Phone chargers don't work, much less offerings than past years, and out of stock for too many items to count. No service also

Mon expérience à ce Dollarama était beaucoup plus meilleure, il y a 10 ans. Récemment (pendant et post covid), je remarque que ce magasin est toujours rempli de clients et juste à voir la file de 20 personnes pour les caisses, je n'ai pas le choix d'abandonner le seul article que j'ai besoin d'acheter. Comparé à quelques autres Dollarama que j'ai découvert, celui-ci est beaucoup petit. Il y a certainement une variété de choix mais en quantité limitée. Tant mieux pour ceux qui trouvent ce dont ils ont besoin et sont patients pour faire la file d'attente aux caisses!

Je me suis rendu à ce magasin samedi le 9 juillet vers 11h00 et c'était bondé de monde. Le stationnement était similaire à un cirque, des gens qui ne savaient pas comment se stationner, ça klaxonait aux 5 secondes et il y avait des piétons qui traversaient dans tout les sens et qui ne regardaient pas où ils allaient puisque la majorité d'entre-eux leurs yeux étaient scotchés sur leurs portables. Une fois dans le magasin, pas un seul panier de libre, des rangés extrêmement cahotiques et très sales, plein d'objets qui trainaient par terre dans chaque allées sans parler des longues "traces de break" malodorantes sur le sol des rangé 1,2,3 et 4. Les étagères étaient quasiment vides pour plusieurs types de produits, et rien pour les renflouer à l'arrière boutique apparemment. Il y avait des gens qui poussaient les autres pour passer, ou fonçaient dans les paniers des autres avec leur propre panier sans s'excuser, y'en a d'autres qui criaient carrément dans le magasin et il y avait des gamins qui couraient partout sans faire attention à rien ni personne et en faisant tomber plein de choses par terre et les parents ne réagissaient guerre. Aucun civisme! Pendant un instant j'ai cru m'être trompée d'endroit et que j'étais à la place au Zoo de Gramby. Dans tous les cas, hormis la caissière qui a été courtoise et gentille, mon expérience d'achat était fort désagréable. Bref, à éviter. Je n'y retournerai plus. (Je n'ai pas pris en photo les "traces de break" au sol par respect pour les gens qui étaient dans l'allée.)

This is just a normal Dollarama. Make sure to bring your own bags or buy one of their reusable bags. The employees are always friendly in my experience. They have a lot of self checkout available.

Impolite workers, cashiers they don’t want to work, they ask you to use the self checkout with an attitude, specially the old and fat lady with dirty colour hair, on my way out i say hello to a black girl, she just rolled her eyes on me…. Not coming back

Comme le reste des Dollarama on trouve une variété des produits et articles pour presque toutes les occasions

Let's be honest, you never want to be in a Dollarama, don't get me wrong, this place is awesome, but it's kind of like the dentist.

Now that we're here.why do all the Dollaramas smell the same thing? Like. What's that smell anyways. I swear if they made a car Air freshener with that smell people would identify that smell correctly at least 80% of the time.

Anyways, they added self checkout so you can buy more junk to fill the void in your life without being judged.or party decorations.or both.

It was really great experience but but the only thing is why you checked out I wasn't able to scan some items properly so I don't want to have to the person working over there to help me and they heloed it was a good experience thank you

I would say it's nice store with affordable price and large collection, you will get many items which are useful for daily life, you get almost all stationary items and some cool drinks and packed foods like chips, chocolate etc

An important part of our life.
Most of the time, I was there to pick up a needed item, but I ended up picking up a few more others. The store covers item on kitchen, washroom, garden and outdoors. It provides essentials for school, pets, home decor, partying item, and electronics.
Affordable price is the game.

Le pire Dollarama que j'ai visité. Hygiène dégoûtante, aucune propreté. Le sole est trop sale, la tenue officiele (blouses) des employés idem.
Je pense que la CNESST a raison.
Et la cerise sur le gâteau ces employés sont pas du tout courtois.

Employees were not enforcing strict mask regulations. Ex some people had their mask beneath their nose

Après une journée de travail, je ne souhaite pas travailler comme caissier. En libre-service uniquement

No body at the billing counter, i bought some glasses but needed them to be wrapped in paper safely. Unfortunately, self checkout and that too is irritating

We bought a lot of things and instead of letting us for to the self-check out where we could actually pack our things properly in a bag they drag us to the cash where the made us pack our own stuff even though it was heavy it was very inconvenient and the staff were very very rude and unreasonable and inconsiderate

Self counter doesn't work properly. After scanning few articles it requests for employee assistance

Good prices, very high quality painting material (except painters tape and rollers). I love the vegetarian noodles. Nice customer service from the cashiers. However the line for the cashiers can be long at times.

It's not inviting anymore. I realize that machines are the new thing. However walking into a store where employees are only staking and cleaning is kind of boring. It's taking people's jobs away. More unemployment NOOOOO!

Its good but a pit crowded with people on the counter but the self check out is better because it not so crowded here some stuff that are good to get

So great! I love it also the staffs are so smart & nice Dollarama is a nice place to visit

Bad management, I avoid the place after 11 Am as I have to wait a lot to pay for what it takes yo buy like 1 minute.

Management get your staff together and allocate resources, otherwise I will share this until it will reach every person in Montreal.

It was okay. Really large, very messy. I couldn't find the craft glue sticks. I asked for help and they sent me to the wrong part of the store.

Very limited inventory. It used to have a bigger selection. Not worth the stop!
The Dollarama on L'acadie has way more!

Le magasin en tant que tel est très bien, mais le stationnement est très mal organisé et le risque d'accrochage est élevé. Je vous conseille de ne pas stationner a proximité de l'entrée.

Je trouve toujours tout ce dont j'ai besoin à ce Dollarama. Très bien achalandé, local propre, personnel affable et gentil.
