This company is great in terms of perks and benefits however they don’t bother to share feedback to the candidates when they interview them. As a candidate myself and after several rounds of interview both virtually and on-site, I was left in the dark without any response even after constant follows with the HR.
The market has changed BUT waiting two months after a candidate originally submitted their resume is just too long.
If you’re serious about hiring you have to move fast.

Somehow this company’s statergy of “Being first” doesn’t show in their hiring process
