Domino's Pizza

Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans ce magasin à emporter Dominos et c’est chaque fois la même mauvaise expérience. Les vendeurs sont incompétents ne parlent pas français alors que nous sommes au Québec écorche nos prénoms et le temps de préparation annoncé est toujours très inférieur au temps réel de préparation. Par ailleurs les pizzas ne sont pas de bonnes qualités, il m’est arrives de me retrouver avec une pizza de taille petite alors que j’avais commander une pizza moyenne. Magasin à éviter.

I order double cheese and pay for said cheese yet they can't seem to fallow orders.stay away and order something better.

Honestly dominos is my go to only pizza with high Quality my favourite before a heavy leg day in the gym lol

Je suis arrivée avec ma copine à 11: 23 PM et on s’est retrouvées devant une porte fermée à clé. Nous avons du toquer plusieurs fois à cette dernière pour qu’on daigne venir nous ouvrir. Dès lors que nous sommes rentrées, on nous a aboyé dessus: « We are closed. We are closed. ». Pourtant, il est indiqué que le restaurant fermait à minuit et non à une autre heure (sur internet et sur la devanture du restaurant). L’envie de finir avant peut être compréhensible, mais de là à en manquer de respect, je n’en suis pas convaincue. Il s’agirait de respecter les horaires ainsi que les clients!

I ordered from this place. They made a mistake and gave me the wrong pizza. Called it in and they fixed the issue no problem.

C'est épouvantable la quantité de sel qu'ils mettent dans leurs pizzas! Si vous avez un coeur sensible, vous abstenir!

One star is to much for this place. Attitude, not respectful, don’t make a mistake to order there.

Don’t order and hope that your pizza will be done on time, I ordered and it was written finished on the app, and arrived to take out, they didn’t even started to prepare. After waiting more than half an hour at the store and paying obviously, it was still not started! Avoid this pizzeria at all costs!

Salut! J’ai commandé hier, j’ai reçu 7 morceaux de poulet au lieu de 10 et les frites n’étaient pas cuites. Je donne 2 étoiles parce que la pizza était bonne. C’est très désagréable comme expérience. Merci.

I've always had good experiences here, the one and only time they messed up my order they made it right, super friendly staff

The manager on this branch is very very rude.we order 2 medium pizzas and one cheese bread. That was over cooked nearly burnt.we contact store in 5 min they start yelling at us, even they claim that we are lying we heat in over oven that’s why it’s overcook. They don’t think a bit in 5 min how can anyone do this with pizza. Then they start teaching us about law system of Quebec. They work very unprofessional, when we ware talking behind everyone is laughing. They are spoiling image of domino’s.

Je crois c'est la pire place pour commander de la Pizza, hier soir j'ai appeler pour faire une commande et aller chercher ma Pizza le gars il me dit que le magasin est fermer, je trouve ça tres bizzare donc je me deplace sur place je demander a la personne pourquoi il m'a dit que c'est fermer, il me repond que on est trop occupe alors je dit a tout le monde qu'est fermer.
Je veux vraiment faire une plainte, parce que je ne pense pas que la franchise Domino's seront content si jamais cette histoire arrivent a leur oreilles.

Je récupère une pizza que mon mari à commandé je ne savais donc pas quelle pizza. J'attend 5 min après la sortie du four on ne me sert pas. Un moment un me parle en ANGLAIS langue que je ne maîtrise pas du tout je dis le nom de mari et il cherche il cherche son collègue lui dit laquelle et là il me cri dessus en secouant la pizza sous mon nez il dit sans son masque (sous le menton) " i ask you! I ask you! I ask you "! J'ai dit " je ne comprend pas langlais je parle français " et il hurle sur moi j'ai prononcé " ta gueule" et je suis partie ils ont essayé de mattraper en criant j'ai eu très peut ils sont menaçants! Cet homme m'a fait très peur. La loi est de s'adresser en français à la clientèle je ne comprends pas l'anglais un minimum serait de parler français qui Québec.

I ordered two pizzas with bbq sauce and neither of them had any sauce AT ALL. Just two dry pizzas. And guess what? It wasn’t the first time! It happened to me like five times so far (yeah I should really stop ordering from them) and the manager implied that I was lying to get free pizzas since it wasn’t my first complaint. I just read the reviews here and found out I was not the only who experienced this. I mean what’s so hard about putting sauce on a pizza? Go for somewhere else.

Ordered 2 pizzas, one with bbq sauce and one with regular pizza sauce. Unfortunately, the one with regular sauce arrived with no sauce on it. I called the store to ask about it and the manager was extremely rude, right from the beginning of the conversation, stating that it was impossible. After being extremely rude for a few more back and forths, he then said he would send a new pizza but that we had to give the other back, without a single slice missing. I explained that the way in that we realised there was no sauce is that we had taken bites out of slices of the pizza.he then said, "then no pizza for you, no conversation" and hung up.

Hier jai acheté une pizza Burger au fromage, jai eu un Double cheese et en plus il voulait rien entendre, déjà quiu'ill parlait pas FRANÇAIS. Et le comble c'est que le fameux Double Cheese n'existe pas sur le tableau. La pizza n'est pas bonne non plus, c'est comme si il l'avait préparer avec haine. Merci mais plus de DOmino pizza sur Van Horne.

EXTREMELY rude! Paid 71$ then notice I didn’t get my fries last time as I was about to repeat my order! I call the place and some rude unprofessional employees cuts me off and start getting agressif over the phone then says I am tryin to bully him!

Every time I order from here it's absolutely awful! There's always something wrong with my order and their staff have no idea how to make a pizza.last time I ordered it looked like someone put oil all over my pizza.it was so oily that it was soaking through the box and was dripping when the driver took it out of the heat bag. When I called to complain he gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him next time I ordered because he didn't want to add a credit to my file. As someone who used to be a shift runner at a dominoes in Ontario, take my advice and DON'T ORDER HERE!

DO NOT ORDER the manager is very childish and unprofessional! Will not make up for mistakes
