far the best investment I have ever done for myself.
The treatment I got made my skin feel incredible, my acne scars reduced by about 10% on first visit. My skin felt incredible for the following 2 weeks, I also got way less acne and clogged pores.
I’ll be visiting again very very soon.
I also received great advices from the aesthetician. She was very kind, patient and professional. I felt really taken care of.

Just finished my third round of microneedling at Dermamode and could not be happier with my experience so far. Their esthetician Nayia is super professional and conscientious about making sure everything is just right during the session. She also has a really calming presence that made me feel at ease despite the tiny needles that were being poked into my face.

As for the results, my skin was already smoother after the first round, but the improvements started really becoming apparent after the second session - have seen a noticeable reduction in fine lines and acne scars and my skin looks overall more even.

Ses prédictions lors de mon évaluation était réalistes et « achievable » et elle m’a souvent répété qu’elle était impressionnée par les résultats! Je le suis moi aussi! C’est une personne compréhensive et efficace avec de très grandes connaissances dans son domaine ce qui rends son service fantastique! Je la recommande!

Dermamode has been my go-to place for laser hair removal and part of that reason is having Audrey as my technician. She is professional, easy to talk to and has always made me feel comfortable. The reception staff is friendly and warm, and the clinic is always clean. They use top of the line products and have great advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else for futur services!

The clinic is very nice and the employees are as well, but unfortunately their laser hair removal does not work.
Maybe it is due to switching between different machines. But when all your hair grows back after six sessions, clearly something isn't being done right.

Will be trying laser elsewhere.

To answer the comment below - firstly, I went to this location for at least a year and spent a considerable amount of money for the promise of at least some hair loss.

Not only have I already contacted the clinic to advise them that all my hair grew back, but the person who replied: 1. Got my name wrong. 2. Did not know my case. 3. Suggested I take more appointments when I have already clearly wasted money on something that does not work. But thank you for replying. I just wish I read reviews before going.

Excellente clinique pour l’epilation définitive au laser. J’y ai aussi eu un facial, toujours avec Audrey, qui est très compétente et professionnelle. Elle a beaucoup de connaissances sur tout ce qui touche à la peau et son vieillissement, c’est donc très agréable d’échanger avec elle. La réceptionniste est très aimable aussi, ce qui est un plus pour l’expérience générale. Bref je recommande sans hésiter!

Had a medical aesthetic procedure done by Dr. Yalon Dolev - I'm impressed. The staff was attentive and helpful in addressing all my concerns and questions regarding the procedure from my entry to my exit of the clinic, and they accomodated when I was running late. Would recommend, I had been to other medical aesthetic spas before, but Dermamode left a great impression on me. Likely I will return to Dermamode in the near future!

J'ai eu un service correct sans plus. Bien que le personnel soit chaleureux. Mes traitements électrolyse ont été correct jusqu'à mon dernier traitement où j'ai littéralement été brûlé sur ma lèvres supérieur et entre mes sourcils. J'espère vraiment ne pas avoir de cicatrice.

I've done many different treatments at dermamode. From laser hair removal treatments, to cellulite treatments, and even teeth whitening. Dermamode is definitely my go-to clinic for any of my medical aesthetic needs. I always make sure to schedule any of my appointments with Nayia. Nayia has such a warm personality and always makes me feel so comfortable. She has also recommended some of the best skin care products that have made such a big difference in the appearance of my skin!

Dermamode is a great location right next to Bonaventure Station. They've got wonderful staff and coming in to see Mariya for my appointments feels more like stopping by to see a friend. Highly recommend.
