Mais quelle clinique de broche à foin, de vrais débutant à l'œuvre. On cancelle des RDV sans avertir le patient, et cela sans excuses et aucune solutions. Je ne recommande cette clinique à personne.
De vraies débutantes qui se foutes des impacts d'une cancellation de rendez-vous. 0/10 Voila mon taux de satisfaction.

Firstly, the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and told me "you are lucky to have an appointment". She told me to leave and yelled when I was just few minutes late due to traffic. Very unprofessional and insensitive considering that I was a patient and in a vulnerable situation and not feeling well. The staff was very inhumane- they should not even be working here because as medical staff you have to remember that the visitors are your patients and are in need of medical help! There is a way to talk which clearly they have not be trained for!

I give 5 to the whole Clinic but my experience with Dr Moily left me a sour taste. How do a person sleeps well at night treating another human in pain like this i hope she realises that human approach and compassion are also part of her profession. She made me feel like she hates what she does and doesnt want to be there at all: (sad.and also i spent a day wasted because my problem is not resolved. She is not the only professionnal working and having precious time to organise. A lil bit of listening sometimes can make a nice difference. Each person know their body so its always a good perspective to not ignore (how the patient feels or what he notices on his body).

Notre médecin de famille est en arrêt de travail depuis presque deux ans et aucun autre médecin veut prendre ses dossiers en son absence. Impossible d’obtenir de rvs pour une vérification annuelle. Je me présente en personne pour me faire dire qu’une seule personne réponds à 12 lignes. Impossible de laisser un message et ils refusent de prendre mon rvs en personne: (La personne responsable à l’accueil se moque de moi et me demande si j’ai mal à quelque part. Si vous avez pas d’urgence, vous aurez pas d’annuel …… Système de santé brisé. On doit se tourner vers le privé et payer …….

Un excellent service avec leurs patients! De bons docteurs à l’écoute et qui prennent le temps! Merci pour votre travail, c’est très apprécié! J’ai toujours un rendez-vous très rapide dans le besoin, merci merci merci.

I wish they would agree among themselves on procedures.
The doctor tells me to call for an appointment after I go for my blood test. When I do, the receptionist gives me grief. This one tells me, in a patronizing tone, I have to wait for the nurse to call me.
Not good for my blood pressure!

I had previously super good service with "les infirmieres premiere ligne", reception desk staff is very polite but Dr. Godin! I didn't feel welcome at all to go for general check up after 3 years. I simply walked out feeling too uncomfortable wasting her time and mine. What did I miss, there's no such thing as prevention? Now I know we can ask for an appointment with the nurse and they can do the job in a caring and human way.

I've never been to a clinic where I was treated with so much respect and compassion before. The doctor, nurse, receptionist and entire staff is pleasant, helpful and caring, and I'm always seen in a timely fashion. I'm so grateful to have been referred to this place.

Most of the complaints on here are typical, and unhelpful gripes with fallout from public health care.

HERE'S AN ACTUAL REVIEW
The entire staff is extremely competent and takes care of our whole family. Moving back to Quebec, it was welcome surprise how much the health care system for families has improved. Even more than that, this facility exemplifies the improvements and probably leads the pact in welcoming, proficient facilities.
They serve in English and French, are in touch with their patients I consider my family fortunate to be involved with this team.
