Domino's Pizza

I just ordered a pizza from the story and the pizza was tasteless and cold as well. The flour used to make the pizza was all over the place and the base was really dry to eat even with the dip. I can make better pizza at home. If you guys do not know how to make it please learn before opening up the store.

Better than LaSalle dominoes, this one at least thoroughly cooks the pizza, it's not as greasy and over dosed in cheese, and they put a balance of other toppings almost perfectly so each slice has a blend of everything asked for as toppings.

Very good service, efficient, just on time, Good food, good prices, a place to go and enjoy!

Who attended me was kind, but when I wanted to pay by card they told me that they only accepted cash, luckily I had it, it didn't take long to deliver my order, I took it and left, when I I got home what was my surprise that it was not what I had ordered, I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, bacon, meat and some sticks that included the promotion, I received a cold cheese pizza and something else But nothing of what I asked for, I attached photos and the ticket I felt very disappointed, I have always been faithful to Domino's but this time it was very bad

Dirty business. Pizza NEVER arrived. I placed the order at 19: 20 pm. Estimated arrival: 30-50 minutes. It showed that some guy checked for quality.its 21: 20 now. Its a fair bet to think that it will never arrive after 2 hours. Bad weather and road conditions? May be. But they could at least be responsible enough to answer the phone (line busy) when the customer calls them / dont accept new orders you cant fulfill.

Received wrong order! 1 of the pizza's was not what we have ordered. On the box, it has exactly what we ordered but inside of it was a completely different pizza!

We called the restaurant for a follow up, and the staff who picked up the phone said that she sees our order but doesn't see the pizza we are talking about in the order!
So explain to me, how do we have it on the receipt and paid for it?

After several minutes of back and forth, and after asking for the staff's name and telling her that we will report this to her manager, she finally found the pizza on the system!

We finally pushed them to send us the correct order, as it was what we had paid for. We returned the incorrect pizza (as we don't eat any of what was on it) back to the restaurant.

Very good service. I came late and very hungry, but they let me buy pizza and make a chair to wait.

Pizza arrived cold after 50 minutes, driver doesn't seem to know what their delivery policy is. Ended up standing at my door for almost 10 minutes attempting to pay since the machine didn't work. Customer service just says there is nothing they can do about it and was making up a policy that isnt listed anywhere. Very poor service

Ordered pizza and bread sticks for pick up. Pizza was dry and needs more cheese, bread was ok.

Was a bit worried about ordering for all the negative reviews but still ordered cause I was craving pizzas, and thank goodness I ordered today. Pizzas arrived on time and hot! Pizzas were beautiful looking and tasted amazing! Don't know why people complaint too much for one bad experience! Gonna come here very often now! Whoever made the pizzas deserves a good pay!

1 starrrrr! The quality and service of this place has degraded. It used to be my go to domino's as it is the local one in the area, They USED to make things proper. The last SEVERAL orders, the pizza was soggy, ingredients not respected. Who is making these pizza's Frankenstein? Thats how the pizza looked anyways.

Terrible drivers he said me come down i said please come up he said due to covid restrictions we can go up i am also a delivery driver i know there is no restriction like that and when he come up he dont wear mask and he is talking about covid restrictions i wanna give -1 star for this service

Wanted to give 0 stars because the experience I had today (16 Jan 6: 10 PM) was extremely bad and I felt like I was insulted. Let me tell you in detailed, I was gone to domino’s to order pizza and I was having a free coupon, After I ordered my pizza I gave the coupon to them and after having a look at coupon the domino’s guy named Bob or something like that started giving me stupid reasons that you can’t use the coupon it’s expired (note- It wasn’t expired), domino’s have discontinued this offer and blah blah. Most importantly that coupon given by Lawrence (supervisor) of domino’s to me. I never had such bad experience in my life.

This branch is HORRIBLE!
We had a Alfredo Chicken Pizza, dough was undercooked as it was extremely thick and there were only 4 tiny pieces of chicken on a 14” Large pizza with a little cheese! So, call it bread with onion, not at all a pizza!

Worst staff. They just don'tknow their job. Everybody is busy talking on their phone with airpods on. We ordered pizza and it arrived after 2 hours with wrong toppings.

