Terrible dealership! They sell you high, want to buy back below reason. Like they offered 4K less than other dealer for same car.
Now let’s talk service. Even WORST! If you want you car fixed bring it elsewhere! I have been going back every week for the same garbage they fix on my car and still broken. Unbelievably unreliable. My company keep loosing because of this place! Shop elsewhere.

Also last 3 vehicles that were dodge/Jeep were all garbage with major issues! I highly do not recommend this place!

Terrible service, horrible charges, don't go!
I went to repair my car recently, when I was told that I need to pay an additional $280 for diagnosis, $140 for each problem for 1 hour.
Horrible, they don't tell you that you will be charged this when you make your appointment or drop your car, but you will need to pay this extra when they give you repair quote.
One of the diagnoses, the entire process from beginning to end did not even exceed 20 minutes, but they insisted on charging $140 for an hour of service. I questioned this, but their manager said the money must be paid according to their work standards.soon he smashed the table with his hand and cursed a series of insults and the f word at us.
I will never be going back! So be careful everyone!

Came here for an inspection and to check out a check engine light.
1) Inspection report was illegible and nothing was explained to me about what the points are. Impossible to read any information clearly the technician wrote this in a rush.

2) Quoted a very large sum to replace a sensor that would take less than 1 hour of work. I was only told that the sensor issue was important after I paid. Not professional level conduct and again seriously flawed communication. As a matter of fact, i was previously told at this same dealer that the sensor and airbag issues cannot be fixed easily and that they were minor issues.

Then I got called by dodge to fill out a survey by email. Never received the survey. Overall would not recommend this, go to your local mechanic instead.

J'ai été très bien servi par Jean-Marc et son collègue, rare que l'on voit des aviseurs techniques s'appuyer durant les pauses de lunch, je faisais affaire avec Vaudreuil avant et croyez moi, il fallait que j'attends que mon aviseur technique arrive, heureusement Vaudreuil est fermé

Département de service trop occupé pour offrir un travail de qualité.

2 fois de suite, on m'a redonné un véhicule avec le volant décalé vers la droite, alors que j'avais mentionné des problèmes au niveau de la direction comme raison de ma visite. 2 FOIS.

Une contre-expertise a trouvé aujourd'hui des pièces de frein mal fixées, une vis manquante sur un étrier de frein (les erreurs sur les freins c'est impardonnable!), des pièces de direction endommagées par des vis trop serrées, des cardans endommagés.

Je déconseille ce centre de service à toute personne qui respecte son véhicule. Tout simplement une honte à la marque Chrysler.

Edit: je viens de découvrir qu'ils n'ont pas non plus remis l'aimant dans la transmission après avoir changé son huile. S'il n'était pas là lorsqu'ils l'ont démontée, alors ils ne m'ont pas appelé pour m'en indiquer! Ils n'ont également pas serré les vis de ma panne à l'huile de transmission, et n'ont pas mis le joint d'étanchéité recommandé par Chrysler pour ces transmissions.

Je réitère, c'est le pire département de service avec lequel j'ai eu à faire affaire de toute ma vie.

Très mauvaise expérience avec ce concessionnaire. Après un an d’attente et des appels non répondus de mon vendeur Simon, on m’informe que la production de mon Jeep n’est pas encore lancée et qu’elle est reportée d’une année supplémentaire. Qu’elle ne fut donc pas ma surprise de constater qu’on reporte considérablement le délai prévu de livraison sans même m’en tenir informée.

D’autant plus qu’en janvier, j’ai reçu un appel de courtoisie de mon vendeur, qui réitérait que la livraison se ferait comme prévue au printemps et qu’il respectait la liste d’attente malgré les rumeurs qui circulent. Permettez-moi d’en douter sérieusement.

I would give zero if I could. This dealership delivered a damaged vehicule when I purchased a brand new Ram last week. I notice there was something off with the paint on the bumper upon delivery. They told me they didn’t know about it (which was a lie, as after verification by a mechanic the bumper was taken off the truck after the factory assembly) they told me not to worry about it and that they would take the bumper off another truck if they couldn’t get the part quick (the salesman and manager Sebastien told me this). My biggest mistake was to leave the dealership with the truck trusting them. As fast forward a week and they are now telling me sorry the part is back ordered you will get it when you get it. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS

Excellent dealership with great staff. We bought our 2022 Pacifica with Alec Bourque. He is one of the best sale person we have worked with, very responsive to all our questions, very professional and willing to find out a lot of information we are looking. Even though the wait was longer than expected, but he was able to provide updates when we asked for it. The transaction process was smooth as well, the price was competitive in today's market, but he was very transparent with all the cost unlike other Chrysler dealer we went to.highly recommend this dealership and ask for Alec!

