My first time using Dynacare services for a range of tests ordered by my doctor.
Ligia, nurse and receptionist, at the Cote Vertu location, was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond in explaining to me the expected time and process for obtaining the results. I was provided with a PIN number that allowed me to immediately check the results of the tests when they were posted. The Cote Vertu location is unfortunately open only two days per week, but aside from that I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and I will certainly recommend it for family and friends in the future.
