Domino's Pizza

My family loves having Domino's Pizza for family events. Our kids agree that for the price their is no better quality pizza in the West-island. Thank you again for the great pick up service.

The "bacon" in the Stuffed Cheesy Bread is just vile and gross, it is light pink in color, squishy and made of perhaps 15% actual pork, rest is filler like soy. The "beef crumble" on the pizza is a similar story, the look and taste of both makes a can of cat food look quite appetizing. Delivered in one hour, instead of "25 to 40" minutes. And finally, congrats Domino's, on the world's smallest chicken wings. Lesson learned, never again. You guys make Pizza hut look like haute cuisine.

Was charged a 4.95$ plus taxes delivery fee that was never mentioned when I placed my order. I have been a client of this branch of dominos for a long time and it’s both an unethical business practice but also very disappointing.

For a quick cheap pizza its better than its competitors and the new restaurants renovation certainly helps but the delivery drivers at this location especially the orange subaru need to chill dudes going 90 over the ile bizard bridge cutting people off

La pizza est délicieuse, je dirais que c'est une pâte moyenne (j'ai essayé sur une pâte encore plus mince). J'aime.il y a beaucoup de garnitures.la sauce n'est pas piquante et conviendra à un enfant.il y a beaucoup de commandes et les ingrédients sont toujours frais.si vous ne voulez pas attendre, il est préférable de faire une réservation et de venir chercher.il y a une Livraison.recommande.

Very fast service, great pizza and pasta options. The online coupons make it very affordable and my orders are always made as requested. Easy pickup whether I pay online or in person.

Sorry to say that I won't be back after over 15 years of ordering here. I'm here to second (or third, fourth etc etc) the complaints about the horrible customer service. Rude AND don't honor app coupons. So they're scammers too for pizza that's not even that good to begin with. It used to be decent take out but add bad service and too much salt to it all now it's not the same as it used to be. I know the kids who work here don't own the place but whoever manages the restaurant is running it into the ground

Chicken was not fresh at all. It actually smelled. Pizza was absolutely tasteless. Cheese pizza was so dark and the veggie pizza was sparse and the veggies were cut so thin. Both pizzas tasted the same; like stale bread and old sauce. Pizza Hut is the better choice. Never again.

I live in DDO but I always order from Pierrefonds store, because it has the best pizzas with a very good crust and fair amount of toppings. I’m very happy with customer service in this amazing store, specially the manager is always kind to me and my order is always on time. Thank you so much for your service dominos Pierrefonds.

Good place for quick pizza but too many times have i been driving in ile-bizard or pierrefonds and the delivery drivers are speeding. Was just nearly hit now in my new car on a side street in ile bizard a truck was blocking his vision of me and he was easily speeding at like 50-60 on a street with people working and kids playing. I love dominos man but dont tell your drivers to rush so much it puts others at risk i dont want to sound like a karen but they need to be careful. Trust me ive been hit at a cross walk by a pizza pizza delivery guy maybe i just have bad luck with pizza delivery lol

This is not a good restaurant for pizza. They need to take classes on how to make pizza. Its either burnt or undercooked. They employees don't wash there hands before handling food. The drivers as well no sanitization rules are followed. You pay so much for pizza and they skimp on the ingredients. They scatter a few ingredients on a pizza that you pay 25 dollars for. I ordered 2pizzas, cinastix, 2 dips and coke. I received order without dips and cinnamon. 1 pizza was burnt. Delivery driver was aware of that and went to get me the cinnamon and dips. Called the restaurant to tell them about the issue and they said they will not be giving me another pizza or credit. What a shame. Last time will order

Worst service! They are always forgetting things u pay for! Then gotta wait again till they drop it off by then food is cold! Worst!

Ordered steak pizza, through my second slice, I had to pull a strand of hair, i had to vomit, Disgusting, and whoever did this pizza wasn't wearing a hair net. I had to call them and complained about it, they did offer me a credit because they couldn't do another pizza although it was 30 min before they close which I refused, I did ask them to pick the pizza to show them the strand of hair, and to get back what i paid for.would like to highlight as well that we had been buying Dominos since few years, we never had this kind of problems before.hope dominos manager will take the necessary measurements & appropriate action for this not to happen again.

