Outstanding neurologist! Extremely well informed on current treatments. Empathetic to my chronic pain and seems invested in my recovery.

I was Liam's patient for 3 years. My experience with him was decent while my pain was controlled, and all I required from him was basic maintenance (regular injections, and prescription refills). When my pain levels spiked, however, and I was in and out of the emergency room, he would often disappear for long stretches of time when he said he'd be accessible by phone or e-mail, leaving me in obscene amounts of pain. I was shrugged off/dismissed by the office staff, who refused to even connect me with another doctor at the practice who could help me. During this same period, after about 20 minutes in his office, he also began to complain about how much time of his time I was taking and "reminded me" that he had "other patients, " many of whom were "seriously sick. " The denial of pain relief to a person in acute pain is not just "neglect" - it's a form of violence. I would strongly recommend against working with him to anyone with a fluctuating or acute condition.
