Dr. Yuxin Mei MEI Clinic

Dr Mei is very professional, patient and great with kid. During our trip to Montreal last week, my 4 year old complained his front teeth hurt, (he had a filling in the front teeth that fell out couple weeks ago) We were lucky that Dr Mei had a cancellation on Thursday and was able to fit us in. Dr Mei filled four cavities for my son, 2 in the front, and 2 at the back. He was able to keep my son entertained and distracted, so he didn’t need to use laughing gas. While in our previous experiences, my son’s dentist insisted she could not complete the filling without laughing gas. I’m impressed that Dr Mei could complete the procedure in such an efficient manner. I’d definitely recommend Mei clinic to all parents.

I don’t recommend this clinic because of the poor service. I wonder if the receptionist is new.
When I set up appointment by phone, I found her English was very poor. She asked me whether I was available in the following week. I told her I could be available everyday since I was in vacation, but except Thursday morning. Her response was she could schedule me on 10am, Thursday. I repeated what I said and found she didn’t know the vocabulary of “except”.
When she demanded my name, I spelled to her 3 times, and she still didn’t understand. Finally, I realized she cannot distinguish “Y” and “W”, “A”and “I”.
The most unacceptable is her language skill is so poor, but she blames on me. She said she cannot understand what I said, so I need to go to the clinic in person and write the name in front of her.
I am not sure about other staffs work, but for this lady’s service, I will give 1 score.

I don’t recommend this clinic because they seem to have a mess on management. They always made mistakes on my family members’ name and date of appointment.

I highly recommend Clinic Mei. The price was very reasonable, and the doctor was not only highly skilled but also very friendly and personable. The overall experience was great, and I would definitely go back for any future dental needs.

The best dental clinic. Dr. Mei is the best! Very kind and patient. He really took great care of my mom. She needed a root canal and I was nervous. But he really made her feel comfortable. Going at her pace and giving her the last spot for the day so there's no rush. Took great care of my teeth as well. Thanks again to Dr. Mei and his entire team. Highly recommend!

Dr. Yuxin Mei is a very professional dentist. My family of 5 have gone to his clinic for four years, and received very high quality dental care.

I have been to many dentists. Dr. Mei is the best dentist I met since I came to Canada and now he is the dentist for my whole family. He cares for his patients and always explain everything in a very clear manner. Extremely knowledgeable. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Mei and his team are top-notch! They provide high quality dental care. All of our family members‘ dental issues were taken great care of by them, including my little ones. There are a few doctors work in this clinic, Dr. Mei is extremely professional and patient. They provide a wide range of service from core dental care to cosmetics, the price for patient without insurance are very reasonable. All my family members receive dental care from this place and they offer service in English French and Chinese, which greatly helps family senior members who only speak Chinese.

Overall I would recommend this clinic to any family.

Dr. Mei is very professional in blocking teeth, and his attitude is also very good. Our family’s dental examinations are all helped by Dr. Mei. It’s a very good experience.

I went to Dr Mei for an overall whitening of my teeth, a veneer for my broken upper incisor and new sets of retainers at the end. Dr Mei listened to my requirements and designed a treatment plan to address all my concerns. The whole process took a few months but I am very happy with the end results.