Aujourdhui on appel pour le credit 23/06/2020 20: 15. On a parler a iDA.
Elle dit on a pas de credit sur notre compte

What the hell?

On a reçu la mauvaise commande on ce fait voler notre argent.

I’m here to save you your money, and time. Do not order from here as the workers are severely, and utterly incompetent. Go somewhere else and get your pizza from pizza pizza, or any other pizza place. This information shouldn’t be taken lightly, and take it as an act of sincere kindness.

They did a good pizza before. Now is rather a bread thing. The wings are so small

The first time I ordered the pizza came burnt with not enough cheese and barely can taste the sauce.
A few days later I order 2 more large cheese with extra cheese (pay extra) and pizza is burnt, dry and same amount of cheese. I don't recommend

I never had significant trouble when I ordered in the past. On April 19th 2020, I ordered a large spinach feta specialty pizza as usual. The delivery man left it on my front porch as directed. When I opened the box, the colour looked darker than usual. I thought perhaps the cheese was burnt. I took a bite out of a slice and immediately knew it was wrong. The Alfredo sauce, the provolone, and the asiago were all missing. I called this Dominos right away. The reception who answered said she couldn't do anything because I already took a bite out of a slice. I asked to speak with her manager. At first, he said the order was correct with the two cheeses. I corrected him saying there is supposed to be three cheeses, but the pizza I received only had one and the wrong sauce. He offered to deliver the correct order as long as I give the wrong pizza back. I had to wait another hour while famished. I offered to keep the wrong pizza and receive a credit for the missing toppings. He refused. He also didn't offer anything for his mistake and delay while insisting I return the wrong pizza he will throw out anyways. The people involved seriously lack business skills and this is one local chain I will no longer support.

Addendum:
Fortunately the 2nd delivery driver has common sense. He correctly stated he couldn't take the wrong pizza back because of COVID-19 and even if he did, the store has to throw it out. The stars are for him.

You must put triple cheese to receive a normal amount of cheese, and they charge you for it. Don't bother eating there.

Ordered on the phone for a pick up. The girl that answered she seemed that she had no idea what she was doing. Got to the store and even though the manager was there saw the girl that was taking the orders on her cell, while she has taking a client order. She must’ve done the same thing with me, as I did hear a “dang” when she asked me to wait. The pizza I ordered was a bit messed up (ingredients were not what I asked) so I will sure NOT recommend you this place.

Never put enough cheese, even if I ordered double cheese and payed more, there was still not enough. Any other pizzeria put more cheese than them. Please stop cheaping out on the cheese!

A+ to this Domino's.the staff is super nice and helpful, especially hard working. Very happy to tip them for their hard work. The food is always fresh and the service fast. I recommend their cheesy breads, you'll fall in love with them.

LOVE this location. Always on point with orders and delivery. We order almost weekly and they never made a mistake and its always delicious and the quality is consistent.

This chain was clearly busy with an online promo that was going on. They were getting swamped with constant orders and my order took an extra 10-15 minutes but the manager apologized and offered me a free pizza. This is why I will return to this location because not only did they acknowledge their mistake, they rectified it. Great staff as well!

Mostly kids making your food. Inconsistent. Always never puts double cheese just pockets the money. Used to be good, never going back

I ordered 2 pizzas on line and went there After 20 minutes on the screen showed my pizza is ready so I payed and wait after couple minutes I asked the guy if the pizzas are ready he said shouldn’t take long one is still in the oven I waited almost 45 minutes finally the guy checked again there was no other pizza they forget mine and he said take 15 minutes to make my pizza, so finally I decided to cancel the order. He payed me back with no sorry or anything else never go back in dominos pizza again

I am giving it 5 stars on the app performance I order my pizza in the parking lot of Domino's for the first time using the app the order received at 6.14 pm and the pizza was ready at 6.22 pm excellent keep in mind that I was monitoring the steps one after one on my phone good job Domino's I have giving it previously 3 stars because the employee behind the countertop is the same one who collected the money and made the pizza without washing her hand this is an open concept we could see everything behind the glass I hope the managment take a note of it and the last thing I hope Domino's will the take a little generous step on the topping specialy the sheese 30% for the customer and 70% for Domino's it will be fair.

Pizza ready very fast and always hot. If you have the application it might be the cheapest pizza there is using the coupons.
