Newer hotel conveniently located 5 minutes from YUL. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is attentive and helpful

Very mixed experience.

Pros: Some staff very pleasant (special mention for the guy cleaning the gym on afternoon of 30/09/24, for example), clean room, good exercise facilities, close to the airport for convenience (the surrounding area is mostly ugly highways and outlets, as you’d expect)

Cons: We were let down by the airport shuttle. It’s meant to be every 30 mins but never showed for us when we needed it. We could see the driver and the bus across the road, on a break apparently. Reception told us he was stuck in traffic! Another driver had to take us in the end, reluctantly. Montreal airport is already a nightmare without this thrown-in. Recommend taking an Uber (it’s a 5 min drive)

We stayed in the hotel the night before we left Montreal. The hotel location is good and they have shuttles to the airport.
There are no transportation to the city but Uber isn’t expensive from there.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The stuff is nice and helpful. Beside the extra they charged for parking (although the parking was empty) everything was perfect.

Les chambres sont propres mais petites. Le service à l'accueil est très bien mais celui du restaurant - bar laisse à désirer. L'emplacement est parfait pour l'aéroport.

Good quality/price. Convenient location. Easy shuttle with helpful drivers. Helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast and delicious restaurant meal. Try the French onion soup and mushroom ravioli.

I’m here on a delayed flight during the holiday season. The rooms are clean but the service was definitely not friendly aside from the front desk. I’m actually still here at the hotel, and I tried to order room service and the person didn’t want to answer questions I had about food allergy to nuts, and also hung up before I could complete my order. Really not looking forward to eating the food as I’m nervous they’re not taking care of the order in a way that is respectful.

Overpriced. The food is not tasty and the pool was not working. Room is so-so. Don't stay here. The bar service was not good either. Took away my food before I finished eating and 1/2 beer when I went to the washroom.

Rooms are very nice. Clean and cozy. But had to ask for everything. Towels, soap, tissues. And the bathtub was horrible. Would not drain. Also, the staff including the supervisor on duty when we checked out were not very pleasant. But the location was perfect so we might be back.

Despite giving a credit card for security deposit they charged over 200 dollars to my debit card now i have to fight to get that back and i dont live in montreal also charged the same amount to my credit card.

Good location but an old saggy mattress ruined our stay. Go across the street to the Marriott I can not recommend this hotel. Had room 144. Stayed Nov19 2022.

Superbe hôtel complètement neuf. La chambre et les installations sont no 1 et le service incomparable. Nous avons rencontré Jolene la directrice qui est très chaleureuse et très gentille avec la clientèle.

Avec le stationnement long terme et le service de navette à l aeroport tous les 30 minutes c est un endroit parfait pour séjourner avant de partir en vacances.

Room was perfect for our overnight stay as we departed Montreal. The whole facility was clean and neat. Front Desk Staff were excellent. Breakfast was either a-la-carte ($20) or full buffet ($26). We opted for a-la-carte. Food was meh. Service was unfocused.

All style no substance!
Got into town a day early and the reservation my company had made at our usual hotel across the street wasn't updated, so I went here for the convenience. The rooms were nice and clean, but had some issues. The coffee maker was fancy but wouldn't make any more than espresso sizes. The AC was turned on all the way but still muggy and warm in the room. The toilet seat honestly was the worst designed one I have ever encountered, and while people don't always talk about it, the post travel bathroom breaks are supposed to be the most comfortable!

As well, for the rate there was no continental breakfast, not even free coffee beyond what was in the rooms. Across the street they have a fantastic breakfast buffet with friendly staff and coffee and tea available 24/7. Objectively this hotel is nicer looking, but a cup of coffee and a comfortable bathroom are more welcoming for sure.

Must say, that besides the slight odd odour when walking into the room, it exceeded expectations. In the course of my last few months in Montreal I’ve stayed in hotels for various reasons, and this was by far a more pleasurable stay. Comes with all amenities that you need, and a restaurant to boot.

By far the best “continental” breakfast I’ve had at a hotel - lox bagels, real fruit, and great service. Front desk is attentive and has been helpful with all aspects of my stays

Food was LITERALLY THE BOMB, I FELT LIKE OSAMA FOR A MOMENT WHEN I ATE THOSE POTATO CRISPS.bedroom was the bomb aswell, the internet was mid at about 55 mbps per second. THE THING THAT ALWAYS GETS ME HARD IS THE COOKIES. 4/5 WILL STAY AGAIN!

Great comfy bed and room, service was excellent and pool was fantastic. Only thing is I felt was too much money for very small room.

Clean rooms and great staff. Restaurant wasn't open during my stay. $25 a day for parking is a little steep. Great location near the airport

Chaque année, j'ai le plaisir de visiter cet hôtel et c'est toujours aussi agréable. L'hôtel est facilement accessible depuis l'autoroute, il y a des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques, l'accueil est chaleureux, les chambres sont confortables et silencieuses, etc. J'aime bien le petit-déjeuner pour sa qualité et sa diversité. Très chouette. Par contre, je suis déçu par la qualité du café en chambre. Ce serait bien d'avoir du Nespresso par exemple. Aussi, il n'y a pas d'endroit pour prendre l'air autour de l'hôtel à part le stationnement. Ce serait bien d'avoir un coin terrasse ou quelque chose du genre.

We decided to stay 2 days Jade, Cecile, Sam and Stefano are great staff too. We will be back! Thanks for making our stay relaxing!

Sarah at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Recommended one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to in Montreal.

This is an excellent spot near future YUL airport. There is a shuttle bus back and forth from gate 8 to the hotel ever) 30min. The front desk was also very helpful. The place is new and clean
