Quand j'y suis passé, la boutique venait tout juste de recevoir des modèles de Doc c.a. D de nouveaux modèles et couleurs. Après tant d'années je n'ai toujours pas réussi à mettre la main sur des Doc 1460 avec le drapeau du UK dessus.un jour ça viendra!

Les employées était beaucoup plus intéressées par leur conversation que par servir le client. La vendeuse a qui j'ai demandé de l'aide ne semblait pas connaître les produits. Elle ne m'a rien suggéré de similaire aux produits demandés qui n'étaient pas disponibles dans ma taille. Décevant.

Dr martens is not direct in canada the online shopping you should try to avoid they go through a company called UK boots and shoes there is no one that will answer the phone you get a answering machine and the they hang up on you no chance to leave a message we returned two shoes and only got credit for one no customer service at all

Service en magasin Incroyable. Néanmoins ne commandez jamais en ligne. Pire service client. Mon colis est perdu depuis plus d'un mois. Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone et ne font pas les suivis avec la compagnie de livraison en plus d'être désagréables. Sauvez vous bien des angoisses et passez en magasin.

Quick to sell you boots but literally laughed at my face when I came back because they broke after 3 months. Don't buy Dr. Marten's boots. They're not what they used to be. Horrible after-sale service.

Not the store but quality of shoes. Not even 7 months and there are holes in the leather. Your paying high price for name not quality and yet the name isnt quality. Go in youtube and see quality comparison vs older 20 year old docs. I was scammed and we are all scamed

Bought their #8065 Mary Janes. The salesperson said the size 9 looked out of proportion so I ended up buying a size 8 shoe which is 1.5 size smaller than what I wear. She said it's standard to buy it smaller, I just had to break it in, so I wore it for 2h around the house, and did some extensive research after I stopped feeling my toes and my heels started bleeding. Turns out the normal down sizing is a half to one size, tops. Plus the insoles were smaller then my feet: the width may change, but it's impossible for the length to change. No problem, I thought. I'll change the model or return it, no biggie.

So there I went to get my receipt.and to my surprise it had a final sale stamp on it! No one warned me about it upon paying! It meant they would only change sizes, so I went for it because I still want to have feet.

#tldr: I trashed 170 bucks for a 40 dollars discount.

Edit: I got pregnant, went up half a size and it doesn't fit anymore LOL Sadly I'll never ever break in a doctor martens shoe ever again. I'd rather give birth one more time.

Première expérience au magasin Doc Martens. Dès mon arrivée, les trois employées présentes me saluent et sont très proactives et aidantes durant ma visite. Service axé vers la clientèle, chapeau!

En ce qui concerne les choix de paires de souliers, il y a tellement de modèles disponibles, j'en étais étonné. Vous ne serez pas déçu.e. Je suis sorti avec une belle paire et je suis très content de mon passage.

It’s a fairly descent store, can’t comment much on the customer service because I didn’t spend enough time in there to determine whether or not I liked because I already knew what I wanted so I just went and picked it up.

Excellent customer service. Staff was very knowledgeable about the different fits and will make sure you can try on what you want, assuring you get your ideal pair. Store is lovely inside. They seem to have a good amount of stock available.

Walked into the store at 1845, asked if we were allowed in because the store closes at 1900. The staff let us in and said it was open. We selected 2 pairs of shoes to try on at 1850 and they wouldn’t let us try on anything because they were closing in 10 minutes. Why let us in if we can’t try on anything?

They were really nice! I came to buy a pair of Jadon that I wanted with bigger platform but they didn’t have it. They were really patient with me and even when I came to refund it, they were just as nice! Also gave good recommendations about the care kits.

I had the best service from Milenna! She helped me a week before and I came back just for her and her great service. She was just so nice and honest and made me feel great. She made it worth it to go in a store and get that personal touch that you can’t get from buying online and chatting with a internet bot.

Bought Leonore boots for the winter, after a year the soles cracked for no reasons, I was really taking care of them. Seems like the sole's material are not adapted to canada winter even if you buy a WINTER model. Really disappointed.

I will never again buy a pair of docs. The leather they use is too thin on the toe cap area and holes appeared on 2 pairs I bought exactly at the same place. Buy yourself a pair of combat boots instead.

