Hours changed without notice. They are now open until 6pm, not 6: 30 as was previously & as the chitchats website reflects. Disappointed & time wasted.

* WARNING * This UPS store damaged a highly valuable item, and refused to take any responsibility despite their team's poor packaging. Would strongly recommend avoiding this particular location. Had way better experiences at the UPS on St Catherine.

Had a terrible experience getting a quote for a package here, they were very rude, and not covid-friendly. The shop on st catherine was a much better experience, and a lot cheaper

I wanted to prepare the shipment at home. I asked for a DHL envelope, which is give them by DHL for free but they wouldn’t. They ask me to bring what I wanted to send and prepare the shipment there. I just went to another DHL store and they were more than happy to give me what I wanted.

Le service était impeccable, j’ai attendu très peu de temps à chaque fois et quand j’ai ramené un jour un colis je n’avais pas de Teype, Ils m’ont n’en fournit gratuitement avec une protection d’étiquette. Came here to ship 3 moving boxes to California, which were delivered successfully. Was informed and assisted with everything needed for international shipping. Overall, it was excellent service; definitely trust the service here

Gone are the days when companies assured satisfaction for those that paid for their shipping services. $1 for 1 foot of tape to close a box. Talk about nickel and diming. Use Canada Post. At least the shipping costs much less.

My friend bought a large number of fragile collectibles in Montreal. Were it not for Gerard we could have ended up with a pile of glass when it reached California. I am beyond surprised to have lucked into such a caring, careful, knowledgeable professional in Gerard who went the extra mile to get the items packed thoroughly and safely. Seven boxes in all of very fragile items arrived in California in perfect condition. One week ago we walked into Gerard's store not knowing what to expect; not even knowing if we could find someone willing to accept enough items to fill a large taxi. Gerard was not intimidated or even slightly surprised. He just went about his business of assessing what needed to be done and then he set out to do it. Gerard and his colleague got the items packed wonderfully, and a week after walking into UPS 344, our items are here in California in perfect condition. A lot of gratitude and appreciation to Gerard.