Je n’y retournerai plus jamais! Ils m’ont appelé pour me dire que j’avais de l’équité positive sur mon Willys 2020 et qu’ils voulaient le racheter, m’ont donné rendez-vous avec M. Gilbert Vallée qui m’a informé qu’il n’était pas en mesure de savoir mon buy back pcq’ il n’y avait pas de directeur. Je lui ai dit qu’il me faisait perdre mon temps et ma soirée. Ils m’ont finalement mentionné que mon buy back était de 40 000$ et qu’ils pouvaient me donner 35 000$. C’est n’importe quoi! Pratiques douteuses et aucun respect pour les clients! Je suis très déçu de ce commerce qui ne traite pas bien ses clients.

I’ve owned well over 30 cars and Sebastien Carty is beyond honest and transparent and so is the dealership, even with part restrictions, manufacturer delays etc.

Save yourself from empty promises and trust these guys.

I was shopping around for a Jeep Wrangler and got some prices from other dealerships. I got the best price from des sources and not just a couple of dollars. The salesman (Carlo) is just simply amazing. I was able to save a lot of money because of his knowledge and experience after many years of selling cars. Without me even knowing because of my job, Jeep Canada gives special pricing to employees depending for what company they works for and saved a lot of money.

Carlo showed me how to get the control number from Jeep and it was applied to the price of the car. None of the other dealerships even mentioned this to me. For their honesty and genuine great service they will have a customer for life from me and I would highly refer anyone to this dealership and definitely go see Carlo.

Apparently Illegal practice of overcharging for administration fees (see attachments)

Investigated by Office de la protection du consommateur (See attachment)

I was contacted by the consumer protection Following my purchase to learn I was Illegally charged $799 administration fee for for which I had no idea.

I contacted salesman Shico Tamam at dealership and was told my father made the purchase on my behalf (ridiculous! See attached) when he simply came to take a look at the car on my behalf!

Do I have to tell you my father had no idea what the hell I was talking about with those fees?

This is ridiculous. See attachments for proofs.

I was ready to make a purchase on a new Jeep today so we called prior to make an appointment and the person on the phone said we didn’t need one and once we got there the salesman was rude in informing us it would be a long wait. We didn’t mind waiting but the customer service was absolutely horrible. They definitely lost a sale because of that.

I took my car for service to this place 6 times. 3 out of six they kept it for two days instead of 1 as promised. Once it was because they did not have a battery in stock (? !). Another time they held my vehicle overnight promising to complete the work until next day at noon and then returned the vehicle without the work done the next day! It took them 6 months to estimate another issue on the vehicle. They never call back. I think I called them at least 25 times and they always promise to call back but they never do. When it comes to new vehicles their prices are the highest and when it comes to buying back your old vehicle their prices are the lowest. I don’t understand how they are still in business…

Got a new wrangler sahara in April and just did the first service. I can say that for the most part everything went smoothly. It's may sound silly to compliment a business for these basic things, but car dealerships rarely give you the respect and professionalism that they should. This dealership calls you back when they say they will, they're organized, and the reps are pleasant to deal with. Jason in service was a very friendly guy and helped me out with the issues that I had. Michael in sales helped me with the initial stuff and test drive. I can say that so far experience has been positive, with the exception of some delays. But those seem to be the norm lately so I'm still giving them a great rating.

