Its My First Time To Order This Dominos On Rue Rachel. I Don’t Know The Name Of Cashier He Is Such A Lier. I ask Him To Make A Small Pizza For Me He Said We Don’t Make Small Pizza We Just Have Medium And Large. Then I Ask Him Is It A New Rule? He Said Dominos Never Make Small Pizza’s We Don’t Have A Small Pizza In Our Menu. And Then I Search Online Is It True Then He Again Ask Me That You Can Order Online If You Want Small Pizza Such A Bad Service. Full Of Discrimination.

Fabuleux service! Toujours rapide toujours aussi bon! Mais où sont mes 100$? Je commente 14000 fois et j’ai toujours rien gagné! Et voilà une photo pour vous faire plaisir

Dominos is always Domino's, but this one had us waiting long time for our order in the store, didn't get our order correctly and laughed at us when we highlighted the issue, mentioning that 'it was rush hour'. I'll still order Domino's, but not from this store.

Pizza is always good, service is always correct, I'm ordering on the website and when it says the pizza is ready, it is true.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I ordered one large 4 topping pizza with extra cheese, chicken, onion and cheddar. BUT! I received cheap cheese pizza with few chicken pieces accidentally entered. I found 8 pieces of chicken in whole pizza and as you can see in the picture (I uploaded photo but not showing, maybe it's blocked), even some of pizza don't contain one piece!

Pire pizza jamais goûter, mal cuite trop de pate, fromage de mauvaise qualite surement 1er prix j'ai pris un suplement de parmegiano regiano et je vous garantis que ce n'etais pas du vrai parmesan.la pizza m'as donne mal au ventre et quand je suis aller au toilette c'etait la meme odeur que celle de la pizza quand je suis aller la chercher rien de quoi donner envie de la manger d'un point de vus olfactif et visuel.

Tres decu, j'ai beaucoup entendu parler des pizzas de dominos pizza supposément les meilleurs que l'on puisse trouver en amerique du nord. J'ai au total fais 5 commande et a chaque fois j'etais tres decu! De un par leurs prix tres excessif par rapport a la qualite de la pizza. Les pan pizza que j'ai commande etaient toute crue au milieux avec de la pate fraiche entre deux morceaux de peperoni, l'odeur des pizzas n'est pas tres agreable je vous conseille d'aller en italie et au meme prix vous aurez la meilleur pizza de votre vie.ameliorer la qualite de vos produits et utiliser des produits frais et de saison et ne faite pas une patte aussi epaisse pour la pan pizza si a la fin elle est cru.

This store undercooks the pan pizzas while burning the crust to a crisp black. Do not order large amounts and play yourself.

This is by far the worst dominos pizzas I've ever had. I ordered 3 different pizzas and all of them were dry, missing toppings and even sauce. The dough was not fresh and tasted like cardboard. I now understand the joke about cardboard pizza. This is cardboard pizza.

Never order from this location, all the reviews were right.

Absolutely horrific customer service.

First time in Montreal staying at the Hilton, we ordered from here twice.

First experience I got a phone call from the delivery driver telling me that he was at the hotel, but he had to go back to the restaurant because he forgot a portion of my order. He didn’t bother to drop off the food he already had, instead he drove back to the restaurant with my food, picked up the forgotten item, and came back. Of course the food was cold by then, and they got my drink order wrong.

Second time ordering the man on the phone took my order. After advising that I was staying at the Hilton, I thought it was odd that he didn’t ask for a room number right away. After taking the whole order I asked if he needed a room number, which I then gave to him. I waited an hour before contacting the store as my order had not arrived. The man who answered the phone was quite rude, and stated that the driver was at the hotel 20 minutes ago, but he didn’t have a room number, so he came back. Then asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for quite a while. A lady came on the phone and asked if she could help. I asked if she was the manager and she said no. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. After waiting another while, I spoke to the manager who said we never gave them a room number (which was false). Asked for a discount as our food was now cold (for the second time). They gave a measly $5 off, meanwhile the delivery driver was complaining that he wasted gas driving here twice. After paying by card, he also complained that I didn’t leave a tip.

Never have I ever experienced this level of unprofessional customer service. Extremely disappointed.

The worker who answers the phone was super rude. He hung up the phone without any prior notice.

My manager mr. Kobir and my supervisor Mr. Philip are nice people and cooperative and I have been working at this Dominos for a long time and we try our best to give good customers service.

The managers do offer a great service. To be fair to the other reviews, they are the only Dominos branch in the Plateau so they must receive tons and tons of orders. I had little mistakes with my order in the past but they always rectified and offered great after-sale service. The pizza is excellent too!

I ordered 2 pizzas using a coupon at $18.99. When the delivery guy showed up, he had 1 pizza. I called the shop and they told me i hadnt applied the coupon. However i was charged the price of the coupon with 1 pizza. Despite my repetitive demands, the manager didnt do a thing, not even a commercial gesture. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
