COMPLAINT ABOUT CALGARY DOLLARAMA
32 AVE AND 36 STREET N. E.
I was at this store last night Oct. 3rd at about 7: 30 pm. When I was over charged by an Indian person when I protested he became very abusive and did not do anything about it. What kind of people are Ve employing now a these days?

My mom was sick and she's in her 70's with a Bowel Disease. She went into The Employees only room to use the bathroom. As no one was on the floor to ask them to use the bathroom. She went into The Employees only to use the bathroom and this employee was telling her you can't be in here. So often to her. Then the employee had told the customers about a woman going into to use the bathroom. Then she told the two cashiers. This woman wasn't very professional in letting everyone know. This was at Dollarama 1200 Pembroke Street West, Pembroke, Ontario. I hope she gets her medicine back and does it in her pants when she's older. I'm letting everyone know this and I won't go there never again.

Dollorama Chateauguay. You need to shut this store down for a week and get a massive cleaning crew to clean this disgustingly dirty place.

Should be into the minus zeros for the maple ridge British Columbia store extremely rude management will follow you around peeking behind counters yet I have never ever stole a thing from this or any store and have confronted the manager face to face letting her know this is an example of how to insult regular customers not friendly at all and definitely shouldnt be a manager ofanything

On 23/5/23 at 14: 47: 12 a rude Dollarama worker raised her voice and barked at me in front of a long line a customers saying, "Do not do my job for me, I've told you this before. " I had reached over to scan my own juice botte. I responded, "I have never done that before, but I have asked you many times not to rub your hands all over the top of the drink container where I put my mouth. " The worker likes to fondle the items as though to leave her DNA all over my purchases. It's disgusting. I really hope you bring self serve check out to this store ASAP so we dont have to deal with this person anymore. FOLKS! I would not buy gift cards from this store for this store, i got a 50$ gift card that was not activated and the head office was no help at all! Next time i will give cash instead of losing out on money due to this store! DOLLARAMA this is a FAIL!

Was told by my Manager at Store 0593 that i have no rights as an employee and that no one is aloud to have bad days, (we are human, of course we leave everything at door but we have days) also my manager has busted out in tears multiple times.i feel bad for this company, i really enjoyed working for the company but when you are told you have no rights, then also go tell everyone in store i quit and make a scene? What about worker confidentiality?
also i was never paid my overtime instead i was put in on days i didn't work & got normal pay

I know someone who works at dollarama and you are breaking labor laws. You can not deny employees drinks and breaks. You better fix this or I'll get the alberta labor law to investigate.

I am very disappointed that nobody has contacting me regarding a incident that happened just a week ago at the West Edmonton mall dollarama store with my mother. I left a message a week ago at the head office, but as of today I have not heard from anyone. Is this how you deal with an incident is totally ignore people that call for a concern. It is also very shameful that you keep staff that are disrespectful and rude towards customers. They are bullies. I don’t know how you can keep staff that are not kind and happy at this Edmonton site. If I haven’t heard back from you by tomorrow I will be heading to the Edmonton police service.

The store located in Winnipeg Manitoba was a human rights violation via store management a human rights attorney is being talked to as we speak the attorney will be calling your lawyers very soon thank you.this store management behavior is not acceptable or racism I'll never be shopping at any locations in Winnipeg or Canada ever again.

An employee named Suzanna at the one on 25th Avenue in Saint Eustache defamed me to a coworker so much that the co-worker threatened to "beat me up if I did anything" meanwhile I was just shopping. I contacted the store when I should have called the cops as it was defamation followed with threats of violence.
Edit: One of her friends finally did involve herself and verbally assaulted me pretty viciously and made fun of my mom dying. Neither of these "girls" knows me. It would be such a great store again if only she didn't work there.

No answer to emails… called and had to leave a message. They called back and asked about my inquiry. Hung up on me while I was talking after a couple seconds and never called back. They never responded to my email. They seem to have no interest in interacting with the public.
I think they hate their jobs and hate working there. That’s my impression.

Manque de civisme, traitent mal leur employés. Aucune explication de consigne.premier jour de travail j’arrive a 6hr45.me font attendre et parlent entre eux malgré je fait savoir que je suis là et c’est ma première journée! 7hr00 on commence à travailler, rendu a 7hr 05 on me dit quils faut puncher et qu’ils vont m’enlever 15 min …. Racisme a plein nez. On fait des blagues du fait que je soit russe. Je garde mon calme je fait 2 hr de travail et le contremaître viens et me fait la remarque que je suis un immigrant (lui aussi peut être il oublie) et que si je fait pas se qu’il me dit sa sert a rien de rester au Canada. Pire expérience, je ne recommande pas. Vraiment déçu!

SVP, mettre encorel dans vos magasins, (craquellins, 9 légumes, sachets individuels) ils sont super bon et je n'en trouve plus nul part, svp! Svp! Svp! Et merci
