You can’t find a more polite and fun loving crew. Dr. Alessandro is a perfectionist through and through and takes great pride in his work. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfort and not pain. His crew are always willing to go that extra mile for their patients and it isn’t hard to notice that it’s a fun working environment and that they enjoy being part of his team.

I am pleased to send in a review for my recent experience with Dr. Al. He is such a gentleman and a terrific dentist. I had just left on a one month road trip to Newfoundland when I felt some pain in an upper molar. I called his office from the road, he called me back personally the very same day, and when I described my symptoms to him, he told me to find a pharmacy in St John’s and he sent in a script for me to get antibiotics, which I filled the next day. Then, even tho his office was on holidays for 2 weeks during the time I returned home, he set up a special appointment for me, came in on his holiday time, and spent half an hour filing down the tooth, and gave me the good news, that it didn’t have to be removed. He was there on his own, and took care of my issue just a few days after I had returned.
It is always pleasant, (not a word often used to describe a visit to the dentist), to visit his office and the treatment I always receive there is first class. A caring, gentle dentist with a wonderfully light hand.

At the age of 70, when I came to Clinique Dentaire du Portage for the first time more than ten years ago, my teeth were in a horrible condition (chipped front tooth, loose bridge, broken crowns, and painful decay). A complete restoration enabled me to keep most of my natural teeth capped by natural looking crowns, and the extractions were replaced with implants giving me the best dental condition in 30 years.
Since my restoration I have made regular visits at Clinique Dentaire du Portage for cleaning and preventative exams. The treatment performed by Dr. Di Pietro today was thorough and refreshing. It was also reassuring to be informed that I have no dental issues that require further treatment. I would also like to add that the visit was a comfortable, pleasant and completely pain-free experience.
Throughout my life, I have lived in and received dental services of all kinds in the U. S.and Japan as well Canada; and without question, the services provided by Clinique Dentaire du Portage are the best I have ever received anywhere. Anyone seeking the best in dental care should make an appointment at Clinique Dentaire du Portage.

This has got to be the BEST dentist and team I've EVER been at, im 40 soon, in my 40 years IVE NEVER FELT AT EASE but this place, hands-down the BEST in the Outaouais region, they came highly recommended and they definitely did impress, im usually VERY VERY anxious in a dentist's chair BUT not with them, I can never go anywhere else and even when I move to New Brunswick, I'm coming to them, it'll give me an excuse to come see the family aswell Love you guys already

Dr. Dipietro is the best dentist and a warm and professional person. I always laugh and enjoy muy visit to the dentist. Also, Julie takes care of my dental hygiene with her magic hands, good humor and peaceful attitude.

This dentist cares more about money than he does his patients. He even changes amount on bills after its paid and patient is gone! This is fraud! Not professional at all. I dont recommend him unless you are willing to get ripped off …

Best dentist. Wonderful caring group of staff. Highly recommend especially if you are anxious. Both myself and daughter so appreciate the extra care they give to keep dental stress to a minimum.

Dr Di Pietro was very thorough & professional, and very gentle! His assistant Brent really put me at ease in the chair & was super pleasant when he was taking my X-rays.
They did only the minimal work needed and understood my budget limits.
I always have lots of questions & I felt reassured the whole way through.
All the staff was great. 100% would recommend.

I have a brother-in-law who is an exceptional dentist and set the gold standard for my dental experiences. Today was my first check-up with Dr. Di Pietro and his manner scored platinum! I am very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He is also very attentive to the comfort and dental needs of the patient and creates with his words an encouraging, supportive environment. His assistant Brent is outstanding as well (and hilarious). The reception staff are also very welcoming—they even called to let me know that my appointment would be delayed 20 minutes due to another patient’s dental emergency. I appreciate the respect they showed for my time. I highly recommend this office of attentive professionals.

Dr. Di Pietro is awesome. He took care to my 11 years old son. My Son is scared about the dentist but Dr. Di Pietro has been friendly and professional.no fear for my son.

Dr. Di Pietro is by far the best dentist I've ever met! He won't make you leave the clinic unsatisfied. He will make sure you have that great smile and confidence. Prices are really reasonable and I would attest to that! It's a 30 min drive from where I live but it doesn't bother me because I am very satisfied with their service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. It feels like home to me! You would never feel that you're in a dental clinic! Two thumbs up!
