Domino's Pizza

Je ne sais pas si les superviseurs le lisent ou non, mais s'il vous plaît, tenez-en compte pour rendre votre client heureux.

Je me suis récemment rendu au Domino's le vendredi 17 novembre à 20h21 et j'ai rencontré un problème de service à la clientèle. Le caissier, un jeune homme à la peau bronzée, s'est montré particulièrement impoli pendant ma visite. Bien que je comprenne que tout le monde puisse avoir un jour de congé, je pense qu'il est important que tous les clients soient traités avec courtoisie et respect. J'espère que ces commentaires seront pris en compte de manière constructive afin que les prochaines visites soient plus agréables pour tout le monde.

I don’t know if the supervisors read it or not, but please do consider it to make your client happy.

I recently visited the Domino’s at Friday 17 November 20h21 and encountered an issue with customer service. The cashier, a young man with bronze skin, was notably impolite during my visit. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, I believe it’s important for all customers to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future visits can be more pleasant for everyone.

Very friendly service, English and French, the space looks small because there are always people and the pizza delicious

Août 2023 Je suis venue acheter une pizza et partir. En payant par carte de crédit on dirait la machine t'oblige à donner du pouboire. Je ne voulais pas donner du pourboire j'ai acheté une pizza personne ne m'a servi à table.
J'ai cliqué annulé sur la machine pour ne pas donner de pouboire et toute la transaction a été annulé
le Monsieur à la caisse à taper le montant de nouveau.
On dirait la machine t'OBLIGE à choisir un pourcentage de pourboire sinon tu ne pourras pas accepter le montant.

J'étais obligée de donner un petit pouboire même si je ne voulais pas étant donné que c'est non applicable dans mon cas mais je Ne retournerai JAMAIS à cet endroit.

I finally had the courage to return an XL pizza. I always ask for Well Done, it always come out soggy and barely cooked.
The delivery kid should read his orders.

You have to sit there for an hour until a few people put your order in the oven after running around a lot. Like just now when I sat in it

Can never trust their closing time. Wasted my time going there multiple times only to find out they locked the door (one hour before closing time according to the Dominos website). Expect no orders at least one hour before closing they just won't take your order. I gave the place multiple chances but they dont fail to disappoint every time so never coming here again

My kids love dominos for years. Since Nuns island branch opened we can no longer order to elsewhere (Verdun).
The pizza is tasteless in shuns island dominos. There is no sauce on the bread, and no matter how many times we ask the employee, we get the same tasteless bread and cheese as our pizza. I wish I could post a picture here to support my comment.
