Very professional and delicate with dogs!

It was my puppy’s first time at a groomer, everything was clear, the groomer was delicate and gave time for my puppy to get comfortable and used to noises and surroundings.

In terms of price, time, and grooming, communication was clear (no hidden fees).

The store also has a large selection for treats, clothes, harnesses…

They also have a pup bakery, mine loved the cupcake.

Not trying to add fees or make you come back every week, professional genuine and honest people that love dogs!

My husband and I just picked up our little pippa, And carolynn did an amazing job. We've been to other groomers but we were never as satisfied as what we were today. This place is the best! #1!

To be honest I only found out about this place recently, I don't have a dog and I didn't know they had stuff for cats (my bad!).

They have a great selection of things for cats, mine absolutely loved the treats I brought them! There is variety and a good price range too.
The place is beautiful and well kept, it's easy to browse the products.

Also, I don't know if the person I met was the owner, but she was super sweet and did help me a LOT by allowing me to let my pets stay there while there was a fire in my appartment building.

I will come back for sure, and I hope more people will too!

I used to be a regular customer for grooming at Doghaus, but during our last visit after picking up our dog we noticed giant slices in her skin. One huge one (about the size of a quarter) under her armpit and another on her leg. I would put up pictures but it’s quite disturbing. After calling them to tell them what happened, they didn’t even apologize but told me to put Polysporin on it. I will never go back. I feel so bad for my poor dog.

Not a whole lot of selection. Very inclined to support non recognized backyard breeders for "designer" breeds i.e doodles which they advocate for animal rights without thinking exactly what they supported. They seem to favor their spoiled rotten, rich snooty clientele over experienced dog owners. As well as pushing some "trainers" who use the "force free training" "positive reinforcement" as DOGS ARE DOGS NOT HUMANS, ARE HAPPIEST KNOWING THEIR BOUNDARIES AND WHAT IS ACCEPTSBKE AND WHAT ISNT, DOESNT MEAN YOU HURT YOUR ANIMAL, MEANS YOU JUST WONT CATER TO IT AND YOU MOVE ON. THEY PICK UP ON THIS SO FAST, SO, which ONLY works for some dogs NOT every dog. My dogs are working dogs, personal protection dogs as I have been through some things and police recommended I get a dog or two, had them tell me how bad I am for having PPDs, Otherwise amazing grooming services. Amazing treats. Not much selection for Mastiff / Oversize breeds but they are willing to order. I have mixed feelings of this place that seems to shift from some workers are super cool, the owner seems to be a bit of a snooty. I spent over 1500$ in a month there over a year ago and she still treated me like garbage, say I havent stepped foot in there since. I have moved to Bailey Blus instead as Doghaus could be such more if they stopped only giving attention to their seemingly rich clientele and stop judging books by their covers.

I get my dog the cow knees at the clerk's suggestion and they're the only ones I've found that don't smell terribly. They also sell bocces bakery treats which are very high quality and last a long time. Great place for your puppy. I trust the clerks' suggestions and the quality of the products.

I had a great experience at Doghaus. Mani (my dog) is shy and sometimes anxious. She peed twice in the store (I’m sorry), and the staff members were very understanding about it. They clearly stated how long it would take (3 hrs), and if it takes shorter/longer they would call us. It took less than 3 hrs and Mani came out fresher than ever! I love how they trimmed my dog’s ears- so cute. I also noticed my dog was not scared of the staff member, at all. They were all so friendly! She definitely had a comforting experience at Doghaus. I booked the next appointment in June so I am really looking forward it. Thank you so much?

Friendly staff, great job on my beagle's nails. They're booked out for many weeks for grooming, which says a lot about the quality of service! Book early.

Unfortunately, I did not like the grooming my puppy got at all. For one, the hair was cut way too short, especially on the ears. The short ears makes my puppy's head shape look different, and not in a good way. This might be the worst my puppy's looked since I got him. I would have hoped to have received more communication during the process before they went ahead to cut it this short, especially when I made it clear early on what I was hoping for. Second, my puppy's fur around his mouth was stained when I got him. Not sure how that happened before I picked him up but I would have expected my puppy to come out of his grooming looking clean everywhere. Overall, very disappointed and the worst grooming experience I've had yet!

My dog had the worst hair cut ever. Can believe they let him go put like this. And definitely way too expensive…

Really nice place to groom your pooch they also sell everything your dog will need, grain free food, treats, clothes etc.the staff is so nice and knowledgeable and love animals if you are in the neighborhood you should really give it a try. FYI they are so good that thier waiting list for grooming is long 3 weeks in general so call early.

The lady was very accommodating.i was looking for a retractable leash for my puppy and she was very honest to inform me about the city's by laws regarding leashes before showing me what they have.
