Domino's Pizza

Mon ami a commandé une pizza pour notre soirée entre amis. Le livreur était super impoli et il lance la somme du tip qu'on lui a offert sur notre porte. Je ne vais plus jamais commander de cette location de Domino's!

To the franchise owner, 10: 30 pm Nov 29 2023, I ordered a large 2 topping, your employees simply stretched an medium dough into the large with less cheese as possible, it was obvious from the crust that became thin as it shouldn't, I ordered an regular crust, people are not stupid, such a shame

J’ai adoré la pizza extravaganza et la fromage que ma copine a pris. La pizza a été prête en quelques instants et elle était délicieuse. La croutte était moelleuse et la portion d’ingrédients utilisés adéquate. Parfait pour les cravings!

My go to Domino’s store. Easy to park and clean and newer restaurant. They always get the order right and provide a fast service for carry-out.

Je viens de commander et la pizza était pas chaude, boucher de poulet excellent. Mais le livreur me demande 15% de pourboire je lui dit OK mais il a mis 18% très déçu

I used to order a lot but I had to many problems. Chicken bbq&bacon with no bbq sauce. Pizza folded. Pizza topping all to one side of the box. You make a complain, they don't care and don't mind stealing your money. Very disappointing, don't bother replying because I know it's all lip service.

La pire experience, lieu non conseiller en comparant avec des autres pizzeria, mediocre qualite et service

C'est de l'arnaque! À deux reprises on a payé pour des ingrédients qu'on n'a pas reçu. On a l'habitude de commander la pizza végétarienne 14" avec plus ou moins 8 ingrédients extra. Les 2 derrières commandes ils nous préparent n'importe quoi pendant que nous on paie 36$ taxes incl. La 1ere on recevait juste du fromage et la sauce bbq, on croyait que c'était une erreur. Mais à la 2eme il manque encore 4 ingrédients à ce qu'on a commandé. Franchement 2 fois de suite c'est clair que c'est pas un hasard. Puis la préparation de la pizza est de plus en plus mauvaise. Regardez les photos avec le prix et faites vos calculs. C'est inacceptable et c'est bien dommage car on aimait cet endroit avant!

Pizza is ok but I find it was better and tasty like a year before. The only negative point is the delivery person who doesn't like the tip whatever the amount I give. He doesn't even look at me or reply me when I tell him thank you and give the tip. It's very unrespectful. For that reason if I'll no more order a pizza to be delivered from that place. Either I'll pick it up or I'll order from another restaurant through ubereats

I order here quite often with my coworkers. The food is great, however the delivery guy that often comes is always rude, brash and ungrateful. First off, today, the greeting was absolutely horrible. Then, he aggressively demanded tip (which HE wanted to put in for me). On top of that, he aggressively gave me the pin pad. I didn’t have tap so he got even more mad that I had to insert it for some reason. Despite all this, I still gave him tip. When he saw the amount of tip I gave him, he looked at me annoyed and said “Just that? ” He was absolutely despicable to be with. He is always so mean to my coworkers and I for no reason at all. Despite all that, we always stay kind to him. We don’t know why he’s so tired of his job, but that is not our problem. The bare minimum we ask is that he is respectful. Other than that, the food is good. The only thing that takes all those stars out is the delivery guy.

Pizza was great. The Gentleman at the front is very kind! Always nice to get service with a smile.

Worst service ever me and my friend are waiting for the order and they call us after 30 mins to tell us to select right store The manager doesn’t even know the app picks location itself.

For delivery, they always forget something.
And on my last order, my parmesan bites was burned. Not the best dominos i have tried!

J'ai toujours eu un service impeccable au Dominos Saint-Laurent et j'étais à Laval, donc j'ai commandé en ligne pour celui de Laval. En arrivant, jai été reçu avec un service exécrable, les employés étaient brusques et manquaient de professionnalisme. J'attendais pour ma pizza qui etait supposément en cuisson et finalement, ils m'ont donné celle qui trainait avant même que je rentre dans le restaurant. Elle etait froide, donc j'ai demandé s'ils pouvaient me la réchauffer. Je venais de les insulter et de les déranger clairement. Tenez-vous loin de cette franchise, je n'y retournerai jamais plus. 0/5

C'est la dernière fois que je commande à Dominos Pizza.
Je passe une commande on me dis que ce sera long je dis que je suis d'accord, 40 minutes après on me rappelle mais je manque l'appel.
Alors je rappelle, la au bout d'une attente interminable le monsieur me demande ce que je veux. Je lui explique que ce sont eux qui m'ont appeler dès lors il me remet en attente pour 5 bonne minutes et il m'explique que finalement je ne serais pas livrer. Je commande pour me simplifier la vie pas pour perdre une heure et en ressortir affamé et frustré. Plus jamais
