Domino's Pizza

This place is the worst place I’ve ever been too, before hiring all the Indian people it was nice and enjoyable but now the place is horrible. We tried to order a deal for a 30$ gift card and free pizza but all we got was one medium cheese pizza for the price of 30$. And the card wasn’t working. When we tried getting a refund the people at the front were just ignoring us. After we wanted to talk to the manager they said he wasn’t there and refused to let us to talk to him even though he was on the phone with his employes who don’t even speak French and only a couple word of English. We then decided to call the police who told us to call a different number and then the employees started laughing at us and gossiping in the back about us. Horrible and humiliating experience. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GOT THERE EVER.

Very unprofessional people, the girl who picked up the phone didn't speak french and I could barely understand her english, she had a strong indian accent. Every time I called was always someone who can't pick the phone. The manager is quite usless, he doesn't do anything about it, he can't hire competent people, it seems like they hire their own people.

I'm writing in english so I hope they read and understand this.

Ordered a cheese & pepperoni pizza through the app for pickup and it was ready within 10 minutes.

Pizza was piping hot and cooked perfectly. I had ordered it with crushed red peppers and they put a generous amount which made the pizza taste really good.

We always order from Domino's, we all love to eat the pizza.the service is very good as well.

Ordered nicely online via their app.
Driver shows up. I pay the food.the delivery charges and tip the guy.to my surprise he had forgotten 2 items from my order.
On top if that I asked on the app for plates and napkins for our meal.
The nice and polite driver goes back to the store brings our 2 missing items.but still no plates.nor any napkins.
I was about to ask for a refund on the tip and the delivery charges I paid.cause it was botched up!
Not the 1st time they forget items on our order.
We are charged for their services.and we can't enjoy the meal.
Go elsewhere and get FREE delivery and your order correct the 1st time.

I want to give this place zero stars. Very disappointed with this store as I have never had such a bad experience in any domino's. We went there on a trip to Canada and ordered pizzas on the way. The store manager gave us cardboard plates which were so stinky and rotten. The whole pizza was smelly after serving it on the plates. We asked the store manager to check the pizza and he refused to smell. We asked for replacement but he said it cannot be done and no refund for bad pizza. We asked for manager's phone number to talk to but he refused again.after a lot of arguments he gave us a number and phone the was ringing in the store. Very bad experience and all pizzas were thown away with no replacement and refund.

Look all I wanted was a simple lava cake. I called this place since it was the closest one to my house. Employee told me to call a different place since i lived too far away (i live 12 mins away from this place by car). I was confused but I complied. I call the number the employee gave me and he was also confused since it was supposed to be this place delivering to my place. I tried calling other different places and they all collectively said THIS was the right spot. I called back to this one. Employee left me on hold. I waited around 20 mins before ending it. Called back with a different number. Immediately picked up and said how there was only one driver and he was busy. Now isnt this the poorest management I’ve ever seen

Thanks guys for not delivering the pizza and not picking up the phone. That was really cool. Left 4 kids under the age of 4 hungry.

Unfortunately yesterday I was there, their whole is so messy, unprofessional, no courtesy for customers, if these people can take ur job seriously, have a good manner of communication gonna totally different, the most disappointing part is it was over crowded and no one really cares. If these people don’t have respect for customers n can’t serve in a professional way just replace them. There was only one guy (non-Indian) at counter n his was totally silent compared to the whole Indian crue (talking lourd n in hindi/punjabi) without caring of all the crowded customers. Review ur staff management their are more serious people out their looking for job.

They were super busy so they were running late (like half hour late!) on our order when I complained the manager apologized and offered our order to be free of charge which was nice. They made a mistake on our pizzas ans cheesy bread again. Lol so it took us almost 90 minutes to get what we ordered online! But it ended up being free! Lol at least he was nice & apologetic which matters most.

The worst dominoes in all of Quebec. An hour and half wait for a cold pizza and it’s located 6 minutes away. Terrible customer service.

Microscopic amounts of cheese sprinkled causing pizzas to burn, all dressed completely under garnished. After ordering here for several decades, no more. Quality and quantity has taken a nose dive. Sorry, won't be ordering again. What is the $5 delivery charge for?

I always order online and go pick up my pizzas afterwards. They are fast and make good quality pizzas. The only inconvenience about this location is the parking lot.

When I called them, they said "give me one min" and he put me on hold for like 15 min. I went to domino's where I called I said I called you and he said yeah sorry I forgot WHAT? I ordered in the store my time came and guess what THEY FORGOT THE PIZZA IN THE OVEN. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
