Domino's Pizza

First they make mistake than they compensate with 3 Topping large pizza free (courtesy card) and than they ask for 5$ plus tax delivery fees or add another pizza to get the free pizza. Idk it’s me or this doesn’t make sense.

The restaurant closes at midnight and after biking 35 min to get here, they are refusing to serve me. They must be in a rush to get home.they probably need all that time to clean up their filthy closet of a pizza stand.could hardly speak to understand what they were saying either. Meanwhile guys are leaving with pizza deliveries and walking right past.unprofessional and lazy, I’ll never come back to this place again…

They made a mistake, and corrected it perfectly. Also they put a lot of cheese on the pizza vs other dominos - I recommand this place because management cares about their customers.

We had no hydro power since noon and Domino's was one of the few places open. Supper was easy peasy thanks to Domino's +

Everything was raw. Dough was not even cooked. The cheese did not melt at all. Mistakes happen maybe the oven was not hot enough but if you guys actually do “quality checks” then the pizza would never have passed and been delivered.

I called last minute and they still managed to bring me 2 perfect pizza right befor closing.thank u

It used to be better, I was a big fan of Dominos in Brazil and bought it on a weekly basis but after arriving here I noticed that the quality of the pizza decreased and is not so attractive anymore.

Rude people working there. Went at 11 pm, apparently they can close the door at 10 pm for security reasons. The lady in the store just pointed at the sign that read they may chose to close at 10 pm and pointed me away….

0 if could, the app is not working for this store, ordered 2 pizza over the phone, none of them was what i ordered and one of them had peperoni that i cant eat! How can you missunderstand chicken Vs peperoni it doesn t sound the same at all, and am not complaining about other mistakes on same order like green olive instead of black and thin crust instead of hand tosed

I’m a loyal customer to Domino’s. However today, I placed an order and the rep told me it’ll be delivered within 30 to 40mns. I called after 40 mns and I was told it was on the way & that the driver had car issues. At 50mns I called again & I was very calm but the rep was so rude. She did not once apologise & proceeded to cream at me & said: « I TOLD YOU, WHEN YOU CALLED, THAT THE DRIVER IS ON HIS WAY ». I responded that I had the right to inquire about my order and that this was no way to treat customers. She had a chance to make me feel better, instead she frustrated me. Very poor customer service!

If you ever deal with this store, ONLY ASK TO SPEAK WITH DOUBLE PATEL. New Manager in place won me back as a customer.if it wasnt for him, i was done with this store for ever.

I received the worst customer service of my life from an ill-mannered lady because i dared to say that i got the wrong order… whilst waiting to get my correct order, one phone for another wrong order and a couple came in to say that they ordered veggie pizza but received a chicken one…

Fiez-vous pas à la photo, ils sont incapable de faire de la Bonne Pizza. Leurs ingrédients ne le permet pas. Leurs ingrédients c'est du bas de gamme. Leurs croûte à pizza n'est pas bonne.
Quand t'as connu c'est quoi de la bonne pizza (ailleurs) tu veux pas manger ça J'aurais honte de servir ce genre de pizza.

Service en français pitoyable
Quand tu te plaint, le gérant nie les faits et t'envoie un crédit pour une pizza gratuite, probablement juste pour ne pas que le client fasse une plainte auprès de l'office de la langue francaise.

Bref, n'allez pas là.

Difficile à décrire c’est très proche aux pizzas faites au resto italien. Même le lendemain je seulement la chauffe sur la cuisinière, quelques minutes feu pas forte et voilà. La pizza comme elle était hier.

The staff is very warm and friendly and they see so many customer but they know me by my name and that's a big deal for me and plus the food is super delicious.

I’ve never had any issues with dominos until today. I live in Ville saint Pierre and I always ordered from them. I called today and their telling me they don’t deliver here, we called the one in dorval and they told us to call the one in lasalle. We called back and explain to the worker that we always order from the dominos in lasalle. The girl purposely hung up on us and didn’t take our order. Unprofessional and rude. Lately they have been hanging up on their customers. Hope you get shut down

I ordered pizza last night
- 1 hr late
-cold
-too much tomato sauce
-vegies are not all fresh specially green pepper
- instead of red onions they put white onions and 2 pieces per slice.
-too bad experience i ll never ordered again specially from dollard avenue.thankyou for making wonderful pizza for me.

Seems many pizza restaurants are notorious for wrong orders. To avoid any issues & those extra delivery / bank fees, I order online & pick it up. Plus with the app, you get a free pizza after a few orders. That's a bonus.
My favorite toppings are feta cheese, roasted red peppers & pineapples. I dont know who likes those thin crust but I find the pan made pizza crust is the best.
What I would like to see is.more ingredients.more red peppers, more pineapple.distributed evenly. There is usually plenty of mozzarella cheese on at least one slice.

Ordered pizza from this place.
1. The girl who was making pizza didn't wear her hair net properly and her hair was out of her cap.
2. I found a hair in my pizza.

I've ordered the fries from this Domino's Pizza several times. Product wise, pretty good fries! That said, EVERYTIME now, regardless of the sized ordered, the box is a third to half missing in content. Tonight, the family sized delivered is just plain pathetic. Pictures added with one as appeared when 1st having opened the container, the 2nd with the fries shaken a bit to level out, showing it does not even cover the bottom half of the order. Extremely disappointing Domino's.

The pizza is good but they often make mistakes with my orders, like they include the wrong sauce. Called today to inform them about the mistake and they kept on insisting that they included the correct sauce in the box. They also hung up on me and didn't send anyone to correct the situation. Called again a few times until finally they sent someone. No apologies, no nothing. I'll have to double check the orders every time from now on because they lack attention to detail.

Nothing special, really think that charging a delivery fee of $2.99+ tax is a scam, no one else does it, that should be considered a tip, thats why am not ordering from dominos pizza in general.

Ordered this afternoon and opened my pizza box to discover that a slice was bitten into! Called the store and the girl said there was nothing they can do, so I asked for the manager and she said she wouldn’t be there until 4: 30. Continued to say that she couldn’t do anything. I eventually got fed up and hung up. Very unconcerned, never offered an apology. Will not EVER order there again.

It's fine for a once in a while occasion but like all Domino's their condiments customization option is a scam, even at "normal" they consistently go for light condiments and there is nothing you can do about that. Cause there is no way for a costumer to know what all the different levels really look like on your pizza. Plus $$$.

Me, my wife and daughter just moved in down the street from dominos. We order pizza every Friday as a tradition we've had forever now. The family was so happy to see a dominos next door from us. I wont dwell on what happened on August 8th 2019 but you'll never have our money again. Good riddens. Thanks To the manager "Nina" if that's your real name ofcourse. Your loss

Le personnel est irrespectueux! Durant l'attente, le personnel a ete irrespectueux envers un de ses clients! Alors qu'il etais en train de parler au téléphone, regler ses truc, le personnel a la place de laisser la commande sur le comptoir il a commancer a crier et rire de lui car il ne leur repondait pas a l'appel! Ils devraient mettre un personnel qui desire travailler avec plus de respect.

Awful! There was a long long long black hair in my pizza. Not on top of my pizza but IN my pizza! Disgusting I would never buy there again!

Horrible! J'avais un très très long cheveux noir dans ma pizza, pas sur le dessus de la pizza mais DEDANS! Dégoûtant! Je ne retournerai JAMAIS là bas, plutôt mourir de faim!

Normally fine.but this time ordered 40 minutes before closing delivery is 5 minutes away from their shop pizza never arrived, despite order being accepted. Not impressed that a delivery boy decided to drive right by me rather then just do the delivery.
