- no security

- stinky and dirty entrance

***N’allez pas là*** Le gars qui s’occupe de faire les visites, ne sait pas c’est quoi le service à la clientèle. Il répond au texto plusieurs jours plus tard. Il est même arrivé que j’ai dû le relancer 3-4 fois pour qu’il me répond une semaine plus tard… Durant la visite, d’autres résidents de l’endroit m’ont dit que le service était exécrable.

Since the building has been transferred to cogir, the management team is much better in handling all the complaints that were mentioned in the past. Domo is actually a nice place to stay at. There is no more packaging theft as they installed smart lockers. The appartment may be a bit expensive, but with all the inflation lately in Montreal, I'd ask you to find a better price than that with all the amenities included. Domo's an awesome building that is festive in the summer with his rooftop pools and barbecues. You'll for sure meet a lot of new people and enjoy summer feast on the rooftop with your neighbors, everyone is nice, I wish I could have stayed, but I had to move out for my job to the UK. Thanks to Philippe (building manager) who gave me a great service!

Beautiful apartment and very close to everything (metro, groceries, etc.) the building is very clean and well-maintained. Stephen is super friendly and very responsive, moving went so smoothly thanks to Stephen's help!

The bad: The building is sparsely furnished, there is no front desk or security staff, packages are constantly stolen, tenants' dogs occasionally pee in hall, lobby and in front of the main door. The front entrance reeks of urine during hot summer days.

The good: New units, good appliances, in-unit washer/drier, hydro and heat included, pool during summer, gym.

Given the circumstances, I would say its overpriced for the services offered.

I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. The management team is BAD. If you have an issue, they don't help you and find a random reason to blame you instead of taking responsability. You get locked out your own BUILDING and UNIT every now and then because the key system is not reliable AT ALL. SIMPLY DEPRESSING. Get your stuff together DOMO!

Worst move in and move out experience of my life. Courtesy of grossly incompetent building management.

Ongoing package theft for months, building management has done nothing about it (no increase security cameras and sticker warning to dissuade) and removes posters made by tenants seeking info about theft.

In addition to being too expensive for few amenities in an unfinished building, the property managers would withdraw more than the rent agreed to and had no mechanism in place to return the money.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and organized, manager Carmelo is really good in responding to emails. No complaints about the building or the manager.
