Dollarama

Went to buy a few items today, and I had 2 employees accusing my husband and I of stealing. Mind you we were emptying out a basket at the cash, and packing a reusable bag. I was only give the name of 1 or the 2 racist employees. The "manager" named Eric then decided to go into the aisle after we asked him to call the police if he truly believed we were stealing. When I asked the reason for the assumption and asked if it was a race thing. They just started at me.

I used to like this one but the past yr it's going down hill yes they expanded but it didn't really change much the place is becoming a mess and the security guard is to busy standing at the front just watching that ppl don't go in with drinks I was there for atleast 45 mins today and not once did he move just stood there stopping ppl that entered with a drink meanwhile the place was full anyone could have taken anything but as long as they don't have a drink right

C'est correct, la majorité du temps je trouve ce que j'ai besoin. Le problème c'est la ligne a la caisse mais depuis les caisses ou ont peut passer nous même ça va mieux.

Love that they expanded this store, greater variety of items to make it easier to find what you're looking for.

The Dollarama is a very good place to shop but these days things are getting more expensive at the Dollarama,
Things used to be for a dollar now mostly everything is like above 3.00 and up.
But it's still a very good place to shop
There is a lot of fun stuff to find there
It like treasure hunt,
The Place it clean
The Workers they are very friendly
When I was there and I couldn't find something
And I asked one of the workers to help me and he was very nice to me, it is a very nice atmosphere, the experience was very great,
I will go back,
There are other businesses close by,
It's a on stop shop there are parking free
Parking at best,
There is a bus stop close by the 191,196,195,495,491, please don't take my words for it,
You will like it very much.

So I was at the cash and I was paying for my items and a guy beside me here gave a a 20 and the manager refused to take the 20 because it was ripped so I gave him a 20 that I had and I took his 20. I took the rip 20 and we taped it there on the spot and they didn't want to take it So I brought it to the bank and the bank took it And I got my money back So why are they giving people a hard time 23/02/27

Very big store. You can find almost anything you need. I go in for 1 thing and come out with 10.

Updated Review:
They have finally installed a few self-checkout machines, which makes checking out much quicker and seems to have helped the line move much faster.

Overall, most employees and customers seem to be less stressed and angry around closing time when the line used to grow and take like 20 minutes past closing to get through.

Old Review:
They've been a bit low on stock lately, and quite crowded. And at closing today some staff were rude and pushy while letting people know the store was closing.

Typical Dollarama. Layout for check out amd the self serve cashes could be better. If you use the self serve and your finished while someone is still at the cashier it's a tight squeeze to get by. Could use a little more room at the exit.

Ils ont mis en place des caisses libre service. C'est beaucoup mieux, et plus fluide aux caisses

Il y a vraiment des grosses files chaque fois que j’y vais, mais le service a la clientèle est bon, et quand même rapide quand on est pas trop pressées. Très recommandé
