On est venu pour demander des renseignements sur un produit, le vendeur était à la limite de l’irrespect, magasin à fuir. Allez au dormez-vous de LaSalle le service est beaucoup mieux.

We were really impressed by the professionalism of the sales person we met, Sergiu. He did everything he could to make our experience nice and easy. We changed our mattress a few times and it was never a problem. Delivery and service was impeccable. They really have a system that works, everything was as promised, as scheduled and very good. Thank you for your patience, Sergiu.

Avoid their bloom mattresses (scam mattress) and the company all together. Not only did my mattress only inflate half way (bloom mist) but they promised a replacement and its days after the 'delivery date', no email, no notice, no call, no text.nothing.avoid these guys

Laughably bad customer service at this store (if you go, you might end up with a funny story, shopping here felt like a comedy sketch). But after you start an order here you can modify it online (the Sleep Country online chat people are much more friendly and helpful than the retail staff).
That said, they did offer me a price on a bedframe that was better-than-online so that's one upside.

I wouldn't recommend getting a mattress from this company at all, but if you choose to then I would go to a different branch than this one.

We contacted Dormez Vous on Sherbrooke street and were very fortunate to talk with their associate Sergiu Suratel. His knowledge and professionalism on the phone inspired us to schedule a meeting with him at the store. Once there, He took the time to understand our needs and helped us sample numerous mattresses until we decided on a Tempur Luxe Breeze. The delivery and installation was scheduled & monitored by Sergiu and was performed professionally without a hitch. First rate all the way!

The staff used to care about the customer, now.

The staffs looked like they did not care. They were sick without mask while working. Didn't give sanitary cloths for mattress and pillow. Didn't greet us when we entered store and left alone for 20mins at the beginning. Horrible experience shopping at this Dormez Vous.

Also, the mattress selection is much worst than other dormez vous. They focus heavily on Kingston

I bought a mattress in Westmount. My 5 star review is for Madrick Gagne from the Lacadie Store #326, Westmount salespeople were ok, but Madrick was above the cut. When I called D-Vous with a problem, I did not leave a message and Madrick actually returned a missed call, when so often one has to wait a long time to even get a call back.
Secondly, he "investigated" and solved my problem ASAP! This took some time on his part.
What was the most special, was his uber friendly personality. My French is not good. I'm understandably sensitive these days because of our politics. He didn't care one bit. We had a great talk, problem solved and it was a pleasure. I recommend the Lacadie store #326.

Great service amazing Staff although the sales Person was well aware that I was there for what some People Say Window Shopping. My Problems with My neck were considered and taken into account as we discussed on further well in My Budget and Of A Exceptional Quality.

I felt welcomed the first day I visited for some research and went in the next day to purchase. Delivery was super efficient and done safely. Overall an excellent experience.

J’ai acheté un oreiller la bas. Finalement il n’était pas du tout adapté pour moi et impossible de le changer. Le vendeur ne m’a pas dit que tout les accessoires sont des ventes finales.

J'étais seul avec Alexandre, qui m'a vraiment permis de prendre le temps de tester des oreillers et qui connaissait la game. J'ai senti aucune pression de vendeur et il était sincère. J'ai carrément eu du fun à magasiner là. Ils avaient en plus tout mon historique d'achat des 10 dernières années pour s'assurer que les oreillers fittaient avec le lit que j'avais acheté dans une autre succursale.

Excellent service, accueillant et professionnel. Le personnel connaît très bien les divers produits de l'entreprise.

Nous avons acheté 2 matelas chez Dormez-vous.un pour mon beau-fils qui adore son matelas et un pour la chambre d'invité.
Aussi 2 oreillers pour moi et mon conjoint car depuis quelques temps nous nous levions le matin avec un torticolis. Depuis, l'achat de ces nouveaux oreillers, plus de torticolis. Nous avons eu un très bon service, et aussi lors de la livraison. Merci Dormez-vous!

I had a great experience at Dormez-vous Westmount. James and Roberto made our purchase experience very smooth. Great product and sales team!

Dormez-vous company has the worst costumer service ever. Takes days to speak with a human on the phone to confirm an order. When order is confirmed not given delivery date. We called back, which took the whole day, was put on hold and then hung up on. Call back the next day, which took the whole day to get a hold of someone, spoke with someone who said they have someone call me back. Then woke up the next day with an email saying the order was canceled. Horrible waste of time, and effort!

As multiple people stated below, horrible customer service at this store. James is very nice but Roberto single handedly warrants giving this store a 1 star review. Avoid at all costs
