Super friendly staff and amazing desserts. The lady that checked me out gave me a free cookie

Nice cosy place to have a dessert and treats, they also have simple yet delicious Mexican food for a great price and friendly service.

Plenty of room for improvements. Start with customer service. Not so much variety when I visited in the evening time of the weekday. Waited for 15 minutes to have someone from the customer service team to attend my request. Pretty lazy responses I got up on cake customization quote and delivery time.

So many different choice of cakes. Everything is freshly made and prices are extremely fair. Would highly recommend

Gorgeous and delicious desserts! The pistachio pâte à choux is SO good, I definitely want to try the other flavours. There's much more to recommend as well, like the Napoleon cups, verrines, and cup cakes.

I bought a burrito but it was dry even though I asked for extra sauce, the guy doesn't even have the tomato sace for tacos, it was all lettuce and meat. He also refused to heat it up after so it was disgustingly flavorless and cold.

My friend suggested me this place and I would say first time my friend did something right in his life. Really

We came for desserts after food, desserts were good, must try are the cake-pops. The staff managed us smooth like butter in the rush time. I will come back for sure.

They bring their full garbage from the front door, they don’t wait us to leave. This is the last time I come here.

I was new in montreal and I tried this place first time and I would say this is one of the best restaurant ever. All the staff members were very respectful toward me. Highly recommended

I like the deserts for the most part, pretty hit or miss for me. My favorite is the confetti cake. But I really, really don't recommend ordering coffee from here. It's easily the worse coffee I've ever had. The latte was awful and even smelled awful yuk.

Ordered the red velvet cake via doordash. Disappointed by the taste and texture, it tasted old and dry. Looks like it have been outside for way too long.quality is meh

Not a great experience.

We were looking for a dessert place still open at midnight this past Saturday night, within walking distance from the Bell Centre, after a concert. We should have just taken an Uber to a nicer place instead.

The place is a joint desserts? And taco place? ! Weird. The whole place smelled strongly of Pinesol floor detergent. Very overwhelming. An area at the back had construction items that could have been covered up better (see photo). The smell of tacos and nachos from the other tables was a bit much. Seatings for about 20 ppl inside.

Food: we ordered eclairs (chocolate and praline) and brownie. All were edible. Eclairs were frozen then thawed it seems. Pricing was at par (about $4-5). I ordered a latte and they forgot all about it until I had to remind them. Came in a disposable cup vs a real mug. Disappointing since it was clear that we were eating in. Pls have the servers with longer hair to wear a hairnet.

Definitely won’t be back. Sorry.

We ordered a last-minute six-inch devil's food chocolate cake and the order was filled and delivered, through Uber Eats, in less than 30 minutes and to our hotel door.

Last week, i came to the store looking for a birthday cake. The indian boy working at the front was really helpful. I am satisfied with the service. 10/10 will visit again!

The employee who works today at 12 noon was very bad treatment and late in ordering, I don't know why this happens to you

Dessert was pretty food. I took a fruit pie and I can't complain. The cupcakes were good and fluffy even at the end of the day. The price didn't shock me, so I would say it's definitely a good place to get dessert, especially for a midnight snack!

I wouldn't recommend the ice cream cup as it's not pretty fresh and ia difficult to eat.

Today I finally had my sit down at cafe desserts mtc and I will say that since I've been in Montreal this cheesecake and desert place has been my home the deserts are made just right not to sweet at all and made just right.
And the bonus is the tacos so you can have a full meal and some fresh home made baked goods. And the staff are amazing they are interactive always busy but polite and well mannered and most importantly there customer service is great even if they are new employees they seem to handle the flow of traffic well good job to the management and good job to the workers

Called to inquire for the first time, heard a voice and was hung up on. Called back and was hung up again.

This is a nice sweet shop there velvet cake is the best idk its just so delicious i keep on ordering it. And the deal with the mini cupcakes is good you get 9 for 10$ otherwise they are 2$ per piece. I think i can suggest this place

Enjoyed the hot chocolate, something great after a long time. The dessert was also very good. The sprinkles were a good addition.

This place have serious hygiene problems. They run late night cafe but i pass the coffee after saw the machine. Just 2 stars for the younger cashier who packed my food nicely.

The only dessert I order from on Ubereats! Everything I’ve tried is delicious and the latte is great too:)

Hi. I don’t recommend at all this place. On 03.07.21, saturday I bought some cakes and when I got home and unpacked them I found out that everything was expired and the smell was like mold. The strawberris from inside the box were rotten as you can see in this photos that means the cake were not fresh. Garbage bin was the perfect place for them. I will not buy ever from this place.

Jack of all trades dessert place. Want a cake at 11am? 3pm? 2am? Just order a cake from Uber Eats and bam it’s at your doorstep in 30 minutes.
Their red velvet cake is great, honestly the first time I ordered from them they sent me a red velvet instead of Oreo. I was sad and annoyed until I took a bite. It was for my girlfriends birthday, and we actually ate the entire cake in 30 minutes and ordered another one. Been ordering ever since.
They also have other stuff, but again nothing matches their red velvet cake!

Where do I begin? From my 18th birthday, to my sisters wedding cake, to now my sisters baby shower cake. We have never been let down by desserts etc. The time, dedication and precision she puts into these cakes is astonishing. When I first sent her the image of the baby shower cake she wasn’t sure if she could do it. But I knew if anyone can pull it off it would be her. Guess what? She came through. I’m still in awe of her work. Besides the her art skills her baking skills are as top notch, because the cake was devoured within minutes. My forever go to cake and dessert shop.