Worst service from dominos

1 employee without asking me if i paid or not he asked the other employee while pointing the finger at me "is this guy paid", lol that disrespect

Asked about ketchup he said we ran out if i need the sauce for my fries i have to buy other sauce lol, other day went to pizza pizza they ran out of ketuchup but offer the sauce for free

Now an other guy Bob interven and said we are surving you during curfew etc, like we do no appreciate ofcourse we do appreciate all thebpeople serving us in yhis time but some people are taking it for granted, if they dont like the job or work they are doing they should change it instead of disrespectful to the customers

Never going back to this place

Not my favorite pizza, but they have a large choice of toppings, the price is reasonable and if you're in a rush it's quick!

Honestly whenever I order the pizza it always end up being cold or not as hot as soon it arrives. Its why i hardly order from there.

I don't recommend this place at all. I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to because the customer experience was the worst I ever lived. I ordered a single pizza and the cost was 24$, said fine and waited for the delivery guy. It took them 1 hour to deliver the pizza. I called the store just to make sure that my order was still being processed and I got told the delivery guy is on his way, I said fine let him call me once he's there. After another long wait, I get a call and he tells me he's outside. I go outside immediately and there's no one. I tried calling him 3 times but he didn't answer. I waited outside for 5 minutes and he calls me back and say that he's waiting for us in a rude tone and hung up. Turns out he was on the other side on the building. Took me 1 minute to get there and once he saw me he started shouting, screaming, telling to shut up, called me names in front of many people and started shouting insults in arabic. At first, I started laughing thinking it was sort of a prank but turns out he was serious. He threw the pizza on the seat and at one point wanted to assault me. He reached for his bag and made a step towards me like he wanted to hurt me or something. This is the worst experience I ever had to deal with and all this for a pizza. This is absurd since I still don't understand why he was so aggressive. I contacted the store but the manager is as rude as his delivery guy and only wanted to talk in person, he didn't want to provide any names, not even the name of the owner. I will make sure I contact Dominos Pizza and fill a formal complaint against them. I went on the website and turns out the pizza I ordered cost 10$ and not 24$, the store actually lied to me on the price which is fraudulent and a shame. I was a regular Dominos Pizza customer but I will not encourage them anymore because of this and the way they treated me. Do not encourage them and don't buy from them, made some research and turns out it didn't happen only to me, this is a recurring behaviour. This is a shame for the Dominos Pizza and their name.

Worst dominos ever, my friend and I went to pick up pizza here tonight, both pizzas are made horribly when calling the store, the manager and chef manager, both are beyond rude and hung up on us, when we called back again they yelled at us in return! Very disappointed.

Gurpreet is one of the best delivery driver. Very smart person. His customer service is very good the way he talk with client.

An excellent Domino's to order Pizza from. The toppings were generous, the prices are reasonable, and the front desk staff are polite and funny. What more can you ask for?

Been ordering there for years and there literally are only 2 lights between my apartment and the store. No excuse for getting a cold mushy pan pizza and cold wings 1hour later. And the f'ing delivery boy has the balls to tell me where to put a tip.

I keep visiting this place but i will have to say I don’t like this place so much. They don’t care about their customers sitting

This is like the best dominos pizza ever in Montreal. I order from their very often cause I love pizza. Quality of food, customer service, and staff is amazing. I order mostly on Wednesday for pickups and their this guy who looks Russian, i think he’s the manager of the store, he so friendly, funny and have a amazing personality. And since I’m a regular so I’ve seen a lot of new faces and recently I’ve a seen this new guy, i forgot to ask his name, but i love that guy, he is short and looks a little like from India, he greet the customers so happily and always happy to help. Either way all together this is the best dominos. I don’t care what people say about this place, they are best. #respect

They sent a confirmation e-mail but never delivered the pizzas and when I called the store to ask about it, they hung up on my face.

The manager and whole staff is amazing! The pizza itself was really delicious! This location stands out from all the rest. Keep it up guys! Love the manger!

The reason why I gave a 3 stars is because of one dilervery guy. Sometimes when I pay debit the guy will automatically put 15% tip. The food is great always on time. But it's only because of that one dilervery guy. When I go there for pick up or take out the staff there are very friendly and polite.

I ordered 3 pan pizza and Choco lava for delivery. For the pizza on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate 1. I asked driver to deliver to my door, which he refused and he was telling all the customers were giving $20 as tip. He was like demanding $20 tip for 43$ order. Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t order from this store again.