Des Sources Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep is very good for a dealership. The Secretary speaks politely when you call. They service center calls you back when needed and the guys give you their honest opinion on what they think needs repairs immediately or which can wait. The guys that speak to you when leaving your car there are down to earth, funny and listen to your conversation and needs which for me and most people Is much appreciated. It's a positive atmosphere that you feel welcome and they seem happy to talk to the clients they know. Service in English or French to fully understand what they are saying is a plus for many west island anglos. Thanks guys and gals

The only good thing about my experience with Jeep is when I initially leased my car. All went down hill after that. My car which was brand new at the time was delivered with a nail in the new tires. The key fob a week later the battery completely died and I couldn’t start the car with it. A few months after that the whole computer system needed to be changed because of electrical issues. In the winter there was a sensor issue and my back door is wouldn’t open and I couldn’t get my baby in his car seat in or out of the car. When i called to come that day to fix it the receptionist told me they only had a spot in 2 weeks for me. Until I showed up and said it was unacceptable to not be able to open my back door for 2 weeks with young children finally a manager took care of me. That being said my car had issues from day one and I just got another car company to buy back my lease today after my battery on my 3 year car died on me for no reason! Jeep tried to buy it back from me low balling price but I got more for it at another dealership. Horrible experience needless to say overall. Issue after issue and horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money!

Verify you actual manufacturer maintenance schedule, verify your work order before you sign it, and if what they say doesnt make sense then it probably isn't true. Had a lot of problems almost every time at the service department and always a poor excuse same as all the other horror stories on here. My brakes on a dodge journey were wearing down only on one side. The Caliper on that side turned white from the heat (not salt, it was summer). They didnt see a problem and wouldnt replace the caliper under warranty. I Changed dodge dealers and it was like night and day, I suggest you do the same.

It’s about 3 years I’m their client. I purchased my brand new JEEP from this dealership. Staffs are so nice.
I really appreciate “ JIMMY “ the advisor technician who gave and gives the best service to his customers. He is always busy but hardworking and welcoming! I liked the way he follows up with clients solves their problems and keep them updated. It was not just for me I noticed his efforts to do his best for all.
The sales team are so professional specially “Sandra”. She cares a lot about customers satisfaction. So honest, nice, and knowledgeable.
You won’t miss any information and helps you need with her.
What I don’t like is the waiting room for the service department which is a bit smaller than the other dealerships I visited.
Despite long time waiting for the service department, totally I am happy with the after sales service.

So obvious All the positive reviews are fake. Same language, repeated words and written with fake profiles.

I was a quoted a price almost 20% more than the online price. When I went in 2nd time, I was told "sorry your sales rep is having dinner, come back later". What a joke.

Shady and they wont be upfront with you and really not motivated sellers example (simon) i bought a brand ne jeep wrangler came back a few years later to trade in for a specific vehicle only to be given the runaroundby simon on top of trying to sell every thing but the car i ask for in the specific trim.bottom line is there’s a big lack of communication and motivation to help the clients.i even sent them (simon) business by referring my friend in the market for a new wrangler only for them to try to find a way better deal at a other dealership.

Just arranged to purchase my second vehical from these guys. A Ram 2500 Longhorn. Steve was very accommodating and knowledgeable. It's nice having a guy on staff that is specialized in truck sales. He went threw all the option packages and options to customize the truck just the way I want it! They helped me out with verifying that factory discounts will be avalibe by the time the truck arrives. Have had numerous "less than positive experiences " at other local Dodge dealers, these guys are legit.

Went in to have my tires done and asked that they change a fuse. You know the one for the DC under the climate control.
My wife had to go because I had to work. Any way they charged me 50 bucks labour! To change a fuse! Had I been told how expensive it was I would have done it myself! I called on 2 separate occasions to complain and was told that the service manager would get back to me which never happened. The part I is they replied to this and said they’d contact me and still never did! Wow!

This was my first time at this dealership dodge des sources, I was greeted at the door by my salesman ALEC. Everything about this experience was great. No pressure, staff went above and beyond and the best part was I arrived at the dealership at 3: 30, after that drive, credit check and signing all the papers for the car I was out the door at 5: 30. This was my first time at the dealership but from now on will be my first stop. Go see ALEC. He will take care of you. Everything was painless love my new car 2020 jeep wrangler rubicon

Lots rework at Dodge - we have not had very good experience at Dodge DDO and manager was made aware about it. Brake work had defective brake pads (a total no no from customer security point of view), other work needed rework as well. We only got excuses and not a satisfactory answer. We requested to speak to the owner but so far no one has contacted us. Such issues should not be hidden under the carpet or ignored. We would appreciate meeting up with the owner. The problem goes beyond these two rework, all the way to when we bought our Grand caravan.
If we don't hear back within this week, we would like to escalate it to Dodge Canada.
