The 2 people who arrived were friendly and professional and seem to have done a good job clearing the snow and ice off our roof, but I feel very ripped off on the price. The office quoted me $350 but the guys who showed up said that would not cover the back of the house, which would be another hour’s work. I negotiated them down from $650 to $550, but the back only took ten minutes. In total, they were both here for one hour for the front and the back, and I had to pay $636.32 including tax and didn’t get an invoice. If snow removal employees get $275 an hour, even excluding the tax, I am obviously in the wrong line of business.

Friendly, prompt, affordable snow and ice clearing on our roof. We're very happy with the job and will definitely call them again!

Never used them personally but my neighbour did and lucky me! I got these strange men trespassing on my property and upstairs balcony to access the neighbours roof, and had them peeping into the double glass door windows while I walked around my own house in my underwear. Would never recommend in my life should have called the police.

The ideal roofers; quick, clean, good workmanship and follow through. Possibly not the least expensive guys around but you DO get what you pay for; a roof is not the place to cut corners.

Should be giving less than 1 star. Have not used them for my roof but they certainly thought my property and roof were accessible as they parked their truck in my driveway and accessed my deck to get to my neighbor's roof. When told to get off my property they said yeah we are almost done. They lied and said that the neighbor told them it would be ok - NOT! They left marks on my lawn with their truck, marks in my driveway, walked on my roof and put their tools on my roof. They are dishonest and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Was going through my reviews and noticed I didn't leave one after I got my roof done. So here it is. We got our roof done by Dorval Roofing a few years ago and the garage roof done last fall. Both look like they were done yesterday. Frank and his team were completely professional, polite and considerate. The roofs look great and it's always surprising how quick it's all done. For my garage, I went to work one morning and when I came home I had a new roof and there wasn't a trace that anyone had even been there. They know their stuff. If you decide to choose them, I'm confident you'll be glad you did.

Like the other guy said, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. It would take too long to explain all that they did and did NOT do. Just AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Signed a contract with them in late April 2021 clearly indicating job will be done in June or sooner. I've been calling them every month after June, replies have been lies after lies after lies. From coming next week to we've ordered the shingles, to it's too hot. You name it, they've used them all!
We're currently past mid October and they've stopped returning my calls.
What could I say more then VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, any self respectable company would honor their contracts and give the service.
If you're looking to get your roof done, do yourselves a favor and go with someone else.

Extremely frustrating to deal with them. Several emails and calls but there is never any follow up. It's as if they don't want your business. Even if they are busy, it is highly unprofessional not to respond to a business inquiry. I'm moving on to other providers.

Called to get quote, they said someone would follow up within a week, 2 weeks later haven't heard back.

Frank showed up at my place and his team to remove snow and ice on the roof, and also fix my attic by improving the airflow and improve my vents.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything to you. I will give him a call for sure for other work in Spring. We're very happy!

Great and punctual company! Even during Covid they promised me a day and time and delivered! Their young crew worked extremely hard and they all had a great attitude during the actual job! Definitely worth the money!
