Le service à la clientèle est l'un des pire que j'ai expérimenté dans un Dollorama. J'étais en train d'utiliser une caisse libre-service lorsque une employée ne parlant pas un seul mot de français m'a dit de ne pas utiliser ce genre de caisse car j'avais trop d'articles!
Je lui ai mentionné qu'il n'y avait aucune indication du nombre d'articles maximum. Elle était très bête et n'a pas
daigné me répondre. Je lui ai demandé de me parler en français. Avec la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre, Dollorama embauche n'importe qui, même des allophones qui ne comprennent pas un mot de français et qui visiblement ne sont là que pour leur salaire. À éviter.

This Dollarama is really big and has a wide selection of everything. Good snacks and craft supplies. It was my go to in college.

Most of the time it is uneventful, but last time, I was at self-serve and realized that I had forgotten something that was just around the isle so I rushed to get the item and two women, at least one was an employee were standing in front of what I was trying to get, talking, so I said excuse me, and I took what I needed so I could get back to the self serve, and one of the women waved her arms in the air as if she was mocking me, while others had to walk around them. Hard to know if little effort was made to be courteous and pleasant because it is a store frequented by low income earners, but it felt that way.

Le plus grand désagrément est qu'avec mon déambulateur c'est parfois difficile de circuler dans les ranger car il y a des boîtes ou beaucoup de gens. C'est tout de même normal que les employés travail.

This location is always super busy, since it's inside of Alexis Nihon. They carry large quantities of products.

It has the regular stuff that every dollarama has, but it is so busy! If you have the time and want a few things, it is worth it but to make a quick trip you are better off going to one that is not downtown!

Plutôt bien situé et facile d'accès.
Il est assez grand pour proposer de nombreuses références. Le passage en caisse est rapide.

Good place but some things are missing that are found in other Dollarama stores: bread, no more 1$ tuna, no deodorant. Plus the place is often crowded at checkout

Been there twice within 10 days; place is always a little messy due to passages full of boxes to be emptied and shelves filled. Not anybody's fault, work needs to be done. Just not easy to get around and find things. Also, they have self-checkout ONLY. Not ideal for people who dislike this a lot!
