Je voudrais donner un gros 5 sur 5 au magasin e-cycliste d’Aylmer. Nous étions en panne avec mon vélo électrique et le proprio Éric Thibault nous a reçu immédiatement et à réparer le problème sur place. En plus de nous installer deux miroirs. Excellent service! Merci!

I bought a used lyra Wolff bike 54 on sale in June 2023 for E- Cycliste Inc. I was newbie to E bikes so there was a bit of back and forth as I did not understand what i should expect from a E bike and to be honest it was not made super clear so I did not realize what a great deal I was given. One change I did on the bike was the seat. I bought one that has suspension otherwise it would be too bumpy. As for range I go at 30 k for 30 k without any pedaling (just the throttle) on the flat without wind. Its a 10amp battery 36 volt. I am 5'11'' and the bike is a perfect size. The bike is very solid. I took a while to get use to it. You do have to hold onto the bike as it will take off on you. Love it.

A first class bike shop. Staff is helpful, the owner is committed and interested in making biking better for everyone. This is exactly the kind of shop I want to support.

Terrible service
On a attendu que japporte le vélo a l'intérieur pour me dire que ca prend un rendez vous.et ce pour tout même une estimé.
Alors ca veut dire que ca aurait pris 1.semaine avant davoir le.velo et.non 48hrs

Tout ce qui me semble priorisé cest $$$$$$$

My recent visit was for a maintenance checkup and the work was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
I would absolutely recommend them for sales and service.

I have a road bike that really required some maintenance - chain was old, gear cassette was used up and the chain lube was stripped bare after getting caught in the rain. Plus there was an odd tick noise originating from the gear cassette. Took an appointment online for maintenance (also took their best seller at $150, which included a more in-depth cleaning, etc.). Couldn't make it on that day due to illness. Staff were super relax and easy-going on the phone, understood 100%, and told me to just show up whenever as I was also outside the high season for maintenance.

When I brought my bike, staff was supper professional, took notes of what I was observing in terms of problems and told me I would get a detailed report via email on what was wrong and was needed to be done for work (price, etc.). Less than a few hours later, that's exactly what I got. Plus I was easily able to check if the parts price was good (it was), and I had the final say on whether or not I approved of the work (no surprises). Bike was ready in 24 hours. Excellent workmanship, rides like new.looks like new! No more weird noises, the gears shift is butter smooth, the breaks are also super responsive. I had maintenance done by other shops before, and this one felt a notch above the others. Plus the advice I got on proper maintenance was excellent upon pickup. The price is good - it is consistent and competitive with what the other reputable bike shops (big and small) are charging.

Hands down I fully recommend this place. Plus it's local and Aylmer desperately needed a bike shop of that caliber. Even if you have to wait a bit more during the high season for maintenance, these guys expertise can make a difference.

I got what I needed at a reasonable price. The hours were good.open Sunday morning. Service was good.
