Generally love this brand - but the Vaudreuil store is THE worst. The employees are so rude, downgrading and disrespectful. The absolute worst customer service.

Saw the employees all gang up and yell at one of the girls for seemingly no reason.i don’t know what kind of toxic workplace it is but it ruined my shopping experience 0/10 extremely unprofessional behaviour coming especially from the manager.

Not even a hello when I walked in.
The three employees at the counter hardly looked at me let alone asked if I could like a hand.
I returned to the changing room twice during my stint at Dynamite. A 25 minute visit where the only words spoken were “bye”
A potential customer did not outweigh the friend standing at the counter that whole duration.
Won’t be retuning.
