Great Job clearing snow, I get both Driveway and Walkway plus stairs done and the team does a great job every time.

I’m so happy with DLC. I never have to worry about snow in my driveway, as it’s always cleared quickly. Our tractor driver does an amazing job. Communication with the company is also excellent. Thanks!

I was a recent LHM customer for snow removal services and was very happy with their services. When DLC Greenteams took them over, I was very pleased to say that their service was excellent as well! They cleaned up my driveway early before I had to leave and cleaned the driveway and even came back a 2nd time after the city passed. As usual, With DLC I always experienced great customer service and their crews are always so great. I used them for my landscaping project this summer and was a perfect experience as well! We had a huge landscaping project done by DLC. We were promised a one stop shop, top quality materials, work, and expertise. This was the furthest from the truth and caused us so much stress and extra money redoing their work. One problem after another and took a year longer than promised. Have a look at the pics. This was just one small part of the job. They attempted to repair the driveway last year and this is what it looks like one year later.

Snow removal. Excellent service, well timed with City of Beaconsfield snow removal on roads.

Paid for walkway to be cleared and it wasn't done often and when they did do it they only followed the tiny pathway I had to clear myself. Customer service was polite but nothing much changed.

Service this year has declined. They are the last ones in our neighborhood to clean the driveways. Other companies have passed 2x before DLC shows up. I leave for work at 6 am and have had to dig out every snow fall this year while my neighbors driveways are already done.

We use DLC for snow removal and our driver, Ludovic goes above and beyond, even going back for a 2nd pass once I moved my car out of the way.

DLC took ownership of the issues and made things right. It is the best attempt to make things right that I have experienced from a renovation / landscaping contractor. Because of that, I am amending my review to 4 stars. Mathew from DLC contacted me and listened as I gave him all the details on the issues below. He apologized on behalf of DLC and assured me it would not happen again. Then he asked whether my windows had been soiled by the dust that had been sprayed on my backyard, and suggested he send a crew to clean my windows to make things right (not just the basement windows: the outside of the windows of the whole house).

INTIAL REVIEW:
Don't hire this company if you care about your neighbours. DLC repeatedly messed up my backyard, which sits at a slightly lower level than the yard where they worked. 1) They filled a hole with a gravel shooter and left a ton of gravel on my lot despite me asking them to remove it. Note that they only placed a tarp to prevent gravel from hitting my windows after I complained about it. 2) Several months later, when they put soil & grass on top of the gravel, they sprayed my entire back yard with soil - on my outdoor dining table & chairs, etc. I asked them politely whether they would clean it once done but they never did (it may not look like much, but it would've taken at least an hour for me to clean up my yard, which should not be my responsibility). 3) What is most frustrating is that both times I complained politely to the highest ranking person on site, who reassured me DLC would take care of things, but in the end they never did anything about it. I am sure they would not have left their client's property in the state they left mine.

Last year I have DLC, the service for horrible and very poor.
First they didn’t put stick on my driveway.
I call was no result. I went to tell them in person.
Still nothing was done. My driveway was not clean 4 time.
I went again, after 4 time the finally put the sticks and clean.
I was very upset I pay them in full and didn’t receive good service.

I Had a very large masonry and driveway project done. These guys were super diligent and highly attentive to details. There was no detail left out and anything I would call about was responded to promptly! The workers are experienced and it shows in how methodical they are. For the new season I transferred all my landscaping to DLC now that I’ve seen their work.

As a new resident on the West Island and after the fiasco with BoPelouse, I called DLC in the hopes that they were taking on new clients. The first initial contact was great, very professional and despite the craziness that day, the process of switching over to DLC was easy and seamless. The service itself during winter was excellent, info by email and text was clear and communicated in a timely manner. There was a silver lining for me to the Bo Belouse situation in finding DLC. THANK YOU!

My relationship with DLC did not start off perfectly, likely because they are victim of their own success; along with permit delays which were admittedly not their fault and some delays due to their busy schedule, I was very anxious to get my project started. All that being said, this is still a five-star review because the end result was WELL worth the wait!

I cannot speak enough about the DLC team excellence. Whether it be the detailed and intelligent plans (with multiple revisions) provided by Jocelyne, the coordination of Melanie, the professionalism of the ENTIRE working crew (seriously, I have never experienced this kind of white-glove service in my life, often doing more than what was necessary) or the overall understanding, reasonability and friendliness of Dexter, I was impressed the entire way.

DLC can be a bit pricey, but you pay for the quality and management that goes along with the name. There is not a single thing I regret about choosing DLC for my project.

I asked for a quote on a handful of projects. Unfortunately, this company can't be bothered to do repair and restoration work. Unless you intend to revamp your entire yard with all new installations, don't waste your time with DLC.

On Dec 30th 2019, a rival snow company ceased operations the day of a 15cm storm, leaving over 5000 West Island customers high and dry. DLC were quick to action and even offered to clear these peoples driveways for Free once the storm passed! DLC quickly issued contracts to those without service and considering the sudden huge demand, I was able to put a contract in place with new signs in my yard within 2 days, all while they scrambled to clear thousands of new driveways.

Thank you DLC for rising to the challenge.

We are among the former Bo Pelouse clients that DLC/Grizzly have saved this year.

We paid for a contract in the evening and they cleared our driveway the next morning.

They've done an amazing job and are a real asset to our community!
