Easy Car Rental

Excellent service. Needed a rental as Replacement car after a small accident and no other cars were available from the insurance company's preferred rental company.

This company provided competitive rates and they dealt directly with my car insurance company for payment.

Car was clean, fully fueled and ready for pick up with minimal wait times.

Steven also provided great customer service.

Highly recommend this small business.

One of the worker named steve seem to enjoy single women à bit too much. Then if you dont give him a favor in return watch out. Lol they made very good money wiyh me for up to 3 weeks. Nearly 1 month and half until m'y car was fixed. So i was considered à good client. At the end i got treated like nothing they made it look like they had to take the rental from me so they could charge me more on top of it all they send me receipt lol for absolutely nothing nothing less than a money grab. They have 500 cash that belong to me to this day they never gave it back. Watch out for them!

Me trouver solution et même déplacer pour venir me chercher pour prendre possession de la voiture de location et ils sont toujours disponible si problème avec la voiture retour d’appel très rapide juste un WOW un 15 sur 10 si tous le monde avait un approche et avoir grand cœur le monde aurait plus de confiance

Customer service was excellent in all communications with staff and owner.
Shuttles were given to and from hotel during rental period. Even forgotten items were shuttled back to my hands quickly. Definitely a very customer oriented business.

Steven was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I felt very comfortable talking with him over the phone, and made sure everything was good. I will definitely come back once I need a car again. I would highly recommend Easy Car Rental!

They offered me a rental car that was nice and reliable. What really sets them apart is the competitive price. Definitely recommend.

I called them and spent 30 minutes on the phone talking about a car and they spent 30 minutes on the phone and it was a nice conversation as the the person was very informative. They got me all excited and pumped up to rent a car so I decide I wanted to do it and I call the next day to find out they have blocked my number. I am assuming they blocked my number as I am 19 and do not meet there policy to rent a car but I would have just appreciated being told no instead of being lied to. When someone called for me and my name was mentioned they hung up on my face as I politely asked why was my number blocked and they replied go find another a car rental company and hung up on my face. A waste of time, excitement and energy.

During the pandemic it can be hard to deal with people who will give you service with patience and customer satisfaction. I have and continue to rent from Easy Car Rental and enjoy the care they have extended to me.

Leased a car for 1 month with them and never had any issues, car was great, they were on time and they have very competitive prices!?

Everything was as expected. You get an older car but price is basically cut in half! Worth it in my opinion.

J'ai eu le privilège de faire la location d'un véhicule avec EasyCarRental et j'y retournerai en cas de besoin. Comme c'est si bien dit dans le nom de l'entreprise, la location est facile est sans tracas. Il s'agit d'une entreprise locale soucieuse de donner un service personnalisé à tous ses clients. Les employés, extrêmement courtois et compréhensifs, feront tout pour répondre à vos besoins. Il y a même un service de raccompagnement (navette). Je recommande EasyCarRental pour la location de voiture dans la région de l'Outaouais.

You get a more personalized experience with this company. For an additional fee you get a shuttle service which I didnt see in other companies. The owners go out of their way to ensure customers are happy. I appreciate that. Also their prices are way better. I do recommend them.
