Dollarama

Ce n est plus des dollorama. Ces triste de ce qu'ils sont devenu. Cheap et trops chère pour la qualité. Faut les prendres comme un dépanneur du coin. Seulement quand il y a urgence. Bien bien mal pris.

Assez bien organisé et staff courtois. Seul hic, c'est que le staff ne parle pas souvent français.
Update: A ma dernière visite, le magasin était en désordre et l'employé a la caisse arrogant. Donc, je retire une étoile.

ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS VERY UN CLEAN. WORKING IN THE PUBLIC AND SMELLING OF BODY ODOR NOT TOO KOSHER.

July 14 2023: The employee leaves the cash and takes an elderly Black man, who was to be served next, out of the line & takes him to the self-checkout. There were only 3 customers in line. I tried to help the elderly man who was becoming nervous & anxious. I couldn't. So, I brought him back in the line. The employee left the cash again and pushed the elderly man back to the self-checkout with his one item. I told him, "That's elderly ABUSE. " Then he proceeded to tell me that I must use the self-checkout. No, it's optional. I told him that I had just come from work. I'm tired and I'm not doing his job too. He said, " Everyone just came from work. " Who? The 70 year old woman in front of me & the elderly man? He was just being Ridiculous and Rude. I told him if he doesn't want to serve me & do his job, call someone who will. Dollarama doesn’t pay my salary. I pay them.for goods & and services and still pack my own bags.
He went back to the cash, angrily & started to attack me verbally. I felt his aggression & anger. He shouted " you need to wait. " Was I not waiting patiently while he abused the customers? If I had interceded the second time it could have become a physical attack. Have a little respect for your customers. The next time, I see that tall Asian employee bullying a customer like that, I will call the police. Keep your hands off the customers! I'm not sure if he was being a Racist? A Bully? Or both.
This employee is a manager and his name is Steve. Not a good representation for this store. Such shocking behaviour.

They are well stocked never seen an empty shelf there and a lot of people go there.
They have self check out and traditional check out. So whatever is your preference. They got you and they are absolutely nice people.

It's becoming like a grocery store for the food prices went up too much for what we call a dollar store like the bread that 275 and some other items also they they brought them up from 25 to 50 cents per article that is too much for a dollar store but for some other things it's okay

Actually surprised this Dollarama closes 9pm Monday to Friday. It's very clean and great options.

Very clean well stocked but need someone at the cash have been there 4 times this week no one at cash. Can understand with covid but not very secure. You can scan yourself but no one there.

Basic food items at a great price.
Love the place.
Airlie in Lasalle.

Un des meilleurs Dollarama à Lasalle en ce qui concerne son assortiment, mais avec un parking détruit et un terrain extérieur abandonné.

A great store, I go out of my way to come here, But always worth the trip.

I love this store. Its near me, clean and spacious. Quite a vast variety of stuffs being sold. I always get what I am looking for.

It's ok, the toy section is very small and I find that to be a very missed opportunity considering that the apartments near by have lots of kids. Nice size and good selection otherwise

This is the best Dollaramas in Lasalle. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Shelves always stocked with all the items. Definitely recommend

Bon service, rapide. J'y suis allée une journée de neige. La porte était tout de même difficile à ouvrir.
