DoubleTree by Hilton Pointe Claire Montreal Airport West

The service was great, any extra items we asked for, we called in and they came immediately. The rooms were in great shape and had all the necessary things ready. Showers were pretty good with minor damage on the tub floor, water pressure from the sink was perfect, the wood cabinets looked like they had never been used, and the tv was in moderate condition. The beds were gave some very nice nights as they were soft. Location was decent as it had many restaurants nearby, but had a bit less things for tourists. I recommend this place for eating trips

One issue I had is there was 1 usb port in the entire room. I had to use a port from the TV to charge my devices.
Restaurant was very good with great service.

Quirky rooms, awesome Front Desk, Thank You Johnathan! Restaurant food good and priced reasonably. Located close by Penn State College. Lotsa historical site-sees on campus. Shuttle Driver gave us the "DEETS! " Elevators a bit wonky, but was a pleasure to stay there. No microwave in room, but there is a fridge.

The staff here showed a level of service, kindness and professionalism that I haven't seen in years. They stood out in making my stay comfortable and delightful.

We were very satisfied, from the reception to the room everything was great. The pool was also clean and the water was pleasantly warm, my son felt really good. I would recommend the hotel 100%

The hotel front desk staff was super helpful. The room was spotless. The price was very reasonable. Sadly they were too short staffed to open the restaurant that evening, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants. I will stay here again when I visit Montreal again.

Consider including breakfast even if that means charging a little bit more, also, please provide a filtered water dispenser for persons in the lobby and pool. Employees and people always have to enter the gym just to drink water.

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Within half an hour of checking into our room, our car was stolen from the hotel's parking lot. The supervisor, who was in charge, told us that its not their responsibility. He even refused to call the police saying that we have to call because it's none of their business. I strongly recommend everyone to stay out of this place. They had cameras in the parking lot but refused to check saying that only the operations manager has access to it and he was on vacation coming back to work next week. Terrible experience. Never ever going back to any of their hotels.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Gave car information to the front desk and within 30 mins 2 cars gets stolen. Hotel staff wash their hands of all responsibility and do not assist with anything.

Specifically want to mention the man with long hair named DEMITAR was the one who refused to help and was extremely rude. This man does not deserve to have a job that involves serving customers. However, the man named KEVIN who took over after Demitars shift helped a lot and was very thoughtful.

Bad experience, poor service, poor cleaning, room was dusty and not cleaned properly. Bathroom door doesn't lock for a safety reasons and this is not only for our room it applies to all the rooms in this hotel. This was a pain.

I only gave 4 due to the minimal menu in the restaurant. Winston the bartender was a rock star. Tip him well!

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. However, the hotel is very noisy — sound leaks in from other rooms, the hallway, and the adjacent highway. The restaurant hours were inadequate as they closed for the day right after breakfast. I am assuming this is due to staffing issues, but it's quite inconvenient as there are no adjoining restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance.

Great amenities. Hotel was perfect for our needs. Just the cleanliness of the bathroom left me wanting more and around the beds.found some previous guests apparel in the room. Maybe due to staff shortages, but I have seen better maintained Hilton properties.

Very far from the airport, right by the highway so you can hear all the noise from the highway. Hotel rooms are very outdated, and dusty (see how much dust they have on the lamp!). I do not recommend.

Closer to a 4.5 rate. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the restaurant in the hotel menu prices seem a bit $$ and the service I feel was limited, so we ate out. They didn’t offer room service, probably due to COVID guidelines.

Rooms are nice. Pool is finally back open. Air in my room didn't work well. In a very industrial area - not a lot in walking distance.

Très bel accueil. La chambre était exactement ce qu’on avait réservé, très propre. Superbe séjour. Un peu loin du centre ville, mais on le savait en réservant et avec le parking gratuit et ce qu’il y avait à proximité, ça n’a pas été dérangeant.

Absolutely clean room. Comfortable beds. Easy access to gym and pool. Friendly environment. Very competitive rates. I had a great experience on my two nights stay.

DoubleTree the good thing about DoubleTree they never fail on their cookies. From the silent traveler to all of you the one major thing that sets this DoubleTree apart from other doubletree's is their recreation area. The swimming pool is very nice you can get really good workout or if you just want to play around with the kids you can definitely do that the gym area however by far is one of the best one the size of it plenty of room plenty of cardio machines to work out on I like the freeway sets I like the universal weight sets really good room and they keep it clean. I stayed one night worked out twice both times they had someone down there wiping everything down. So rest assured it is sanitized it is clean it is safe to work out in get your workout on. Especially for those that travel a lot like myself don't have pictures of the room the room was nice the Wi-Fi very good also set apart from other double trees the Wi-Fi is good and I was on the top floor so to make it all the way up there and really good impressive. If you're visiting the area really not much to watch on TV the room was a decent size again we were only staying for one night the staff was very accommodating and definitely very informative of the point system and how it works especially if you book through a third party so you may not get the points but you'll get the stay that is the one good thing about the Hilton program as well as doubletree. Don't forget a lot of these hotels are franchise not corporate on. I'm learning it as I travel so again if you just happen to be in the Montreal area definitely stop by the Doubletree you won't regret it also there's restaurants in there have not tried those yet but I'm sure I'll be back and I'll check those out and give you a review on that as well so be on the lookout.

Last hotel with a free airport shuttle after a canceled flight. They were very nice to us here (let us stay in the room/hotel even after we had checked out, gave us extra cookies). Location wasn't amazing but we mostly stayed in the hotel.
