Great service. Technician was very polite and very efficient. The garage doors were very old and needed a lot of parts changed. I was surprised he got it all done in one hour. Very happy with the service.

Superb service from Tyler at Door Doctor! He expertly and swiftly replaced my garage door springs and rollers, and offered bilingual support to boot. I found the price reasonable and am very appreciative of the speed at which he arrived onsite (barely a few hours!) Highly recommend Door Doctor for quick and efficient garage door repairs!

I found this company to be very quick in providing the kind of service I was requiring which was fixing a broken garage door.
Their on line booking is exceptional and they honoured the time commitment (even called to ask if they could arrive a touch earlier)

J'ai placer un appel de service pour réparer un amortisseur de porte d'enter commercial, on me donne un rendez-vous pour le lendemain, le Vendredi matin je reçois un appel du département de service pour me poser des questions sur ma porte de garage je dit ce n'est pas une porte de garage mais une porte d'entrer commercial comme je l'avais mentionner le jour avant, on me répond qu'un autre technicien vas m'appeler pour prendre un autre rendez-vous, j'ai dit laisse faire je vais le faire moi même aller chercher des vis et un drill quel service pourri il mon fait perdre mon temps. C'est le problems de plusieurs entreprises si le coût n'est pas plus de $1,000.00 c'est le type de réponse qu'on reçois.

Dodged a bullet with these guys. I called them to get a quote for a garage door replacement. The guy got lost getting here, somehow could not follow a GPS or enter the address properly.
The spent 30 minutes looking at everything, highlighting challenges, etc. Said he would send me the quote.never sent anything. Extremely unprofessional. Better end it there that have them half-a** the door installation.

Spent $500, guy came 4 times and still didn't fix the garage door, stay away from these guys

I had a great experience with door Docteur, great communication by phone, had no problem setting up an appointment for a service call.

The technician Victor, was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. The repairs to my motor and garage door were carried out quickly and Victor saved me money by changing parts instead of complete assemblies.

I highly recommend if you want the job done right the first time!

Made an appointment online Monday. Was thrilled to have the invite go right into my calendar. After staying home from work, I called them with 1 hour left in the 5 hour booking in my calendar (versus the 2 hour window advertised on the site). Clearly, they had never heard of my booking. So, we agreed to reschedule for the first appointment out today… It’s 9: 30PM now and we’re still waiting for the truck, or a call, a text, a smoke signal that they’re not coming. Really, in 2023, any operator is allowing this to be their customer service?

The last wheels of my garage door was de-railed on one side after a small accident which cost me a fortune to put it back in the track: 160 + tax.
The technician arrived this morning and got a plier and pull the rail a bit and put back the last wheel in the track. The work was about 5 minutes. He used a spray to lubricate the track. I gave him my visa card and trusted him that he would charge 80-90 $. With a can of lubrication the total cost was 218.45.
I learned my lesson to not call Dr Door anymore.

I bought a place with a poorly installed garage door. They answered the call quickly and efficiently and fixed. The staff support is efficient and the technicians are very polite and efficient.

I don't really write reviews but it's the least I could do after dealing with this company. I dealt with Luc at Door Docteur for the installation of a motorized door in a industrial application. There were some issues along the way but it is in their handling of the situation that I think they deserve praise especially in the current business environment.
When they came to quote the job they missed a small detail to ensure the door would operate properly. After installing the motor I was unable to operate the door. The detail was in the "grey area". A large company would probably tell you it's not our problem but logic would dictate based on the discussions prior to move forward with them it is. I was even ready to do my part or assist them if I had to because I needed the door to work since the motor was installed. Door Docteur told me you paid for a door that opens and you will get just that.
They came back and made the necessary modifications to the structure so that the system functions properly.
I never expected this level of service from a company of that size. I highly recommend these guys. The customer service/retention/satisfaction is second to none.
If you deal with them you may find issues along the way but in the end they make it right. If I need any type of work again for these kinds of applications I know where to go. 100 stars

En 1 ans et demi 3 bris. La porte est très mal installée. Elle ne se ferme pas. Le moteur installé sur le mur a failli tombé. Longue à dire. Je déconseille fortement.
