Dollarama sells very cheap quality merchandise with prices higher than Walmart.
This Dollarama hires rude staffs who are good at putting stuff on the shelves, but poorly at communicating in a friendly manner with customers.
You can not return a defective product in this store. The staff will try their best to level false charges against you or your child of breaking it.
"No return, no exchange" slogan should be modified to "No return, no exchange, even for a defective product! " in terms of accuracy.

C'est vraiment utile d'aller chez notre Dollarama! Quand on ne sait pas où il est on finit toujours pars s'appauvrire plus rapidement!

Went to this store just now and asked three different associates about getting an item. They made me go to all aisles and not one person came to help even after I asked one girl to come and show me. Horrible!

Went to this Dollarama today due to a defectuve reuseable bag that I had bought 2 days ago (Bag was missing one of the handles). It was my fault for not paying close attention at the time of purchase.
Stood in queue & when my turn came up, a middle easter woman was standing in front of me dealing with clients like they were cattle (Go over there, over there, I told you!). You can tell she was ill mannered only to find out she was assistant manager, named Hamida.
Spoke with for 10 seconds, showed the defective item with the bill, she said no return policy in a extremely rude manner. Nothing wrong with putting immigrants to deal with customers but how about teaching them some manners & being respectful first.
Start educating your staff & make appropriate choice when you hire them. For $2 bag, now you are getting a poor review because people you have chosen to represent are ill mannered, low thinking individuals.

Very organized and clean staff are very helpful and understanding service clean and tidy nothing in the aisles. You can move around freely.

I know last minute shopping for holidays such as halloween is a no no… but retails stores such as this one should not be running out of seasonal products 1 week before the holiday… they are literally next door to a party store that gets so full PLENTY of people settle for stopping at the dollar store instead (like myself), you guys should be WAYYY more prepared. The Halloween section was completely EMPTY. I still managed to improvise and find something and at the cash lineup there were 2 cashiers + a bunch of self checkout stations. When my turn came up, all of the self checkouts were in use so the cashier called me over, she didn’t say ANYTHING after that, not hello, not my total, didn’t ask how i was gonna pay, didn’t ask if I wanted a bag, NOTHING. Just ran me up, and after i paid, she literally walked away while i was still standing there… no bye, no thank you, no have a nice evening, nothing. SUPER disappointed!