Favorite boots.unfortunately worst customer service EVER. I have been going to the store once a month to get the proper laces for my boots and everytime they take my info telling me i would be called within the next 2 weeks as soon as they received some.it'a been months now. / Bottes préférées.pire service client EVER.je passe environ une fois par mois pour trouver des lacets pour mes bottes et a chaque fois on prends mes infos me disant que je serai contacte a la reception des lacets dans les 2 prochaines semaines.ca fait deja plusieurs mois.

Very bad customer service! I walk in and all salespeople were busy helping other customers and I spot this girl who was putting a shoe back on the shelf. I approach her saying "excuse me, do you work here? " I could not tell because anyone could've been doing what she was doing. And she looks at me and says on a grumpy tone "no, I'm just arranging these shoes for fun". I look at her in disbelief and she says "oh, someone doesn't have a sense of humor". Well, there's a big difference between being funny and sounding like a straight up jerk. Never setting foot back in this store ever again.

Bought boots here. They didn't have our size so the called another store affiliated with them and got the exchange without any problem. Friendly & helpful

Really bad service. Manager never there, they tell me to come back the day after where she supposedly works she still not there. She apparently starts at 12, I arrive and she isn’t there so they tell me to come the day after and she still isnt there. Even the employee are not aware of when she is coming in. Employees aren’t really nice. (Girl with black hair was not very friendly). They’re no sizes at all! I asked about 7 pairs and they were never my sizes! They will propose you to order online (they can’t do it for you) And they been telling me for one month that they’re getting laces “next week”. Tired of this service. Do not recommend at all. Will tell everyone how we’re treated over there. So many workers and not one professional ones. No manager, no team leader just one cashier running everywhere and five people not knowing what to do + always talking with each other and laughing not paying attention and being on their phone.

Great store and great selection with very excellent service. I didn't get the name of the girl who helped me but she was very sincere and genuinely helpful. Thanks for my new Orson model shoes which I have had such a hard time finding.

Les docs toujours des docs! Meilleur magasin en ville! Souliers & bottes confortables de haute qualité. Ça vaut aisément le prix d'achat! J'ai toujours porté des doc Martens et lorsque je les change cest par caprices car ses bottes sont éternelles si on les entretient convenablement!

The staff are well informed and know their product. I was served by Mannon and she took good care of me. The other girls were very helpful too, great teamwork.

Dr. Martens is an eco-conscious company believe it or not and their products go the distance (I have had a pair of their boots for over 10 years).

I bought a pair of Oxfords, wore them once in the house to see if they are not too tight but unfortunately they were. Brought them back to the store and they didn't want them back because "used". I bought them 5 days ago.
Not going there anymore because this is not costumer service at all.
200 bucks it's not cheap and this is unacceptable.

I like the design of Dr. Martens a lot and wished to shop in the flagship store one day.

Last week I decided to buy sandals, I walked in and asked for try them on. But the pairs I liked I couldn’t stop the straps on my own, so I asked if the lady has any suggestions.

But she stood far away and kept saying “you have to stretch the strap”.

Well, I knew it’s made by leather and it might need stretch when it’s tight, but the thing is I cannot even stop the straps. I tried many times like 5 mins to see if I could stop the straps, and the lady never come close to see what exactly happened.

Since it is the only flagship store in Montreal I was expecting for some helpful advice when I decided to own one pair of them. But I am totally disappointed with this experience.

Good thing is I found another store I used to buy sneakers which also has Dr. Martens, and they are much more helpful for this matter. I am satisfied to purchase at this store.

Very bad customer services, without any good attitude. No hello, goodbye, have a good day, no even a smile. Customers, ok, you do things by yourself, don’t even tie the shoes for you. They are god.

I love DMs, I have done for almost 2 decades. But the service from this store hasn't been the best.
Last time I was in the assistant seemed so unenthusiastic about helping me. One of the styles I wanted to try wasn't in stock in my size so he came back with a totally different one which had pointed toes (? !? I didn't want pointed toes at all) and proceeded to stare at me as I tried to squeeze my feet in. I felt so self conscious, embarrassed and uncomfortable. He must have too as he just left without finishing helping me and never came back so I was left sitting with 3 boxes.
I understand the store is always busy, but it's not a cheap shoe store, so along with that I'd expect a reasonable level of service. At least finish with your customer before finishing your shift or apologize before disappearing.
I don't think I'll go back to this store, I'll buy them elsewhere when the time comes for a new pair.