Très satisfaite des mini cup cake et des cake pops personnalisés pour une gender reveal que j’ai commandé! J’ai discuté et envoyé des photos au chef et il a été très réactif et cordial. J’ai fait la commande deux jours avant et ma commande était prête à temps et bien emballée. En plus c’était délicieux et pas du tout écœurant moi qui n’aime pas trop le sucre j’en ai mangé plusieurs.

Well there should be option to give negative stars to the girl (short hair) working at front. Bro its not just you working at front desk lot of people in universe are working at same place (even at more better position than you) you should have manners how to talk a customer… really disappointed with girl attitude.i visited 2 times both times the girl show attitude like she is queen there… will never recommend any one to visit because of that girl… she should learn to respect customers… even though other male staff is good.

I asked for a custom cake and they perfectly designed it to what I wanted. I also travelled with the cake and nothing melted. Every decoration stayed in place as it was even though it was a long drive home. Their red velvet cake is delicious! My friends loved it too. I would recommend this place to everyone. Definitely worth the price, they perfectly execute particular designs and tastes amazing.

They have all type of cake with great price. They also write anything you want to write on cake. They have all type of other desserts available for different functions.

I ordered 5 different types of desert and first they forgot to pack the carrot cake. They delivered it again within an hour when I called them but all of the desert were tasteless, chocolate cake was too sweet for me. My wife and I both didn’t like. Don’t think we’ll order again.

Ordered cupcakes and macaroons as a gift. The presentation was horrible. The cupcakes were place in a box that’s too small and the cream was on the side of the box. The macaroons were in a Chinese food box like container. I called them before ordering and told them it’s a gift.

THE BEST! I ordered a birthday package for my friend in Montreal. The packaging was just perfect. Their service was way too good. They were extremely responsive and Mr. Inpan went out of his way to deliver the package to my friend I am extremely happy with the order.

My friend loved the desserts. Cupcakes were really really good.

Honestly the lady is nice and all but dont trust her with you custom cakes.she will mess it up. I asked for a specific message and she literally only wrote half of it.it was for a very special occasion too so yeah.cake had a good taste atleast but it messed up the whole party vibe

Ordered a sponge fruit cake there and the cream was hard, fruits were dried and the cake was stale, I am never ordering from there again

I got those desserts from them via uber eats. They are very tasty and value for money with the quality compared to some other resto which are so expensive

Cupcakes were soft and moist. Only the nanaimo cream to much butter with strong taste.

Pretty good cinnamon buns, but the cashier tried to charge me the regular price instead of the price announced on the outdoor board.she eventually corrected her error.

Best service ever! I had ordered custom made Sherlock Holmes cupcakes for my boyfriend's birthday in February with another bakery and due to covid they cancelled on me. Café Desserts Etc came through for me after I spoke to them two weeks ago. They made me the most beautiful custom made cupcakes in vanilla and candied bacon flavour with fondant toppers. Delivered them to me while maintaining distances. I'm so touched by their amazing service and for making his birthday fabulous during confinement. Will continue to order from them for sure!

First time eating cake here. Ordered an Oreo cake. The Oreos are no longer crunchy. The cake base was moist and yummy but the cream taste very fatty and thick, taste like they used imitation whipping cream. Overall it tastes about average.

I was beyond amazed, I ordered a custom made birthday cake for my wife, and the presentation, quality of the ingredients, and the taste were all truly amazing. I would highly recommend it.

Found this place on the last night of our trip to Montreal. Should have found it earlier. Great desserts and very hospitable staff.

Weird place but pretty good desserts.
The food was better than expected: light cakes, taste good, good portion, not expensive.
The service was good overall. I asked for a tea latte which is not on their menu and they made one anyway, which is highly appreciated.
Now the bad: the mug wasn’t fully clean, some residues from the dishwasher were not manually cleaned. The atmosphere is somewhat weird, I did not want to stay any longer than eating my cake.
I would probably go back if there is nothing else I wanna get, but Juliette & Chocolat being close to them, I’d rather go there first ;)

Love this place especially the mini-cupcakes. Everything is baked fresh in the back kitchen every day. We've ordered a few of the big cakes for special events and everyone loved them. This is a small place worth discovering. Easily worth five shooting stars. Mangia

This place serves both tacos and desserts for some reason but the staff didn't quite know how to prepare our dessert properly. I had to ask for my cake to be warmed up after taking it out of the fridge and she put it in the microwave with my metal fork. Only came because it was open late. Would not recommend.

I bought a cake for someone's birthday and was sold an old dry cake that looked fine but was hard around the sides. The cake was put in a box at the store so I was unaware of the issue. I and everyone else got the big surprise that I bought old dry garbage. This place is disgusting and has no shame. NEVER buying anything from here again! No idea how this place has 4.1 rating, it must be paying for a lot of fake reviews.

We got a devil's chocolate and it's not even tasting like a chocolate cake, I don't recommend this bakery. I really can't describe the taste of this horrendous blob of sponge and margarine.the cream tastes like flavored margarine. I cannot dare to try another cake from this store.

Amazing place! Really dynamic with different options like desserts and tacos. Had a French pastry and my friends had a piece of vanilla fruit cake and love it. Ana Maria had a cupcake and it was delightful. Mind opening. Still sugar rushing maybe, but really liked!
